Insecurity?Thanks so much, I'm going to keep a lookout for it! | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/04/15 05:07 PM
Insecurity?Definitely. Thanks again! | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/04/15 05:06 PM
Insecurity?Yes a lot of ladies are recommending that. I think writing it down would be a great way to get my head clear and help me sort out my feelings. A blog sounds wonderful, but I have an empty journal I don't really use unless I'm making lists... I'll give it a shot and see if it helps! Thanks so much for the reply :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 05:55 PM
Insecurity?I've heard lots of things about The Surrendered Wife and it sounds like a really good, informative read. Thank you for the advice! | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 05:50 PM
Insecurity?That sounds wonderful! (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 05:48 PM
Dresscodes from a SOif I really like something but know my SO is not the biggest fan I'll try not to wear in front of him. When I shop, his tastes are definitely in mind. I aim to buy clothes that I personally love and feel awesome in, but also know that he'll like them too. He has very good fashion sense so I trust his opinion more than my own. Lol! | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 03:13 AM
Insecurity?Hmm. Modified Paleo sounds very interesting- I'll do my research a bit more on it. Thanks for the tips. (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 02:58 AM
Insecurity?I definitely need to work on myself some more and focus less on the emotionally draining stuff. Thank you so much for the reply. (-: | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 02:56 AM
Insecurity?By doubting that, you're doubting his choice. Wow. I never considered that at all. Thank you! I'm happy to hear that you're pursuing a career in something you love! It's very inspiring and I wish you all the best. Thank you for the advice. I'll amp up my hobbies! | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/15 02:54 AM
Insecurity?Those are some very good points. (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 04:35 PM
Insecurity?I don't quite think it is angst. I have been thinking about cutting out simple carbs and most unhealthy fats. I will definitely start taking more vitamin D3 and omega-3. My vitamins could have a lot to do with how I'm feeling. My step-dad is Paleo but he doesn't recommend it for me. I was also thinking about a keto diet but I asked my SO about it and he doesn't really like the idea. Thanks! (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:44 PM
Insecurity? Thanks for the link! What makes her happy and feel good? I love making others feel good! I love exercising, I also love making crafts and other forms of artwork. And baking! However this feels like it doesn't really "fill my cup". It doesn't really feel fulfilling. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but my appetite has taken a blow. Some days I'm not hungry at all and barely eat. I know this isn't good and I should be eating normally, but some days I'm just straight up not hungry. … | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:40 PM
Insecurity?I know logically i can't be a baby whale, mostly because I can't swim. This made me laugh. I think I need to have more compassion for myself, it feels like I'm bullying myself sometimes. I have been thinking about joining a book club. I will just have to find one in my city! I have a journal but I never really use it. Maybe I should start! Thank you for the advice (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:33 PM
Insecurity?Thank you for this. I try to hide my emotional self from my SO because I don't want to seem like I get upset over everything and I don't want him to feel like it's his fault, because it's not. I think I need to work on opening up to him about this. I don't think it's necessarily depression, some users have suggested that depression may be it but I think it might be more anxiety than anything. I find I am often nervous/worried about how things are in the relationship. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:29 PM
Insecurity? What's the trigger? I'm not entirely sure. I feel like it just kind of hit me. I feel like I don't do enough to maintain my SO's happiness, and in turn that makes me unhappy because I love making him happy. This is the first time it's felt this severe. Sometimes it will come and go but I've been feeling like this for a while now. I have dealt with anxiety before so this may be likely. I really want to discuss this with my SO but I'm not entirely sure how to go about it without completely falling… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:23 PM
Insecurity?Thank you for replying! I totally get what you mean. I love lurking around and finding little tricks and tips on how to improve!! It's good to know I'm not the only one (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:15 PM
Insecurity?I'm usually pretty optimistic. Recently I have just dropped a toxic friend group. yay! My diet is pretty good I would say. On the off-day I'll snack out hard (a habit I'm trying to break) but other than that it's ok. I drink lots of water as well. I'm not entirely sure if it would be depression. I don't feel sad in any other aspects of my life, as the inadequacy is only with my SO. Thank you for the Dr. Mom suggestion!! I will look into that. (: | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:13 PM
Insecurity?Thank you for the advice. That is something to feel wonderful about, you're right! One of my struggles is that I'm questioning whether or not that's actually true. (yikes) I love to read/draw/paint, and I recently just started honing my baking and cooking skills. It makes him happy when I bake/make crafts for him so I think I will be doing that much more. | 3 | Insecurity?Just because you're RP doesn't mean you have to put on a facade of perfection 24/7 I have never really thought of this. Thank you for bringing that to light. I do feel like I need to be perfect for my SO. I have been straying from my hobbies during this time so I will definitely be focusing on them more. Thank you so much! | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/15 03:02 PM
