You don't have a 401k, you both do. That is how the court sees it. If you spend money on other women, the court may try to make you repay your wife. I decided my freedom was priceless- the divorce basically set me back 20 years. I am rebuilding, I don't regret it.

Don't LTR/marry women close to your age. Always go as young as you can. By 35 a woman's pregnancy is considered geriatric... by 40, is a miracle, by 45 is expensive...

Whatever you like to do is fine. I wasn't suggesting that you marry her. I was just reminding you what you bring to the table.

I understand. But that is a block on your mindset. You can bring a lot to the world of a 26 yo. Be fit, dress well and (please) act your age, you can certainly do it.

Date younger. I am 52 and dated as young as 26. Definitely move to better pastures if you can.

The apps always show you hotter people the first day(s) to motivate you to pay/continue... it is more of a marketing technique. If they swap right with you, then your rank will raise

My divorce lawyer laughed at the idea. With enough money and years of litigation, it may be possible to have some impact on the result

You have to follow some social norms specially at work - say hi in a confident manner. You don't have to participate in the discussion but ignoring everyone comes off as insecure/weird.

Read sexual intelligence book. Is about coping with dysfunctions that are not treatable (like age, loss of limbs). You have to redefine what sex means to you.

The other consideration is that of the process. In my case, her lawyer tried to convince the judge that any money used in other women was improper use of marital assets and that I had to repay 50% back to her. It didn't prosper. Only use cash and don't publish/flaunt/brag what you are doing.

This happened to me. She did try. Didn't succeed. Ackward but survivable. Reputation hit not a problem, some will think "he is an ***", while others will think "he is so good that she was willing to kill herself for him".. End of the day: "she is responsible for her actions" no matter how much everybody wants to pin it on you.

I am finding that I am acting either too strong or too weak - escalating very aggressively with some and being very passive with others... in both cases missing or misinterpreting the stop/proceed signs... it is driving me crazy how I can't seem to find an effective level. I need to figure out whatever is that I am not doing right.

What, if anything, would you change? I am hating the fact that I missed the cues again. And only after I went home alone that I catch on.

They are making it somewhat easy but I am misreading/missing them a lot - focusing on my goals is fine but not to the point that I am missing out on being with some great girls. For example, I was so focused on going to bed because I needed to hit the gym early that I missed the cue of the girl inviting me to her apartment. Or I would get a text from a girl but because I was with friends having fun I misread the text and ended up responding what she was asking and not the real question.

Having LTRs, wasting money on nothing and everything instead of saving/investing, not investing in real state, spending time on dead end friendships, not training hard enough, not keeping my budding company. Your 20s are your take risks years (for life and fortune) - you can launch a company and live on crackers if necessary. Much harder to do at 30 and 40.

Don't tell them unless their mom or somebody else is telling them lies. Then absolutely set them straight but don't be crude about it - for their sake. The mom pedestal is the hardest to get free of. Even here people will defend moms as if there is no AWALT. Source: divorce dad of a teenage son.

Just signaling as she met someone and didn't tell him she is married. Is a lie of omission to the new branch... Or, you made her mad and she is punishing you by publicly denieing you... Or, you are not relevant in her life anynore... There are a million reasons, don't fall into the drama trap... but always watch her behavior.

Agreeable means that you tend to quickly surrender your wants when negotiating. You don't push back or demand more than what is absolutely necessary (salary, good service, respect). You don't want to make waves. It is extremely difficult to succeed if you are agreeable as you won't raise above mediocrity.

How long have you been there? Do you usually quit this easily? You were cruising on easy mode and now life got hard, so you want to go back. Think strategically and not emotionally.

Several possibilities; She was looking at the guy/girl behind you. Your pickup/conversation skills need improvement (you are eye candy only). You are taking too long to get to the point. The interaction was fine, it is all in your head. Less likely. Why are you still talking in class? Ask her out, do something with her.

You need to take control of the process or she will destroy your finances. You basically just told someone who doesnt like you that you don't want to pay her bills anymore. Don't delude yourself, If she were a good person she would have been honest with you and not marry you or left.

You are not the center of the universe. Nobody cares. Do things because they fits with your goals. If you do stuff so people like you/wanna sleep with you then you are missing the point.

Beware of false rape and domestic violence accusations. Beware of divorce sex and ups pregnancies. Do not drink anything while in this situation, of you can, tape your interactions. While I am sure it can be done, you can lose more than expected with a simple 911 call from her.

What are you offering for the 10% of the business? Are you buying in? What if they offer a non-voting partnership? What are you bringing to the table that they don't get with you as an employee? You seem to have a good idea but I don't see the how or the why they would agree to this.

