How about intermittent fasting? I'm currently going on a 18/6 fast and go to the gym at 6:30AM. Lunch time for me is at around 20 minutes past noon. What do you recommend in this scenario?

The whole fitness industry is full of misleading information. This shouldn't come up as a surprise for anyone who's taken body health seriously. I'm curious, though, what would've been your advices to these men?

Meanwhile the men they fuck are also high status in real life, so those men apparently never get to take a break. I find this to be particularly similar to fat vs height in men and women preferences respectively. On the other hand, given this was true, if a man wanted to be submissive in bed, he would be expected to "man up" or to stop being such a bitch. Good post

If I may add, even though I do agree with your comment, I think he's stating something along the lines of being logically emotional vs emotionally logic. As men, we do feel emotions, but our logic will remain flawless and unstained of parameters not according to reality while women will emotionally create a reality so their logic is according to it.

But... but... there are a lot of women in the workforce! In China. Under a communist government. Catching diseases off the fumes of melting chemicals in electronic devices. True feminists™ if you ask me!

In spanish, whenever they say something I don't agree with or I don't really care about I just say: "Lo anotaré en mi libreta de cosas que me importan una mierda." Or, in english (roughly translated), I would probably say something like: "Cool, I'll add it to my list of things I don't give a fuck about."

I'm not too fond of people telling me what to do, but I do find suggestions and advices very helpful; there's a difference. I also agree with most people so far, I got into TRP because I saw about it elsewhere, and that's an inflexion point in my life, the beginning of the transformation journey from a boy to a man.

You're both right – although I did start the comment with "I wouldn't be too serious about a Tinder date". I personally thought it was implicit that if a girl is DTF, why even bother leaving the comfort of home. I personally don't use Tinder and I go out on dates with girls I'm interested enough to spend a night outside other than just fucking; I go to places I enjoy because I like having fun myself.

A few comments. I wouldn't be too serious about a Tinder date. If you're looking to keep her as a plate I would skip dinner and just go to a bar and escalate. I usually go to three locations in a date: A place where you can have an activity and start escalating; a place where you can have something (quick) to eat; a place where you can drink. Switching environments has been tested by other people in the seduction field, and I personally find it great because by the time you're drinking and you'r…

Well, maybe you shouldn't go. If it's going to be a pain in the ass to "behave" like a man, or if it's too complicated to know what to do in the situation, then maybe you should consider not going at all. Also, if you know she's attending, she knows you're attending too. Why give her the pleasure? Fuck that, it's just a birthday party. If I was in your situation, I'd go with a hot plate and leave the event early, so she knows I left to fuck her in the backseat of my car. Then proceed ignore all …

Are other men taking care of you? You were not born with an obligation towards everybody else. You can usually get away with having sex with girls in relationships given they know you won't be the one telling people about their infidelity, of course. They'd never take responsibility for their actions. That's the problem: what if she gets all moral while being emotionally weak and just creates a problem with you and another guy? Why would I have to take responsibility on some girl's desire for lu…

If they are not belittling you, why care? If they are belittling you, just agree and amplify or simply ignore them. Besides, no men can ever build SMV by being an attention whore and everybody notices that.

Well, my experience is this: I spent 10 months hitchhiking in South America (on a shoestring). You can make friends when you open up and talk about your plans and what you feel to others who share the same ideas or principles. It took me months to realise that my trip was about myself, getting to know me and to understand how I think, what I enjoy and what I want for my life. The rest was just to let go of expectations and to listen to others without prejudice. At some point it felt like: "I'm s…

What really worked for me was to travel. Being out of my comfort zone and knowing absolutely nobody helped me become social. It also helped me understand and feel the abundance mentality. If it's possible for you, go somewhere new, meet people and experience uncertainty. If not, try places where you have to talk to people and/or where there are a lot of interactions, such as dancing (salsa) lessons, fitness classes, or whatever you find interesting, really.

