Do you still get rejected someitmes when you cold approach, or have you gotten to the point where you only approach women who you KNOW will react positively? Well what the fuck i honestly thought that this was the norm. Literally everytime we queue for a rack, once the guy is done on it, he leaves the weights on. The way i see it, i'm probably creating more work for the person after me by re racking the weights. If i had some 20 KG's on my bar and the guy after me is gonna be using them, I've saved him a job.

No. Like I said, no one at my gym ever leaves a clean bar. The bar had two 15 KG's on each side. Lazy would be the dudes who leave a deadlift bar fully loaded in the middle of the fucking weight room. Whenever we do dead lifts, we put ALL the weights and the bar back where it belongs. If you were doing Bench press, then went to do another exercise, and then straight after needed the squat rack again for OHP, you're telling me you'd put all the weights back, just to use them again 10 minutes late…
