This makes everyone mad as hell, trust me. That's how ugly it's become, but yea you have to say Hi, wait and never look back.

Interesting answer... Anticipation? Never heard about dopamine being spoken of in this manner. I'll take a look at that podcast.

Honestly, for something like supplements (works differently for everyone) I think anecdotes are fine

For me, I become so focused that I actually become dehydrated because I won't move to get water. Fasting is great to get work done...

Very interesting. I actually do "fast" but I don't really think about it. It's all instinct. I am 210 lbs and 16% bodyfat right now at 6'3 and I am now at the point where I don't need to eat a lot to maintain my muscle. I just maintain my strength and size without much work. I eat a few pizzas when I want to bulk, and I can eat nothing when I want to concentrate on work or If I'm just too busy with studies or friends to plan my meals. So yea, what I want to say is that I believe in those fasts. …

Are you sure it's confidence or it's just that you don't fear much, given all the emotional trauma? Empty inside at times? I can relate a bit because I often I feel empty and non emotional. I also don't have a lot of stress for many things. When I do get stressed or angry, it's because I did something that angers my own ego. If your story is true, I'm truly story. Let's be better than the last generation!

DotA 2 is extremely dangerous. You have no choice but to quit cold turkey. I have friends who are still addicted to it and all they do is study, work and play. Sometimes it's only play actually! The only way you can handle a game like DotA 2 is if you already have an exciting life. If you don't, DotA 2 can replace everything.

Biggest offender of them all is music tbh. I'm an addict and i've managed to cut many things : movies, tv shows, video games (big dota 2 player before). I just can't seem to get rid of music. It keeps me focused in the gym, and I can read and work along with it. However I can also only listen to music at times and it is sufficient for me, just like how video games and movies used to be sufficient for me. I'm not sure I want to cut it out. It is precious to me.

I consider myself pretty lucky to have a friend who's extremely toxic and salty when he plays video games. I was previously extremely addicted to DotA (still am I'm sure) but every time I reinstall the game to try a new patch I usually end up playing with him at some point. And then it's an easy uninstall. So I understand your "overdose" statement and I agree with it. In my case this friends puts me over the edge.

I have it. I live with it. The rest of my physique is really good. I'm tall, great shoulders, great back, good arms and I have low bodyfat. And I'm improving every day. I actually never noticed I had those puffy nipples until friends at the gym pointed it out. They made fun of it a couple of times and now they've stopped. So yea, it's not perfect but in the grand scheme of things it's not too bad. edit : Also want to add that the puffiness comes and goes. And I can't explain why.

I'm happy it works out for you but why are you paying for drinks? I enjoy dates because I get to go out and discover a new woman. I only pay my part. If it works out we can go to my place or her place. If it doesn't work out it doesn't work out. Also, a date is also for you to screen her out. I think you project a much better SMV by not having her at your apartment right away because she has to work for it too. Just my thought, but if you fuck a ton with your way of doing things and you feel tha…

This is an extremely important skill but it's more useful for making friends. Use this with other guys. It's like the greatest skill ever for getting a conversation going with introvert, shy persons. Once you make them comfortable they will talk a lot. I would use with caution with dates because think about it, by making the conversation too easy for her you can look eager as fuck.

Check oiut Rich Piana's videos. He has bad knees too. He just does leg extensions with an isometric hold, and hamstring curls.

He's not wrong. Replace the deadlift with the barbell row or T-row. For legs there are many alternatives but personally I would also squat :)

I understand where you're coming from but usually the guys I hear saying this don't have impressive physiques. You're not fighting in a war so who cares if you're not an all around athlete. Lifting is supposed to increase your testosterone and your SMV. Steroids are one of the greatest tool available for this. Health risks are minimal. Although i've heard tren is horrible. I have gym buddies who take steroids. They want to go further in the hobby they love. I only wish them the best. They look h…

If we could talk in person I would tell you the whole thing but basically I guess it kinda happened like that. I was doing some BP things and some RP things. Over time I did get more BP, I did grow feelings for her and it didn't help. She was the kind of girl that liked RP men. Back then I really had no clue. I was John Snow. She got a nipple piercing. She loves getting drunk. She wanted to have sex in my office. She wanted to travel and do outdoor stuff. I wanted a normal girl. She could only s…

What about your experience? I like links but the good thing about reddit is that I can read about the experience of someone that doesn't need to brag (because we are anonymous) and doesn't need to make money.

Wow, I have the almost same experience. GF gave me a great gift that took a lot of work to do, 2 weeks later she's cheating.

I would say the best thing to keep in mind about Tinder is that you should take "risks" while still keeping frame. This way even when many of your conversations lead nowhere, you maintained frame. If you meet the girl a second time IRL, it has the potential to go well. I always try to get one objective done in a conversation. My usual algorithm is first conversation text for number, second you text for a date. It's also good to ask the girl to text you if a date cannot happen right away. If you …

You leveled up very fast man. You even took a less attractive girl to practice being a RP man, which is like the best way to train. Are you sure you have 3 plates? I only read about one.

My advice: Go to the gym everyday. Make friends there. Don't try too hard (to make friends). Try to have fun. Have fun trying out exercices and machines and you can have easy conversations by asking other guys for tips. You can also do bodyweight exercices at home if you really love it (I love it). Next, fix your diet. Keep eating junk food, but eat it less often. Research nutrition. I could tell you about my diet but I started out skinny compared to you so I won't. There is very good advice you…

Insulin will build muscle and store fat but I still like your fire extinguisher metaphor. I don't like to listen to things blindly, especially when testing it myself is not that much work. So I tested sugar and it was not a problem for me. I am an ectomorph however and I only speak for myself.

I disagree with sugar decreasing testosterone. I read that insulin makes testosterone drop but you need insulin to build muscle so it's okay. I personally use sugar to add calories to bulk and I have very good testosterone. Just not right after the meal I guess!

Learning about all this is just awful. As a matter of fact, I've kept good relations with the women I left while the women that left me completely erase me from their life. It's really really sad but I hope it helps people move on knowing that women can't help but be like that. I lived and learned from a slightly more complex situation though. An ex from years ago cheated on me and left me but at that time I didn't give a fuck and I happily agreed to end the relationship, which was a surprise fo…

I commend you for going through these hoops. Damn. I just wish females cared about actual conversations and intelligence instead of SMV. I mean even though smashing shit tests can be fun, I wish there was another way.

I was an atheist before taking TRP. I don't take manipulation and bullshit well and that's exactly what religion is. I was lucky to not have been raised in a religious environment so it was a bit easier for me. I'm still pretty sure I would have found my way to atheism either way because for so many things I like to go things my own way. I like to try things and see how it works out. I don't respond to authority and manipulation very well. But the day I really became an atheist was after watchin…
