I mean yeah of course deadlifts wouldnt give you wife shoulders but him and other redpillers (check my post about accessory exercises if it interests you) of course suggest incorporating them. So what do you think is optimal program to get a high smv physique?

Yeah i think thats fair. Just weird that there are discrepancies to his advices about hair and body fat. Other than that he talks about dominant mindsets and shit. Would it be okay to say that as long as you have a visible resting six-pack, you can bulk up to 20%? Hell even 25%?

Hmmm insteresting take on it. But doesnt redpill suggest 5x5 lift big get big strongman programs? On an unrelated note (which i got the idea of after your comment) would it be possible that his bearmode philosophy would work better for 6'0" plus guys rather than short guys? I am short myself so it interests me.

Makes sense. The youtuber suggests 15-20% so thats not fat. I think he was talking about not being super shredded and looking good w a shirt on. No pot bellies for sure haha. Thanks for the input.

I actually did that for a month minus the deadlift and 5x5 on squat and bench ( 4 sets 8-12 reps on those) but i stopped since i was only getting definition and cuts and not visual muscle and weight gains. How long youve been doing that? Did you put on mass?

So 5x5s for ALL compound movements?

Is anything thats not a stronglift considered isolation? Like tbar rows, rows, lat pulldowns, etc?

Basically pump-inducing movements for the small muscles? Then balls to the wall, lift as much weight as possible for bigger muscles?

So no need to hit PRs when doing them? Just enough sets and reps to get a pump?

That makes sense. So even when doing isolation on big muscles (mostly back since my chest and front delts are over-developed and messing up my posture) should i do 5x5 on isolation machines like rear delt flyes, high rows and tbar rows?

Do you know the correlation between carbs and acne? Planning to do keto for the acne and not mainly for the weightloss.

Well you can probably spin it as you are a man who can make children. And that youre responsible enough to have a kid and fuck bitches at the same time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
