Something like that happened in Germany actually - a girl starts insulting a boy at McDonalds at night, reason still unclear and her girlfriends all tell different stories, after being assaulted with a barrage of insults and leaving she ran after him to insult him even more, he punched her, she landed on the curb in an unlucky way and she died. As result she was awarded the highest possible medal for civilians by our government and he got trialed and found guilty.
