| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenAnd who's fault is that? These are not societal sanctioned punishments, huge difference. Y'all need to take that up with God or biology or nature or whatever is responsible for us being here at some point | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/24 12:43 AM |

| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenLol, nice try. I'm actually dealing with a personal issue which is why I'm so annoyed. I asked my gf to get an abortion and she said no, I told her I wanted no part of it, and she's threatening to take me to court over child support. I don't have any reasonable recourse, except to bend to her will, unless I can find someway to get rid of the baby, with or without her consent | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/24 12:19 AM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenEnd of story. Tough luck, suck it up. Not your body, not your choice. You see now. Abortion bans definitely even the playing field. The CHILD deserves support, once born, regardless of either parents' choices. No one owes the child anything, save for the individual that thought it was a good idea to bring it into this world, even when their partner wanted no part of it and made it clear men were the ones pregnant, it would be their choice. It's their money being garnished. Would you rather they … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/24 12:14 AM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenPlenty also don’t believe in abortion or don’t feel comfortable doing it or decide that they can’t care for the child If the mother feels her beliefs and desires were more important, is it really bad to expect her to be responsible for the results of those personal desires and beliefs?? I just believe that men are responsible for their children too. That they consented to bringing into this world. That's key. But if men are going to not want to be responsible for anything, then that really means… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/24 12:10 AM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenThat's why I flared this post as a debate, because they're my own personal opinions duhh | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/24 12:00 AM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenYou assumed those positive obligations by virtue of the fact of the existence of another person who did not consent to Can't the same argument hold true for pregnancy? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:59 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womengets no choice. Period. If he gets no choice, his money should not be involved later on, unless you want men to start sleeping abortion pills in women's drinks now🙄 has the right to be supported by both parents If a child is unwanted, they should be considered to have only the parent that wanted them. Or we can start CS from the moment of conception? Make the father 50% responsible for prenatal care? Either/ or. I would be in favour of this, if it meant that the man's financial responsibilities … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:57 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenSure but that doesn’t mean they always want to parent the child or have physical custody. That's what abortion is for🙄 why birth a child that you know is clearly unwanted. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:51 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenYes. Atleast when both are forced to do something they don't want, it feels fair | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:49 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenWith banned abortion, all this means is more men are gonna become fathers. So enjoy. Atleast abortion bans equalize the playing field. Either both are forced to be parents or they both get options to evade parental responsibility, namely abortion and paper abortions. don't want men to be responsible for kids he cheated Kids birthed against his will? Oh no, I only believe they should be held responsible for kids they consented to bringing into this world | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:48 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenOnce it is born then it must be cared for yes Even if it violates bodily autonomy, like a parent being compelled to use their hands to feed, bath and nurture the child? You never have to use your blood or body to keep it alive But you have to use your hands to keep it alive. The only difference is the location of the organs. Literally body parts versus responsibility to providing via money and resources that are not body parts. | – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenIf a man doesn't want to be responsible for a child, he can keep it in his pants or wrap it up. Are you a prolifer? Men have choices. They choose to have sex without protection, they deal with the consequences. Another prolife argument. Interesting... Don't have sex if you're not ready to care for a child that results from unprotected sex. Atleast you are consistent | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:27 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenabortion ban takes away options So does enforced child support. Do you not see this? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:21 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenfinancially responsible like women are :) Women are held responsible, because the decision to bring the child into the world is usually theirs. So it makes sense. What doesn't make sense however, is forcing a mm to pay for something he never consented to and made it clear that he didn't want. But the woman being stubborn, thought it was a good idea to bring forth an unwanted child, like what🙄 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:18 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenWhere has anyone’s cause of death been child support as the direct cause of death in the same way that this abortion ban has caused deaths Child support requires money, money that sometimes involves working a dangerous job, perhaps he wouldn't he working the same job if it weren't for the child support. on to say that the abortion ban is killing women Forced child support is killing men, through suicide, depression and what not. Get rid of enforced child support and maybe ppl will see the point … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:15 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenIf men don't wanna be dad's they don't gonna be making them. When u naturally aren't the gender who has children, you just aren't going to have as much of the say because the child is not in ur body. Her body her choice, his wallet his choice. Atleast we can agree on that. Why can't u answer the question? All u are doing is shifting the blame for what a man doesnt want. Just showing you how ridiculous the question is. It's a baby, not a clump of cells This is your subjective opinion. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:11 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenCan you die from child support ? Take a look at the stats on work related deaths then come back to me. There are bad people everywhere and people who try to manipulate the system especially as far as child support goes but women are dying because of this I don't understand the point of this additional information | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 11:09 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womensomeone bc then it is legally born and not using someone else to survive directly by their body. Ofcourse it is. If left to its own devices ofcourse it will die. Did you not see the case of the mother who was sentenced to life in prison because she went to have fun and left her baby at home, and it died | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:58 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenWhy are men having sex if they don't wanna be a dad? Why are women having sex if they don't want to be mothers? Why don't women get their tubes tied? So a man isn't forced to be a dad when he chose to make a kid of men dont want to be fathers why don't men get vasectomies? A clump of cells at conception is the only thing the man is responsible for. Hope this helps | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:55 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenexists, it exists because of the choices made by both parents to act to bring it into existence. A fetus is not a child. The man is only responsible for the existence of a clump of cells, the baby is entirely the woman's fault, especially considering abortion exists. Your obligations to support someone you caused to exist don’t depend on anyone else’s choices. They belong to the child. Isn't this a prolife argument??? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:52 PM |

| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenIf a man is raped or a woman steals sperm from a used condom and impregnates herself, that man did not make that decision. Why should we not treat this as the equivalent of a man saying the kids were born against his will hence he did not make the decision? No I’m saying that paying child support is a possible consequence of making the decision to deposit your sperm inside a woman. So you're making a prolife argument, that consent to sex is consent to pregnancy/parental obligations? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:43 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenThe child was mutually agreed upon—you both acted to create the child. The pillar of the proc-hoice movement rests on the idea that consent to sex isn't consent to pregnancy or child birth. So its not agreed upon Who should do the disallowing, and by what means It should go without saying that if a woman doesn't abort an unwanted child, she has accepted sole responsibility, both personally and financially | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:39 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenMen have absolute control over their sperm (and if a man can prove in a court of law that a woman literally “stole” his sperm to impregnate herself then he should be off the hook). What about the child, who will pay for it? Aren't you really simply just saying without saying that child support is about punishing men? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:23 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenSo lemme get this straight, you think using internal organs is more special than using external organs? No one can force you to get a job it's still a choice. Thanks to parental neglect laws A parent can be jailed if they refused to utilize their external body organs to feed their newborn, so again is bodily autonomy really a right? Or is it just some excuse we afford women who want to dodge responsibility? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/24 10:21 PM |
| – | Feminists are only interested in the idea of choice when it comes to womenA woman should not be allowed to birth a child that is not mutually agreed upon unless she is capable of taking care of it on her own. | – | Without paper abortions there is no equality. Especially under capitalismYou're basically taking the radfem men exclusionary view. The law currently views each parent as equal. If it did, abortion would not be allowed when it is a unilateral decision. Why should men get custody of their kids? (something many of you give lip service to being upset about) All men are are sperm donors after all, even if they wanted the child, they ultimately didn't decide to birth it. The ratio of choice to cost should always be 1:1. You choose x, you pay for x. Not 0.5x. You should visit the kink, confession, and relationship advice subs more often then. Here’s where the good guys often fumble: they buy into the same societal conditioning. So why do we teach people to look both ways before they cross? Because we recognize that sometimes driver's aren't following the rules, and that, though… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 10:17 AM |

| 1 | Sometimes it's Okay to blame the VictimYes. Why would you bring gender into this??? I'll illustrate. A buddy of mine fell asleep on the bus on the way home from work while his car was in for repairs. We victim-blamed. Our group of friends have little power over the law and order situation or conscience of every potential pickpocket, but we do know that those are not the type of buses you fall asleep on with a $500 phone that you were texting with minutes before. That's a personal issue, that they should work on themselves | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 09:30 AM |
| 2 | Sometimes it's Okay to blame the VictimDo you have a specific circumstance in mind Yep, I have a friend who's been raped multiple times because of her habit of getting passed out drank at parties. Instead of ppl holding her accountable and telling her to maybe not get so drunk, they just rationalized her actions and focused on blaming the rapist, which while noble, didn't really do much. Her trauma could be avoided if someone cautioned her about her drinking habits early on | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 09:28 AM |
| 2 | Sometimes it's Okay to blame the VictimEhh I still disagree. My sister only managed to get out of her abusive relationship once everyone blamed her for choosing him. Before when ppl were busy infantalizing her and calling her a victim, all they did was enable her to repeat all the same mistakes. It's only when ppl had had enough of her crying and started telling her "well you picked him, you chose your bed, lie in it." That she started being accountable and self aware | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 09:25 AM |

| -3 | Sometimes it's Okay to blame the VictimIf something terrible has already happened to someone, it's not helpful to say "Well, you SHOULD have avoided it!" All you're doing in that case is kicking someone when they're down. Which compounds trauma and makes recovery harder. I think it's more likely that you're telling them so they don't repeat the same mistakes. I think focusing on consoling them and infantalizing them would just make it more likely to repeat the same mistakes | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/24 09:11 AM |

