This ^ huge bpd red flags, and as someone who was married to a bpd for 12 years trust me one that one

The very best book out there on BPD was written by a layman who was married to one. It's titled "One Way Ticket to Kansas."

OP I'm going to give you the best advice I can because I struggled with video games & other time sinks for years. First, it takes 20 seconds to change a habit. Want to play less video games? Make it 20 seconds harder to get to them. Put your XBOX controller down in the basement (and put the box of cookies with it). Want to workout more? Make it 20 seconds easier & lay your workout clothes out next to your bed. I had a problem with screwing around on cell phone games too long to. I bought one of …

OP, I'm gonna tell you this for your own benefit dude, she's borderline. 12 years married to one I can spot it in an instant. Do. Not. LTR her. She will ruin your life.

Record her then. You have a cell phone. Audio is enough. If your guts twerking you somethings up then it is. Protect #1 first dude. Personally is stay away from this lil idea tho.

Do the Atkins diet. I'm almost same body composition as you. 5'9", was 185 in February. I'm down to 165 and honestly it was a fairly easy diet. It's all fat loss too, I've lost 4" around my belly button. First time in my life I've dieted, and, like I said, it hasn't been hard at all. If you need to know where to get started send me a pm and I'll tell you what I've done recipe wise.

Lot of nerds at MIT. Be the asshole. They all want the same thing, and their political opinions don't change it. Don't listen to a word they say, just game them and send us a good field report.

Great point and I've actually looked into buying physical gold. Here's the catch. If you're going to have your company buy it then you're buying an investment. So you have to be very careful not to deduct that as an expense from the company, and (presumably if you're law abiding) maintain the purchase records so you can later pay capital gains on the higher amount you sell the gold for in the future. If you're a 1 person company, or small operation where you're all 4 officers and do your own boo…

Yes & No. My wife doesn't own any of the business, but it is a marital asset that can be divided in divorce. Now, more likely I'd keep the company stock & she'd keep something else, but just in case a court ever split the stock and gave her 1/2 the shares my dad owns 20 shares as well. So I could never lose operational control of the business, and we have a long-standing buy-sell agreement that would trigger a requirement on her to sell the shares if she got them. So, could she cash out the valu…

As the sole owner of an S Corp who's thinking of getting divorced I'm very interested to read where this series goes. Thanks OP.

MyFitnessPal is great. I didn't find their daily macro guidelines worth a shit though. When I was on a keto diet their "low carb" diet macros were default... Something ridiculous like 85g. I had to manually dial the app down to 20g, which changes the grams of other macros to keep their pre-defined ratios. Point being you can only pick one macro on that app which you want accurate and the others will be off. However it's great for food tracking. Between the app & their website they've literally g…

You can get a pre-nup but it won't protect you from child support. In America put all your shit in a trust that you establish before getting married is a second layer of protection, but also not totally impenetrable.

Amazingly psychologists still defend their stance that video games aren't an addiction. I disagree. I was in the same boat as you once. Sell the consoles, sell any gaming computers you have, pick up only one janky laptop good enough for browsing and using Word and shit but too janky to game on. Dude at one point I even looked into buying a time delay safe to put my cell phone into so I wouldn't spend 3 hours a day playing mobile games on it. Seriously, don't fuck with yourself and try to only pl…

Firstly, do not text her or email her. That sets you up for having violated the RO. Secondly, don't give her a single penny. Not one. She out a restraining order on you, what does she expect? Women aren't stupid and they aren't children. Thirdly, if she's the one who hit you and she admitted to it in a text go to the police and file your own restraining order and press charges. Do you care about seeing her in jail? No, of course not. But you better care about not seeing yourself in jail and spou…

Print off one of those couch to 5k plans. Start somewhere. Just don't cheat yourself. All you have to do is more than you did last week.
