Well for sure not all women want the good looking rich guys. I am certainly neither good looking or rich, yet my gf is the sweetest gf ever. She had the chance to date higher but she refused and therefore I'm more than appreciative. Unfortunately I'm convinced there aren't many girls like her. But again, she's not American, we're from East Europe.

Meanwhile in Romania I've finally made it to the IT sector, making 20k usd a year and it's considered a high salary. Holy sh#t the amount of money you guys can make over there.

Yeah 1k per month in SEA is pretty sweet as a single guy. Totally doable! Good luck with your plans!

I am also drawn towards Buddhism recently, just started reading about it more actively and it's the closest thing to a religion that I can see myself involved in.

Yess, me too. I'm considering Madeira, Greece or Bali as well, 32M. I need to put in another few years work but by 40 I should be fine financially. Been to Portugal, loved it, people were so chill, everyone was dancing and singing in the streets regardless of age, the vibe is just fantastic. Cost of living similar to that of Romania (my home country). Been to Indonesia as well and I guess there is something captivating in those Asian countries, I felt like a rock star by all the random people gr…

Haven't eaten any meat or dairy or egg in 3 months and I'm slowly returning to the best shape I've ever been. Seeing the comments everybody is going strong on meat. Maybe you should discover the other side of things. Plant based is the future if there should be a future for us on this planet. Oh and instead of giving me sh#t for this comment as usual, ask yourself why do you actually need to kill to eat. Because you don't. You just choose to.

That story is sick. Heard it first on Joker's BB channel, but damn I can't believe theses things actually happen

My current gf couldn't care less about materialistic stuff. I was dead broke when we got together, I literally had 26 Euros on my account and she knew about it. She had a minimum wage paying job and I just lost mine so we quickly moved in together to survive. Since then I managed to build myself up, she also has a better job and moving to a bigger place or having kids or marriage or fancy trips is really not a topic between us. I also invested some cash in BTC and when there's a bull market, I e…

Yeah all the replies I get seem to be on the "leave" side. While obviously nobody else can decide for me, I also fail to decide for myself. I was hoping I will somehow become more motivated to pick a side already but nothing seems to help. It's actually the kind of relationship that I would really like, in approximately 5 years when I had my solo time and long for companionship. How do you say no to this knowing that this was probably your only shot for a fulfilling relationship?.. Sorry to hear…

Don't you long for the 'good' gf experience when single? My biggest fear is the regret I will probably have to live with.

I know I should enjoy it and sounds very simple to just pull the plug if that's not the case. So far my emotions and sense of responsibility for her held me back. Even though I keep consuming red pill content (Better Bachelor, huMan, CoachGregAdams), it's slowly building up but for some reason can't break through. How did you do it in your past relationships?

Well I guess I needed to hear that. It's all logical and makes complete sense until we have 'The talk'. Then she wins me over with her puppy eyes and I just cannot bear the thought of missing this caring person from my life. Like it would haunt me forever. That's what I fear more actually. She's not a golddigger, She doesn't want kids or marriage, she enjoys most of my hobbies too so kinda sounds like someone a man would pursue in his mature years. This is what makes it so hard. It's really hard…

Marriage is something we discussed and agreed that we don't want it, and neither do we want kids. So that's a relief, but you also make a good point. Women don't take much to change their minds

I do respect her and appreciate her presence but my affection is more like towards a good friend rather than a romantic partner.

Thinking about Philippines, exploring the idea of SE Asia, it just feels like a good place to be, especially with a western income.

Damn, my life looks nothing like you just described, but deep down I would kinda enjoy the uncertainty of tomorrow. It switches on a certain survival instinct of the self, and that's what men are about. I agree on finding a job that you can de remotely and keeping your expenses to a minimum. I prefer frugality instead of nihilism but I get the idea. What's the job you can do from your phone? Apart from calling people, because I just detest those jobs. Anything to do with coding? Or else? Traveli…

Thanks for the reply, I think I'll give it a shot. Are you physically active during the fasted state? How do you deal with the cravings?

OP, I'm interested in this fasting method you described. So if I got it right, you basically eat a large portion of food, once in 3 days? I'm usually doing OMAD or one meal a day, so far with little success. Considering giving it a go with your strategy. Any tips on that? Much appreciated!

I'm in Romania atm, but checking out my options for the future. Countryside US does have a certain charm to it, I just need to evaluate the pros and cons

I've always been tempted by the USA, coming from East Europe, but not sure if it's actually worth moving across the Atlantic. If I ever do it, it would be out of curiosity rather than necessity. But I'm glad you don't need to leave your country, that's the best case scenario in the end.

Yes it is actually. I believe I live just around the corner from you. Erdély, Romania.

Same. Also I like reading about guys enjoying living alone. As I'm currently not that fortunate, I get off iyn others' happiness. Dog would be nice but then I couldn't just hop on a train or plane and leave for days if I feel like. And I usually feel like getting away..

Nr 6 is my sweet spot as well. Getting acquainted with the principals of minimalism can truly liberate the soul, I found. Good luck and keep up the good stuff!

Thanks for that. that's actually true, about not having to get married. Gosh we're so wired to think like that, it hasn't even occurred to me that this could go on without ever mentioning marriage. I doubt it will, but the concept is very interesting.

The psychologist focused on fixing the relationship even though I mentioned that I believe the issue lies somewhere else. Perhaps I'll go see someone else.

No I'm from East Europe, but our laws are not that different from yours. After 5 years of living together, she is entitled to half of all our possessions. That 5-year mark is rapidly approaching and it makes me feel uneasy. I mean she's alright as a GF but is this it? Personally I'm not interested in marriage and kids and she knows that. But you know women, they will eventually change their minds especially when the bio clock kicks in and will do anything to change your mind too.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
