Red pill is really the globalist vs nationalist angle. There is no way to be a red pilled globalist. Left vs right is the socialist vs capitalist angle. The issue with the Red Pilled Left is that it makes you a Nationalist Socialist - which carries a lot of baggage right now.

in terms of consequences, the Ashley Madison hack is more destructive to the economic wellbeing of the U.S. than the OPM hack from a few weeks ago. Not even close - but this is going to be hilarious to watch.

I remember in high school one of my really close female friends said something like "oh we'll probably be married at 30" in passing to me. I was pretty much dumbstruck at why she would have even mentioned an intimate relation between us (I knew I was solidly friendzoned, she was a 7-8 and I was a 3 at best) - and I just remembering being confused at why hearing that made me so disgusted. I ended up just drifting away from her after that, my instincts were telling me what my mind was blind to.

many of us here also have a personal bias to believe that transforming ourselves will be enough And I don't disagree with you. If what you want is monogamy, then you can certainly make it work. I get tired of hearing people here complaining about the monogamy that comes with marriage - do what makes you happy - polygamy/hypergamy is the natural state of humanity, once you internalize RP and transform your marriage, the majority of women will be open to you having action on the side.

Further, I fully understood this section of my marriage agreement. There was no ambivalence to our agreement when it came to monogamy. This part of our contract wasn't made in bad faith. That's not what bad faith means. If part of the contract is deceptive, the contract is in bad faith. Your monogamy was a large part of your payment in the contract. This is like signing a contract to buy great land, finding out it's actually swampland, and defending your decision by saying "there was no ambivale…

I understand your point, I dislike the "I gave my word" grandstanding though. Marriage is a contract that nearly all of us entered without understanding the terms whatsoever, and there is nothing wrong with re-negotiating a contract made in bad faith. My wife has my blessing if she finds someone better than me and pursues it honorably (I invest in myself and our relationship so that she won't), and for the times when I crave a bit of variety, I have her blessing to pursue that with her knowing t…

How is this shadowy cabal of elite financiers immune to what feminism is doing? Where do they get their wives and mothers of their children, who in the future will inherit earth while being free of the societal brainwashing? Because social control and manipulation is all well and good but you need to be either immune to it or separated from it. Do you think billionaires send their kids to public schools??

In a more general form this is just a power flip. Girl tries to demand validation putting her in the dominant position if you accede, instead you make a degrading demand to make her "earn" your validation, putting you back in the dominant role without making her feel rejected (even if she refuses to do depravity X, she still won't feel as scorned).
/r/TheRedPill20/07/15 05:31 AM

A less dangerous (and more fun imo) response to a girl asking if she is the best you've ever had is "not yet" followed by telling her to do something depraved (preferably a bucket list item for you).

"Don't get married" is just advice similar to "don't ride a motorcycle." TRP just acknowledges that marriage is more likely to ruin your life than most extreme sports. It is something that is statistically just a bad idea due to risk - but if it makes you happy, do what you can to mitigate the risks and make it work (and be ready to pick up the pieces when it doesn't).

"Post-marxist utopia" is usually used tongue-in-cheek as something that can't exist (utopia). This comes from communist claims that in an ideal communist society police wouldn't be necessary. In this way libertarians are deluded in the same way as marxists, believing that man is good and without an oppressive government, we wouldn't need police. Which is almost as laughable as when a marxist says it.

No, cops are part of the reason why women are afraid of TRP. It is what happens when you teach someone outer game without inner game. Cops are the non-sexual version of the PUA who researches how to game women without doing any self-improvement and then gets angry when they go off script.

That would be lust rather than love. Love is a bit of an overloaded term in English, greek separates them into agape (familial love) and eros (sexual love). In a functional relationship the man will feel more agape towards his wife than vice versa , similarly she will feel more eros towards the husband than vice versa.

I know I could plate her and she'd be over tonight if I asked. But I kind of like this feeling, and I know if I treat her like every other girl this feeling will be gone. maybe just most of the people who would use private torrent trackers are socially retarded neckbeards, and I'm just now seeing the overlap as a younger generation starts using them... Most people on the internet are socially retarded neckbeards (neckbeard is the center square on feminist shaming semantic bingo btw). The private torrent tracker types (formerly usenet) have always been libertarians, but social justice has infected libertarianism to a large degree over the past decade.

Usually conquerors reap the rewards. Women have conquered men in the same way that latinos are conquering America - they are the shock troops of the elite and won't see any of the reward for their efforts.

