The type of meditation I do is exteroceptive. So I focus my attention on something external. I also do Zen meditation at school. But honestly, meditation is a rabbit hole. You do not want to get into the trap of "finding the best type for me". If you can find a teacher great, if not, just start doing it yourself. Do not overthink meditation, Zen meditation is extremely accessible. Sit somewhere, back straight, eyes opened gently, and breath. Let thoughts come, but don't try to control them, figh…

There are a few books here and there. But honestly, my best advice is to start meditating. Most dudes gotta learn to get out of their own heads. Also nothing beats straight up practice. Talk to an acquaintance or some stranger, and try to be really interested in them. Everyone is a book. If you ever think someone is boring, you most likely do not know them well at all. Even if their life is mundane, they still have a rich inner world. Practice listening to everyone, not just on dates.

Most people are very bad listeners. The seduction community is focused on how to be better at speaking, when most of keeping a conversation going is being good at listening. Being a good listener is every bit as difficult as being a good talker. This is because most people are too caught up in their own heads. They never truly listen to the other person. Talk to someone about themselves and they can speak for hours. If you feel like conversations keep breaking, and you have to make an effort to …

It's happened to even the best of us. I fact it has happened to me lately. It is hard. But everytime in hindsight I wish I was the one to initiate the "ghosting", because when she pulls back, you should give her space. It is not playing games, it is letting the other person breath. You probably already know this though. It is very tough in the moment. If you keep pressing, three hours may turn into half a day. Let her think of you for a bit.

I would say be the first to stop the texting and give it a week. Don't play games with her. If she texts you respond genuinely, but stop trying to be the one to start conversations all the time.

Honestly just communicate with her maturely and directly. Do not be defensive and accept her answer. If you are respectful about it, you will not come off as needy.

If you can meet her again, you did not mess up as bad as you think you did. It may not have gone how you wanted it to go, but if a girl is willing to keep seeing you, that is a good sign.

I always wonder about people like him, does he ever get infatuated with one girl? "Oneitis" as they call it. I feel like outgoing guys who usually have lots of girls around them are not crazy romantics. They move on from rejection quite well. Or maybe it is because he has so many people around him, he is able to not get attached to any specific person.

If it is with a girl I really like, I always workout hard before the date. Then take a shower, eat a good meal, preferably a meal with high protein and natural fats leaving u feeling full. Absolutely no anxiety whatsoever after.

Honestly bro I might have fumbled a girl I liked cuz of the whole kino escalation thing. Not all girls will have the guts to tell u on the spot. If a girl has to pull away that's already a sign ur making her feel very uncomfortable. The kino thing only works if you can be yourself in the first place. If you aren't even comfortable being yourself, mechanically applying kino will be off putting. Best advice is do no kino on the first date, unless she touches u first. If a girl likes u, she will no…

How old are you? If you are in highschool it is really hard to mess up a first date because no one really knows what they are doing. Just literally don't do things that would obviously drive someone away, also known as common sense. Don't overthink it, especially if it's a small date.
/r/seduction05/05/24 12:58 PM

A lot of this hindsight. If they texted you back right after you would think you did nothing wrong. Point is we have tendency to overanalyze the date in hindsight when you do not get second date. It's usually not any one thing in particular that you did.

Username checks out. Also bro, the problem isn't her being the one, it's you experiencing for the first time attention so easily from a girl like this. She's not as special as you make her out to be, your just not as abundant as you want to be. It's like if a homeless person finds a hundred dollars on the ground then loses it to the wind, I bet he will be distraught. If Elon Musk loses a hundred dollar bill, he will most likely just scoff. There's nothing inherently special about that hundred do…

My advice is channel that energy into reaching another goal. Think about a goal that you have had but never reached, nothing too big. Like was to be able to do ten Pullups. So I tell myself I can only text her once I am able to hit ten consecutive ones. Because I wanted to text her so bad I was able to reach my goal in two months. By the end of two months I let myself text her, but I cared about her a lot less by then.

This. There is still a difference between humor from someone confident and humor used to hide in-confidence. Humor is not a substitute for confidence. In the dating game nothing is as important confidence. Humor is a great bonus, only if you are already confident.

Congrats king. Took me lots of missed opportunities before finding this out. Think of texting as a resume. The purpose of a resume ain't to find you a job but to get ur foot in the door so you can have a chance for a job interview. Similarly texting alone ain't gonna get you a girl, all it does is set you up for a date, which is your chance to make a good impression. Good companies get millions of resumes a year, similarly if the girl is sweet she's gonna have at least 3 guys actively texting he…

I never said they are chemically different between men and women, please reread the comment. I said crying is the bodies natural way of regulating hormones. Tears carry with it various chemicals from the body. Critical reading is lacking once you leave school.

Theres that but females cry more than men too. I don't mean in a stereotypical sense, it is biology. Tears carry all sorts of chemicals out of one's body, so crying is a natural way for the body to rebalance it's hormone levels.

Emotional stability is so fucking important. I often see guys who are no handsome by any standards, kinda overweight, uncle bods, yet they can get decent looking girls. Why? Cuz they are secure, and they make the girl feel safe. Girls are naturally insecure, something to do with hormones, and maternal instincts. If you, the dude, are also insecure and emotionally unstable, they will not feel safe around you. Guys gotta stop worrying about their looks, go to bed earlier, and start eating big brea…

Remember to a girl you are just a fish in the sea. Perhaps she was interested in you for a bit, but then got bored, maybe even met another dude she likes more. Perfectly normal explanation. Guys overestimate the real estate they own in a girl's head, quick snaps and flirty responses are often only signs of mild interest.