Thanks for the reply. I did good at the technical interview and they said they were very impressed. I was interviewed by the director and manager (I know the manager from school, we are friends). When the time of questions came, I asked the director what was the toughest challenge he faced since joining the company. He seemed happy to be able to share his experience and it became a friendly exchange of thoughts. He later mentioned that he'd love that this kind of dynamics happened when problems …

I feel that what you're trying to ask is how not to be creepy while escalating and doing eye contact. It'll be creepy if you think it's creepy. You need to touch a girl and be assertive, just know that if she's not attracted, that's good to know, and you will only know if you go for it, that way you can move onto the next target. You don't only need to overcome your approach anxiety, you need to avoid seeking approval/emotion/anything, just have fun, be social, be cool, be interesting.

BTW, she's probably confused by the signals you're giving her since you think everything she's doing is a shit test so you act like you don't care but sometimes you do. Yup. Girls sense that incongruence.
/r/seduction06/03/14 06:57 AM

Shit tests are a test of congruence, they usually measure how much of a man you are. You can either playfully say a witty comeback or state what you feel, like a man: "Well, I'm not wasting my time with someone who's going to spend the rest of the day trying to unsuccessfully make me uncomfortable; it's painful to watch." That doesn't mean you have to be disrespectful. Also, you don't have to say that textually, make her feel she's doing something dumb and move on. If she apologizes and acts lik…

Nope, that would be stepping out of your frame. You'd engage in a logical discussion about something that comes from the inner core of women disbelief, because a shit-test is basically a test of congruence. Just be cool.

I see your point here, and I think it's valid. Although, that same sentence might have a little bit of Last Minute Resistance (LMR) in there, or as some other PUAs put it, "anti-slut defense", or something along those lines. I think a shit-test, as it is, it's just a way for women to empirically measure if what they feel about you is aligned with your real personality. Basically, a test of congruence.

I think they don't exist per se, as /u/Adalheidis_ mentioned, women aren't aware of this, but they do fall into this behavior because it's funny and it unveils what you feel (what Mark Manson says about vulnerability). Recently, I started talking with a girl who I met thru a female friend. She said she was attracted to me and that I should probably just talk to her. We added each other on social media and started talking. When I asked her "tell me more about yourself" she replied with this: sing…

You might want to try "Magic Bullets" by Savoy. It's based on the Mystery Method and the Venusian Arts Handbook. You need to know that no mPUA holds absolute true, you need to find your own path and see what works for you and your personality. Keep and open mind and, most important thing of all, don't be afraid to fail (and have fun).

Hi dude, I want you to know that I am by no means trying to be an asshole here, but have you ever wondered if they are actually right? You need to have fun, you need to engage the group and acknowledge the whole vibe; if everyone's laughing, why shouldn't you? If they laugh at you, big deal, you can still win a girl by being rock solid, having a good body language and being CONFIDENT. Confidence isn't just about having the control of your body language, it's also about how you feel. It's no big …

Precisely what /u/NickLikesCougars said. Inner game is really important when it comes to, well, pretty much everything. Also, there's always room for improvement, such a haircut or new clothes, but that won't change the core of your existence unless you face yourself and the unimportant and biased opinions of the rest.

I'm not sure this is 100% true, responsibility-wise as you very elegantly put it, but I do agree that girls initiate texting more often after they've done some emotional investment, although this might be on the friendzone level, as well. I do feel you have a point here, though; embracing the fact that you're the initiator of a conversation. This, to me, means holding yourself from desperately looking for approval while texting, i.e. texting again while not getting a reply soon enough. Cheers.

I think this might be particularly difficult for introverts, but I've found that once I get to talk about those particular things that make me tick, conversations get better and have a flow to it, when that's over, it's time to lead that into getting to know your date better, making some effort, as you say. I absolutely agree that being passionate about what you like is one of the keys to female interest, specially if you include them in whatever fantasy your passions may bring (although that mi…