Both genders have virtually identical IQ distribution I think you meant virtually identical IQ average, the distribution is much more varied for men (for IQ and nearly everything else) with more men at both the top end and bottom end of the bell curve. I suspect this has something to do with X-linked recessive traits which can be beneficial as well as detrimental.

Women do not benefit by being innocent little virgins marrying a nice guy husband. Yes, but they do benefit from being innocent little virgins marrying a high status alpha husband. You want your family to achieve greatness, not the middling mediocrity of being a used up slut who successfully divorce raped her nerdy ex-husband.

Honestly, escorts. If you aren't going to be getting the enjoyment from being the dominant captain in an LTR, it is even less worth it than it already is. Get into meditation and spirituality - you probably have an emptiness inside of you that you think will be filled by an LTR. It won't, the relationship will alleviate the pain at first, but the truth is if you can't be happy outside of a relationship, you won't be happy inside one .

That's the thing, AWALT is true, but don't let it blind you into thinking that all girls are equally (un)suited to LTRs. A girl who wants to go partying in the first place is not wife material. A reformed ho is just a pig with lipstick - you can't turn a ho into a housewife.

Calling it a mid-life crisis is a shaming tactic because good little wage slaves are not supposed to do that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positive_Disintegration goes into crisises as a positive (and necessary) feature of self actualization - this is a common theory in psychology as well you see it in Jung and many spiritual teachings (dark night of the soul, etc.)

Whether it's right or wrong: depends on whether you believe truth or feelings are more important. This is why I take the amoral tack, who cares if it is right or wrong, but whether it is beneficial to him. Some cases he would face negative consequences no matter how his dad found out (someone like me disinheriting him), so preventing his dad from finding out is the optimal strategy. Some case he would face far greater negative consequences if his dad found out from someone else (someone like you…

Different people different values. All I know is if I was OP's "Dad" and I found out they were both lying, I would seriously harm them. Whether this is physical, financial or a long-term endeavor. You don't sound very epicurean. There is no benefit to OP withholding the truth. OP's Dad will probably still be cool with OP and will only have issues with his wife. You realize those two statements are contradictory, right?

"Treat others as you want to be treated" is a beta trap. Sometimes you're better off lying/withholding the truth from someone, even if it goes against your idealistic view of how the world "should" be. OP should tell his father if he thinks his father can handle it and it wouldn't make his relationship with his dad worse, if his dad is actually a beta schmuck - this probably is not the case.

The government will always support and favor women because it's in the government's interest and benefit I'm not sure about this actually. I think that as men become less economically productive they may turn back on some of the feminist bullshit. They want a society of equal wage slaves - young single women are making more than men right now, so I think they will want to try to maintain a rough equilibrium until everyone in the US is an equal androgynous mixed-race worker drone.

Your advice is good to get a kinky girlfriend interested in threesomes, not to get a boring but good wife willing to stay at home knitting while you're at the bar. Figure out a way to explain RP concepts to her, explain to her that the only way you will be happy in the relationship is to have some plates on the side. This is why children should get unconditional love from their mother, because women fuck things up when they attempt behavioral conditioning, and not having that nurturing love from your mom can really fuck you up. The Red Pill for everything essentially pulls back the veil to show you the man behind the curtain so to speak. Pulling back that veil is the easy part, what to do with that knowledge is the hard part. The TRP sub is successful because it limits the domain of its strategic focus. Focusing on sexual strategy makes the "what to do about it" portion a lot less contentious, because there is a clear goal and many clear ways to get there. But feel free to ignore that, and make sure not to jaywalk or speed on your dates. Disclaimer: IANAL (but only if your girlfriend begs for it on tape)

The older iteration had a FULL (and not very generous nor naive) understanding of female tendencies & behaviors (IMO at least equal to, if not superior to "red pill") I would say that their understanding of women's long-term mating strategy was more refined, but TRP is leagues ahead of anything before the 80s in understanding women's short-term mating strategy, which is much more relevant today.

All women are "whores" to some extent (it's just the price and what's bartered), and whores are real women (they are just stupid to sell themselves so cheap). Most whores end up making more money per year than any husband they would be able to snag, at least for the first decade or so. All things are not equal, by the time a woman has a PhD, she has lost 2 SMV points to age. I'd rather have the 22 year old who was intelligent enough to earn a PhD, but smart enough to decide not to. Paying for Paying too much for sex is one of the most beta things a guy can do. Pussy isn't free, ever. How much is your time worth? If your time is worth 200 bucks an hour, that extra hour for your plates logistics could have paid for the entire escort. Yes, unemployed dudes should only spin plates - if your time is valuable it's time to do a cost benefit analysis.

