First rule of the red pill, don't talk about the red pill.

I'm 45 and had my testosterone checked recently. It's at 308! Per Quest Diagnostics that is in their normal range (250-827 ng/dL). That would be normal range for an 80 year old man. Art of Manliness did an article years ago on a few studies showing what testosterone levels should be: http://www.artofmanliness.com/2013/01/16/normal-testosterone-levels/ The article references: https://books.google.com/books?hl=en&lr=&id=efEnI1VdmtsC&oi=fnd&pg=PA3&dq=Declining+Androgens+with+Age:+An+Overview&ots=vI…

Treat others with respect until they give you a reason not to. Pretty simple.

Controlling the emotion is the step I am trying my damnedest to do. This is happening with my LTR who became my ex recently. One minute I'm over it the next I'm like a fucking beta bucks with oneitis. I strongly believe in the stoic style of behaviour (not the full philosophy) and impassive responses to things you can't control. This right there. That is what I strive for. Well boys, time to go hit the iron and let off some steam.

Stay strong brother. 43 yr old here. Do for self first, aside from your fatherly duties. Getting out of our own heads is one of the hardest but crucial things to do. I've recommended it before, good read on mindset is Mike Cernovichs "Gorilla Mindset".

I was raised by a beta father. He was raised in the late 1930's and 1940's. My grandfather was off fighting WWII and eventually divorced my grandmother when my father was young. He was raised by a woman. I was angry and harbored a lot of resentment for a very long time against my father. I cried, bitched and moaned about why my father didn't teach me to be a man for 40 years of my life. One day I realized that he did the best he could do with what he knew, what he himself had been taught. I also…

He lost frame, and in front of his guests. Like Reddthrown pointed out: "she asked me to wash the lettuce for the salad" "Here's the sink, let me know if you need anything else" Then he goes and does something else.

Never say you are sorry, that is a negative mindset. Say, I made a mistake, my apologies. When they argue, put on headphones and listen to something. When they come to pick on you, nod your head in agreement and say I understand, I understand. And wait to the day you can get out of there.

First books I suggest to anyone are: Gorilla Mindset No More Mr. Nice Guy

Me: "good. I like a challenge." Her: "knock yourself out." Me: 8PM I'll be at ____________ She doesn't show up, who cares. Find another.

It is a tough pill to swallow, being led to believe one thing and find out that it has all been very untrue. There are 2 books I would read first: Mike Cernovich's Gorilla Mindet and No Mr. Nice Guy Also, make sure you are getting adequate sleep, nutrition and are lifting.

If getting a girl is your first priority change that shit now. Women aren't your first priority. You are your first priority. Like abdada said, abundance doesn't always mean women. Do things for you, take care of you. You'll know when you are ready when you don't care if you have women or not.

She's bored. You haven't had sex in a month and a half. Time to next and move on. This one is done.

You have to complain to the property manager. That being said, based on my experience nothing will change, other than you moving.

Can you move? I got out of a lease once because the people above me had kids that made a lot of noise. Or ask your leasing office for a different apt. I'm now a top floor renter.

One simple question. Are you prepared to spend the rest of your life putting her needs above your own?

You don't have to talk or give a shit. People like to hear themselves talk and to talk about themselves. So let them do it, listen, nod, agree and they will talk themselves out. If you do get interested, encourage them to talk about themselves. Read, 'How to Win Friends and Influence People.'

This from Suravira: This part is where you've gone wrong, likely your LTR has hit the wall and you've been letting yourself go and thus have lost frame. I know it seems like she's betrayed you, and she has, but it really is your fault, though we'd like to say women have agency, when it comes down to it they can only be subservient to their emotions. You changed. I was the same way and I always blamed the women to some extent for the failure of the relationship. Then when it happened again and ag…

She thinks she is your friend. If she wants someone to talk to she can call one of her girlfriends. You aren't one of her girlfriends. Let her get validation somewhere else, it's not your problem. She still sees you as her emotional tampon. Next this chick.

You really have only showed interest as any customer would and haven't shown interest outside of that. You haven't showed her why she should be interested in you. What makes you different than any other guy that has walked up to her today, made eye contact and gave her a smile?

Also realize that if you did go on an anti-depressants they are terrible to wean off of. Quitting cold turkey is not advisable as the withdrawal symptoms can be worse than side effects when initially taken. As others have said, exercise is a very good place to start. Also, Mike Cernovich from Danger & Play has some good info on taking the supplement N-Acetylcysteine (N-A-C) to fight depression and anxiety. http://www.dangerandplay.com/2014/07/21/n-acetylcysteine-nac-depression-anxiety/

Archwinger is correct. I'll add, women have a short attention span. When you see her again, it will be the fourth time you have seen her and you didn't show her any value the other three times. At this point she is thinking you are a polite guy with a friendly face that checks out in the line she works in.