In most of this cases, the men aren't there for love, just pure lust What’s not fine is perpetuating the myth that women inherently loose value by having multiple partners and then complain that women don’t want to sleep with you. My skepticism is furthered because clearly there are a lot of monogamous men and women who are able to establish specialness in a relationship on other bases beyond their partner’s sexual past; this isn’t a problem that afflicts all men by any means. It's not necessarily the sexual acts, but the context in which the sexual acts took place. | 2 | Why do men believe sex is degrading to women? Or they want it to be?The guys’ logic is rooted in the belief that sex without commitment is a major loss or punishment for women. They operate under the assumption that women value emotional connection and commitment significantly more than the physical aspect of sex. To them, engaging in sex without these emotional elements is seen as degrading or humiliating because they believe that women derive a substantial part of their satisfaction and worth from the emotional depth of a relationship. It’s not just me saying it; research supports that people with high partner counts often have a higher likelihood of engaging in risky behavior. | 3 | Why do men believe sex is degrading to women? Or they want it to be?It's simple math really. Women go through great risk and struggle to get the same benefits out of sex that men get without all the risk or trouble. So technically the woman has more at stake. I think alot of guys when they put themselves in women's shoes, they imagine they'd not open their legs considering it's the woman who could get pregnant, shamed etc. when a woman is having sex with a man she's essentially putting her life at risk in a way that the man is not. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/09/24 11:44 PM |

Newsflash: people don't need to gather in dark rooms and plot like some secret society to act in their own self-interest. It's human nature. We all adapt to social expectations, whether it's in dating or any other area of life, because that’s how we thrive in society. When people go out into the world to date they are not thinking as a collective. It's not a conspiracy. Well, obviously. They… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/09/24 05:01 PM |

| – | Ladies, how come your tastes in fiction, contradict what you say you want irl?Because it's a fantasy. Seems a bit unfair to assume that the thrill of the bad boy is the only route to satisfying experiences. The stereotype that only bad boys bring excitement in the bedroom overlooks the fact that a ‘good guy’ can be just as passionate and adventurous. However, the overlap between the two isn't necessarily a personal problem, it’s more about understanding how our fantasies and preferences might inform or reflect our real-world desires. He’s the guy who says 'go wild, no judgment.' But here’s where it gets interesting: if the 'bad boy' is the symbol of rebellion and fun, what does it say when women choose him in fiction and real life, even when they know he's bad news? People play them for the thrill, strategy, or adrenaline rush, but there’s no expectation that these games mirror their real-life relationships. | 1 | Give her the chaos she cravesWe have very different social circles and understanding of what “nice” means, because most dating/married women I know closely generally engage with stable men who are neither volatile nor pushovers. A good partner has boundaries. If this is true, we wouldn't be seeing a rise of the Redpill movement. As I’ve said women dating bad guys are troubled themselves. Decent people can definitely get fooled by the facade toxic people often put on at first, but if someone keeps dumping stable people for toxic ones? They’re toxic too. Lol. I'll approach this by saying, fantasies do not exist in a vacuum. So how could that be true? Just take a stroll down the aisles of any bookstore. What do you see in the bestsellers? | 0 | Give her the chaos she cravesWomen crave emotional depth, not just stability. They want to feel something intense—whether it’s passion, frustration, or even anger—because these emotions make the relationship feel alive. Nice guys, in their quest to avoid conflict and keep things smooth, often strip the relationship of these emotional highs and lows. Nice guys finish last not because women are inherently drawn to bad boys, but because nice guys misunderstand the nature of attraction. | 0 | Give her the chaos she cravesThe real reason nice guys finish last isn’t because women are irrational or inherently drawn to toxicity. It’s because these “nice guys” are fundamentally misreading the rules of attraction. Attraction is not built on kindness alone—if it were, the world would be full of happily paired nice guys and no one else. Instead, attraction is built on emotional engagement, tension, and, yes, power dynamics. When a man adopts the “nice guy” persona, what he’s often doing is relinquishing his own power in… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/08/24 05:17 AM |
| 1 | Give her the chaos she cravesYou guys need to learn about attachment styles. All of the regular PPD complains about "women liking bad guys" are women who are not able to have a secure healthy attachment When you look at it from a psychological standpoint, playing it safe in relationships is a one-way ticket to irrelevance. It’s like watching a movie where nothing ever happens—no one’s going to stick around for that. | -1 | Give her the chaos she cravesLet’s dive into why the so-called “bad boys” seem to get the girl. It’s not because they’re inherently better; it’s because they’re tapping into a psychological drive that nice guys overlook. These guys aren’t afraid to create tension, to introduce uncertainty, to push emotional buttons. They’re not playing it safe, and in doing so, they’re engaging a woman’s emotions in a way that a “nice guy” rarely does. | -3 | Give her the chaos she cravesWhy do women seem to go for the guys who are, let’s say, less traditionally “nice”? Because emotional engagement is the real currency in relationships. This is where most nice guys drop the ball. They equate being conflict-free with being a good partner, when in reality, relationships thrive on emotional depth and complexity. If women valued niceness and kindness the way they value confidence and assertiveness, I can promise you the world would be a much better and safer place for y'all. It's like y'all create the very men you love to complain about without knowing | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/06/24 08:30 AM |
| 12 | Men that complain about "asshole dark triad" are just mad they cannot be assholes, manipulate women, and still get laidOne of the reasons people stay with abusive people is because those people aren't always abusive. That's all good and all if we didn't have to hear complains from women about how men are toxic and my abusive ex yadda yadda, women should date and fuck whoever they want when they want, so long as they shut up about about abuse, the oppressive patriarchy, toxic masculinity and deadbeats. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/06/24 08:25 AM |