Were her or any of her flatmates from the US? There are US states where a 23 year old having sex with a 17 year old would be illegal. Getting called a paedophille by your flatmates is a pretty big turnoff, so it probably happened after she told one of her friends she was seeing a 17 year old guy. Also you really lost frame on your response.

Absolutely, it's a risk - when I brought it up with my wife I thought there was a a one in three chance of it ending the relationship (I brought it up in a larger framework of explaining pretty much all of RP concepts to her) - but I decided it would be better to take an honest risk (open and responsible polygamy) now, than to get 15 years down the road and get gradually less satisfied until I took a more dishonest and larger risk (cheating). In fact, TRP "canon" clearly states that weak, pushover men are the ones who will ultimately make their wives miserable; doesn't that mean it would make sense for women to screen out men who have exhibited this behavior in the past? Yep, I would say women would be wise to avoid anyone they knew to be a serial beta-orbiter. Women tend to get more emotionally damaged from slutting it up on average, but men certainly can get emotionally damaged from beta-orbitting, and much more so at the extreme e…

It is a truism, sometimes the best way to succeed is just to be confident that you will. Being honest about what you want out of a relationship and what would could pose risks to the relationship in the future is the only way you will be able to get what you want in your LTR without sacrificing your integrity. One thought experiment for your future wife - if she was unable to have sex with you ever again (say for some medical reason), would she rather you leave her, or have sex with other women …

"Any women", probably not, but a significant portion of them will be okay with it. Look at high society where having a wife and a mistress is common enough to be a trope at this point, that should tell you that this is at least not hard to pull off if you have a high enough perceived value and aim for it. If your frame is one in which a one-sided open relationship would work, and you successfully pull her into your frame, you will be successful.

You're acting like women are only having sex to lock guys down. Nope, I'm just saying the ones who aren't are the equivalent of male beta-orbiters, which is okay - but it is a low value behavior that our society has conditioned us to go through. Most men here went through a beta-orbiter phase, just as most women in our society go through a slut phase - no reason to celebrate either of these in the context of an LTR.

Correlation != causation, you are putting too much stock in statistical studies (which are of dubious quality to begin with) and not enough in human psychology and your own communication skills (possibly you just need to improve your knowledge in these areas). Women aren't looking to husband-up every guy they have sex with. And men don't have sex with every girl they commit to (beta-orbiters). But it's a sign of a low value male that gives away commitment without getting sex just the same.

By the way, I lived with my ex-girlfriend for 2+ years; my current girlfriend has never lived with any partners. So even if the link you're proposing is to be believed, I am the divorce risk, not her. Firstly, women initiate ~75% of divorces. And women are the gatekeepers of sex while men are the gatekeepers of commitment, you successfully traded commitment for sex, and she unsuccessfully traded sex for no commitment (low value move) - I'd say that paints her as the risk.

I can't imagine it would feel right/fair if it was one sided (I can and she can't). Life isn't fair. Men can separate sex and emotions, women can't (and don't want to if you are the right alpha/beta mix) - that's why you get to have action on the side.

Swallowing the red pill involves the 5 stages of grief, after denial, anger, and bargaining comes depression. Women are told that they are as smart and capable as men at every facet of modern life and that failing to meet that standard is either due to patriarchal oppression or their own failings, finding out that is a sugar coated lie is pretty harsh. Accepting the SMV curve and the wall is particularly harsh for women.

In the future I hope there is a childless tax on couples earning over a certain level of income. Reproducing couples are currently subsidizing these selfish people. "Moralizing" was intended as an adjective not a verb, I could have been more precise (this is why semantics in discussion is so important). Discussing the use of emotional manipulation logically is different from actively using rhetoric designed for emotional manipulation in your reddit post (and not hypocrisy). most red pillers have their own definition about the red pill. If that's the case then I don't see what's the point anymore. I'm friends with a family lawyer, and the sad part is that usually the guys just want custody just to not have to pay child support (which is usually more expensive than taking care of a child) - our system is that screwed :(. The problem with having kids without being married is that it makes it more difficult to get custody in the event of a breakup. The guy usually doesn't want custody (or have much of a chance of getting it in the first place unless the woman has gone completely nuts). In the case of rational branch swinging, the kids are usually better off with the mother anyway, at least until 8 years old or so. Child support + alimony is worse than just child support.