I am not a lawyer but he doesn't look legally divorced as the divorce decree is not issued until agreements in marital assets, alimony, child support and child custody/visitations are all agreed upon. He may get punished if the judge thinks the 30k/yr job is to avoid paying. He needs a lawyer now. Don't rely on well meaning strangers on the internet.

Talk to a lawyer ASAP - First consultation are usually free (ask). You need an exit plan. Why is her boyfriend living with you? What she wants is irrelevant (why would you agree to live with her after divorce?). You don't have to smile and be nice. Be cold and be about your business. Be cold and polite if you are worried about appearances with your children. Don't leave unless your lawyer tells you to. Avoid all traps ( false rape accusations, domestic violence charges, etc). Document situation.

My experience and with friends is that the peak is 35 to 45. In terms of income you can peak as high as 55. In terms of looks, you can always be a top 1% in your age group. What happens is that your bottom keeps rising. My dad is 78 but attracts 60 yo, I have a 71 yo friend who pulls 50 yo.

She can change her mind later and ask for back child support - make sure she doesn't put your name in birth certificate. You may have a time limit to dispute the birth certificate. Don't ghost (you need to keep enemies close) but don't be involved either (don't do anything that a father would do). Try to have her pin it on somebody else. Good luck.

I am not a lawyer but, the state where you live is the one that has jurisdiction. You can't shop around. For example, to file in FL you have to be resident at least 6 months. Child support is unavoidable if you make more than her - unless you end up with 100% custody.

Go to male doctors in urology, endocrinology or sports medicine. They are more likely to help with this. A lot of general practitioners won't give a damn.

My mom, her behavior. The overall disillusion of marriage. Figuring out that his live was lived following somebody else imperatives and codes. But I will never be sure. I just know that sometime in the last six months he reached RP conclusions independently.

No... he is bettering himself - he is also deep in the anger phase. He always exercised, so he is concentrating in other areas: languages, music. He is doing all the stuff he always wanted to do. He has a couple of women circling already but I haven't been able to get him to pull the trigger.

Careful, in some communities, if you have the wedding party and you present each other as husband and wife then you are married, even if you don't sign the certificate. Check with lawyer before doing this.

You are assuming that what you hear from coworkers is the truth. Do they know he is your husband? If they know, they may be just casually saying shit to you to see how you react and to see if they can create some drama. Also, people have been telling you to quit and you keep ignoring it (at your own peril). You are continuing the office drama at home so your husband is getting no chance to recoup - this can only work against you. If he can not count on your support and he is red pill, he will ha…

There are plenty of single women around - why bother with that particular one? She is probably just looking to see if two males will fight over her.

Don't tell her you feel depressed or sad. You would look weak to her. I did and it was a big mistake. She needs to feel that you can handle what is going on. Talk to a male friend instead or go to the gym and lift until you are exhausted.

Very religious and non-religious don't mix very well (it depends as usual). I am assuming Christian, but she will get "the talk" about missionary dating and about "unequally yoked" from her parents/friends and church. You can push and wait but if her beliefs are strong you may never get what you want. Is this "women are meant to serve men and take care of all their needs" an actual quote? It seems she was telling you what you wanted to hear. What is she expecting from you? Did you ask about what…

You are correct. I ended up admiting that I went overboard and I apologized for that (in my own terms and my own way, I didn't wait for her to demand an apology or to dictate the terms of the apology). And I sticked to my argument that both her claim and the way it was done were out of place.

We talked and ended up somewhat making up. She reversed her original accusation saying that it had been a joke (I don't really believe that). She fights very dirty indeed but refuses to acknowledge or change it. She will do anything to win a fight. She is also a master at manipulation so it is hard to have a real conversation as it is hard to know what is real or just a tactic. Thanks for the advice, I will go the serious route as any hint of violence (Even playful) is met with hysterics.

Well aware of that. Losing control was my mistake and I own that - as I get a better grip on TRP and some other issues, I keep better control but I still lose it some times (less and less BTW).

We have had this discussion in the past as she thinks I have a lover behind every woman I know - she is very insecure that way. I used to try to convince her that I was faithful but that never worked. Now, I just don't care - I even flirt with other women in front of her and (surprisingly) they are flirting back - I started working out and doing the be a man challenges. This fight was a case of her doing the wrong thing at the wrong time.

About the higher pitch in your voice. I had that issue and a friend who trains actors told me is because of anxiety/nervousness. As you stress, it causes you to tighten the muscles around and in your vocal cords, so the pitch increases. To control it, you have to relax (breath in and out for a couple of minutes), and do some vocal exercises. He suggested to ohmmmm ( like in meditation ) for a minute or shout a few times. Also, control your talking speed - keep it moderate, the more you speed up,…
