That alone puts you far forward than many. Not having debt out of college is a great advantage.

As funny as it sounds, Dom from broscience on YouTube has a great video on this called "why the dad of is worse than Ebola." It's a funny video, but it's actually spot on and filled with redpills

Then once the handshake is completed, if you end up on the losing end of the grip competition, firmly grasp the base of the other mans phallus and jerk his foreskin gingerly, as a sign of deference to your new alpha daddy.

"What your testosterone is telling you" God that makes so much damn sense. Every dude has that feeling deep down. Listening to it is what separates yourself from the still plugged-in guys

Put your arm around her and kiss her...nothing to it. Only difficult part about escalating is getting the balls to do it. Remember, it's your job to escalate, her job to be receptive to it. If you escalate and she doesn't as well, disregard her and find a new one.

Sex essentially is a measure a of your SMV. The hotter and more frequent women you have sex with, the higher your SMV.

Link in an article or something about this. I find it extremely interesting.

Those are great points. Alcohols fun and all, but it takes away from pretty much any goal you might have
/r/TheRedPill26/05/17 09:45 PM

Pharmacists make fucking bank, I'd pursue that route, especially if you've got an internship possibility. Also, who gives a flying fuck about when other people have kids, get married, begin careers, ETC. That has nothing to do with you and your path to what will make you successful and happy. That's a complete blue-pill sheep ideology. Be a red-pilled man and be able to see past that and use it to your advantage.
/r/TheRedPill26/05/17 06:53 PM

That's impressive. Were/are you an alcoholic, or just trying to be healthier?

I've heard this from many. So basically a STEM degree=options to different but powerful careers and/or opportunities?

Good: Put in lots of work with assignments and studying for finals. Bad: Watched porn, haven't worked out enough.

Well said. I would say inner strength (confidence, trusting yourself) is so much more important than physical strength (assuming your not anorexic or sickly). However, the two often go hand in hand, as you said.

I know this belongs on AskTRP, but do you have any bits of advice for an incoming college frosh who doesn't know what he wants to major in?
/r/TheRedPill26/05/17 05:18 PM

Same here. It's so apparent to guys who go nofap, yet there is no real, concise scientific explanation.
/r/TheRedPill26/05/17 05:14 PM
1

I've found similar results from complete abstinence. I think quitting porn is crucial, but ejaculating, that's a completely natural thing to do. I mean fuck, we as men have evolved to be able to ejaculate as much as possible to reproduce, hence why going 100% abstinence makes guys feel outta whack.

This is pretty much the definition of outcome independence

I think the bigger idea that he's pushing in this post is gaining a sort of peace of mind about your bodies physical abilities. Most men in today's society will never have to rely on their physicality to survive some sort of event, but it's having the peace of mind knowing you CAN is the takeaway
/r/TheRedPill24/05/17 05:56 PM
17

They say with any sort of habit -let alone addiction- takes 90 days to "forget" or in other words, to terminate learned behavior takes an overall period of abstaining from said behavior, let it be sugar, porn, weed the idea is all the same.

If he's morbidly obese as he said, he'd be better off with 800-1000 cal a day deficit. An obese body prioritizes fat loss, even with a large deficit. Much like how a low bf body priorities muscle growth with a caloric surplus.

Would definently say the guys over on Nofap are onto something. IMO stop watching porn and experiment not fapping for 1 week, 2 weeks, or a month. See what t does to you.
/r/askTRP17/02/17 08:07 PM
1

Also correct. But the person with the higher SMV is usually more willing to walk away, as they can get a partner with a higher smv. And the other person will know that. Dread game 101
/r/askTRP17/02/17 07:04 PM
4

Having a higher smv is good for a LTR, it gives you power in the relationship

After reading your post, aside from some other things, what you lack, and desperately need is good old fashioned confidence and higher self esteem/worth. Be able to be the captain of your own ship without others to put it one way. That'd be a great place to start, and the main TRP sub's sidebar.

I've been doing my own shit primarily (Lifting, hockey training, job, friends family). So would I in the next few days hit her up with a meet up, and if she doesn't respond, to hell with her?

I've started lifting 5 days a week in the past month and been reading trp diligently. I've been trying to talk to girls but then this shit happens and I dont have enough experience to know what to do

I guess I'm a little irritated on how differently she's acting now vs yesterday. So far I like her, and I thought it was mutual. How would I get her to chase me like you said?

True. And make sure when they say negative things to not let it get to you. Even if it's an ex and your not dating her, other women will see and take note if you fail a shit test or lose frame.

As a bow hunter who has looked his prey in the eyes before driving a broad head tipped arrow through its lung cavity, this post gives me goosebumps. I highly recommend to men who want to discover their killer instinct to start bow hunting. There is nothing more apex and alpha than holding life or death in the palm of your hands.

Nice, I love hiking. Well it's probably both lol
/r/askTRP14/03/16 01:13 AM

Sprints are HIIT, so they increase T. Jogging is fine. I'm talking like running 15+ miles a day everyday, which would really start to breakdown muscle and therefore T levels. A warm up jog isn't close to enough for any harm
/r/askTRP14/03/16 12:18 AM
2

As in like running everyday of the weak can lower T, so excessive amounts. But at that point you'll also lose substantial muscle and weight. Normal amounts won't do anything to T levels
/r/askTRP13/03/16 11:54 PM
3

Lifting and HIIT increase T the most in humans. Aerobic exercise (jogging) doesn't increase T and in some cases lowers

Kid you're a fucking retard. The point of the redpill is for men to support and thrive with each other. Your attitude is very detrimental towards the mentality of the mentality and frankly makes you look like a little brat for calling my posts shit for really no reason.

You are simply not happy with yourself. Unless you look like the Elephant Man, I doubt people actually looking at you the way you think they are, or thinking about you. Go here: http://illimitablemen.com/2015/10/22/how-to-be-happy/ Come back when you thoroughly read that. Every night before you sleep, read that out loud to get the ideas across.

You're not going to lose actual mass in 5 days. Its all about the shit and water inside you. For the 3 days before, eat a massive amount of fiber to clear all the shit from inside you. Once you have nothing in you, drink water (just a little to keep hydrated) until 14 hours before weigh in. In those 14 hours , don't eat or drink anything, and finally get on a sweat suit and run for an hour before the weigh in to get the rest of the water out. If you do all that You'll lose between 4 to 9 pounds,…

Increase testosterone. There is a direct correlation between high testosterone and a high libido. Eating a balanced diet with enough healthy fats, 8 hours of sleep each night, and exercise will increase testosterone. I did all of those and after a few weeks I found that my sex drive had increased noticeably.