| 6 | Do you think women's preferences shift as they mature or do they just "settle" for men they find less attractive because they want to get marriedThe number one reason your wife is always mad in the house, is because you weren't her 1st choice. Men who have exactly what women want and are attracted to are also the least likely ones to give it to them, that's why alot of women end up with relationships/marriages they want, but with men they would not prefer. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/06/24 11:26 PM |

Ask any man what dating advice they would give their sisters and it will finally start making sense to you. Heck even just watch all the male directed romance movies/fantasies and the image will become clearer, most of them are just self-inserts. That's not relevant within a relationship though. If you are partnered with a woman and want to have a child together, men can easily ensure they're not taken advantage of anymore. So that need to suppress female sexuality is entirely vestigial. Two things can be true at the same time. By suppression I meant having her mate chosen for her. They couldn't have a woman running off with a badboy only to end up pregnant and left alone. In most of the global south, a wom… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/06/24 11:19 PM |

Describing the existence of something does not translate to supporting the fact that it exists. Why wouldn't you want a devoted woman who fucks like a slut Lots of reasons for this. There's a reason why nearly all cultures on earth have tried and still continue to suppress the expression of female sexuality in one form or another. | 2 | THIS WILL ALWAYS♾️ BE🐝: POSTS📮 WITH AFFIRMATIVE✅ CLAIMS AND LOADED/LEADING🐕🦺 QUESTIONS⁉️ GET MARKED WITH "DEBATE"🗣️ POST FLAIR DAILY🌞 MEGATHREADBasically it boils down to one very simple principle: No guy wants to imagine that his special little lady was some other guy's slut for the night or worse a willing warm body or cumrag to be used and discarded with. This is why so many men are blindsided when their girl actually cheats, most of them convince themselves, "My girl wouldn't do that, she's different." This why it's easier for a woman to get away with cheating, it's not that they are more clever, it's that men tend to see women they… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/06/24 10:08 PM |

The answer is that when a man becomes emotionally bonded with a woman, he begins to do things that he wouldn't do with other women, women with whom he was only sleeping with. He begins to make commitments, sacrifices, maybe he moves her in, maybe he proposes, or gets married, time, energy, money and opportunity are all sacrificed under the altar of that relationship. Think about it, if he were to just hook up with a woman, or a fling or a fwb situation, I doubt that he would be bothered by her sexual past, if anything her sexual past is an asset to him because it allowed the ease of access to a sexual relationship with her. If she had never had a casual sexual relationship with her it would have been more difficult for to engage her in one for the first time.