I agree that the majority of gamers are wasting the productive hours of their life, but most hobbies can become that degenerate, regardless of their maximum potential benefit. Pointless games are up there in rank with social media, drugs, comfort food and porn for their addictive quality. Anyone who plays a decent amount of games (or any other potentially degenerate activity) should try quitting for 2 weeks, and evaluate the level of addiction and how much benefit you garnered from the activity.

They act like they are in the 90th percentile based on which men they will view as potential partners, and they are too promiscuous based on their goals for a relationship (aiming for a casual relationship with an alpha cock or beta wallet rather than an LTR with a mix of the two). 3.) How do other cultures make women more loyal? Are you referring to every culture other than America, or just a few?…

Honestly I think American men have an inflated view of their own SMV too. Women and men both have their egos stroked by the "participation award" and "you can be anything you want to be when you grow up" culture of American schools. But I would say that American women have their egos inflated even further by getting better grades than men in school, and feminism telling them that they are being oppressed (leading women to believe that their SMV is higher) and feminism shitting on men (leading me…

I'd say the cutoff point for male attractiveness varies per culture. In cultures like America where women are pampered and have an inflated view of their SMV only the top 10% of males are "worthy." In a baseline culture 20% of men are "worthy." In a culture where women have a deflated view of their SMV 30% of men might be "worthy." So men at the 75th percentile see foreign women as sexual and wonderful, and American women as cold and frigid.

1) The way people behave is largely influenced by culture, and American culture is terrible for anything resembling a healthy relationship, so yes foreign women behave differently (but have many of the same underlying instincts) 2) Yes there are hypergamous foreign chicks looking for their beta bux provider too, they just come from a culture that might give them a greater likelyhood of being loyal 3) 0.01% maybe, hard to say with such a small sample size (I've met maybe 3 women in America ever t…

Of course it can be both. American women are too slutty with the top 10% of men, and too frigid with the next 70% (the bottom 20% of men get shit on in pretty much every society).

Shouldn't an ideal relationship theory focus on LTRs? For society, yes. For an individual's best interests, sadly - no. TRP is not about what relationship structure would benefit society most, but which one would benefit you, the reader, most. The current fucked up state of society is such that it is just not statistically reasonable to encourage the majority of men to seek a fulfilling LTR. I have one, but I'd feel like a winner of the lottery encouraging everyone to buy a ticket if I said ever…

I don't believe every male is capable of being (happy while being) monogamous, but the ones who don't believe they are should be upfront about that with any LTR.

I came to that same realization a few months ago. I used to be somewhat active on /r/atheism, quite vocal. It never occurred to me before, but it's downright obvious that practices that lasted for thousands of years had to have come about for a reason. TRP was the missing piece of the puzzle that put it all together. Religion was the guidebook that allowed men and women to harmonize. We're at a frightening middle point of society where people are on average too logical to believe religion's bull…

I'm not sure if this is a troll or not, but read the sidebar (all of it).

Not saying that is all you need, just one thing I identified that you were missing. Having a significantly higher SMV than her and being able to read her emotions and provide for her needs without giving in to her demands are both important too, but take a lot more work and would require more details on your specific situation. Selecting the right woman is important too, a low partner count RPW is probably the ideal here, and someone without much emotional baggage (which as some others pointed o…

Too blue. You didn't establish boundaries, both you and your girl should have known what the reaction to her cheating would be. My wife knows that if she cheats she is getting replaced by a 18-22 yr old, and if she's lucky she will be demoted to plate. No woman is 100% loyal (I like to think mine is above 99% though), humans are impressionable, women more so and the right inebriants and situation can make anyone make a bad decision. Having the right boundaries in place will help your woman avoid…

Remember also that the hormonal birth control pill is a "mental health med" in that it (sometimes drastically) changes a woman's preferences, so counting that you are probably closer to 80-90%.

Be alpha physically, socially, and intellectually and you will be able to keep one of them through most hardships. And as usual being economically alpha trumps everything else.

If she hasn't been begging to get back with you, absolutely not (why would you want an LTR with a girl who wasn't crazy about you). If she has been seeing other guys since then, even more absolutely not. If her partner count is > number of LTRs, absolutely not. You can do better.

Cocky and funny doesn't work (as well) without the funny - watch a massive amount of offensive standup comedy.

Shit tests and comfort tests can have the exact same words, you have to be able to read her emotions - shit tests are motivated by emotional manipulation, comfort tests are motivated by honest emotional vulnerability.
