Thoughts on Modafinil? Any recommendations?

Take a complex vitamin combination. B complex, magnesium, fish oil, One a day men’s. Try those for a week before moving on to stronger stuff. Your body might just be missing a couple nessecary ingredients to wake up and feel fueled to complete a day. If that doesn’t work try taking a detox from coffee for a bit and then go back to coffee after you feel coffee can wake you up more. If none of this works then I’d recommend going to a doctor before going on Modafinil. That shit works like mad and I felt insanely wired on it. Plus you essentially can’t drink at all. Which sucks.

You honestly might just be missing some stuff human bodies need, if nothing really helps then I’d say ask your doctor for a prescription because a doctor would need to sign off on it. The doctor might also have other suggestions, you might have Chronic Fatuige Syndrome. Or just might have insomnia.

Plenty of options to try before moving on to a very strong very very potentially liver damaging drug.

I cut back coffee to only pre workout and went with tea. Started creatine. Energy is much higher and more consistent. It's so bad I started taking a little antihistamine just to get to sleep on my rest days.

Just ordered some last week, it'll be here tomorrow. PM next week and ask me how it is. Ive never taken it before as well.
