she doesn't seem interested right now because she doesn't know you but it's still a good chance to make an impression on the date. Women can change their minds after seeing your vibe in real life

I think online creates a false sense of reality for everyone. Like Tinder but also if you have a lot of clout on social media. I've seen ugly as fuck people or people with really bad personalities irl that have so many people interested in them online. It's crazy weird. I know everyone can have their standards, it's just gross to me when people have no self awareness and a huge ego that doesn't reflect reality

it depends how old she is, not everyone texts multiple times a day

I think this is a personality & compatability question. Most girls are passive. Are you compatable with an assertive girl?

I think it's okay if your mind is consumed by getting a girlfriend as long as your actions aren't all focused on that. Like you can think about getting a girlfriend while updating your resume and applying for jobs/school or working out etc. There's nothing wrong with that. It's when you're doing nothing and just on dating apps all the time is when you should try to do something else. Changing your mindset can be step 2 after you develop some good habits because it's harder to do

online is good for good looking introverts, in person is better for any kind of extrovert

Look at it a lot if you want her to notice you. Asking a question and starting a conversation is always better than sending just an emoji or a compliment (because she can leave you on read)

this is most people in general, male or female, regardless of age. A lot of people are just living life as they go with no thought

I actually think what Billie said WAS a dig at Travis or why would she say it like that? But yah bad taste for Kanye to publicly call her out

same I got off dating apps cause they sucked and I literally cannot remember when I got off them (maybe 3 months ago?) I've read 5 books already this year and have been painting (I've never had a non-electronic hobby before) and watching shows (I usually don't watch TV). There has been 0 urge to date ever since I told myself to decenter everyone and everything from my life cause of my previous codependent tendencies. There's just so much love and care I have for myself when I stopped feeling gui…

when I was very young I found my dad's porn magazines, VCRs, and CDs on multiple occasions. I told my NV pick me mom and she didn't do anything. he's an abusive fuck and extremely LV. This one year when I was very young, I got an iPod as a gift and in the setup it automatically synced all his porn onto my ipod. I cried like crazy and wouldn't go near the ipod. He never told my mom (which I didn't know til like last year) and I got beat by him for crying about wanting a new iPod multiple times at…

unfortunately I think people who are for that don't think logically anyways so it doesn't matter if there's a study lmao. you can only debate with people to the extent of their rationality

wow I'm so lucky I've never heard comments like that from your 4th paragraph wtfffff???? thank god I don't have coworkers or relatives that I actively talk to like that. I'd literally start grey rocking them and they'd probably think I'm boring or hate them which would start drama.

That I'm actually very introverted and conflict avoidant. I thought I was a tiger because they were so passive and would physically run away at a hint of conflict. They'd always gaslight me and tell me I'm crazy or am bullying them (when I continued to talk and push them for an answer before I realized they were giving me the silent treatment). Whenever I did personality tests, I'd get super domineering extroverted types— putting some distance between that made me realize that's not my genuine s…

soooo many, I had 2 that would drop off the face of the earth when they were involved with a new guy and wouldn't commit to plans. I must've witnessed them go through 3-4 guys each in the span of 2 years. They'd come crawling back when they were single, but that kind of hot/cold friendship is not sustainable to me. So I just matched their energy, and both have not reached out yet (both with guys rn). Also had another one who on the surface seemed okay but actually has a lot of relationship bagga…

on a side note: I used to really like Musk because of his business success (regardless of how much help he had). I feel like guys who like him separate his personality/morals from his company. But again that's still an indicator of low EQ on their part. Also I know a guy who loves talking about tech and Elon and he has good empathy (majority of his friends are girls) and he's genuinely a shy soft boi. So they do exist.

my theory is that some people lovebomb without realizing because they are head over heels in love with the idea of you. It can be genuine emotion but still be a bad thing because their emotions yo-yo too fast.

yah he's right about not giving himself away. If he thinks doing the bare minimum is giving all of himself away, he shouldn't be in a relationship lmao 😂

JT is a manchild. Soyeon wasn't pursuing him until he threw a tantrum about her not actively chasing him.

yah I run if their response to criticism is 1) automatic defensiveness and explaining, 2) silent treatment or sulking, 3) quick apology or brush off so I shut up. Anything outside of a sincere apology and taking responsibility is a goodbye from me. Learned this from dealing with trash people in general.

I've noticed it too. Some people prefer mindless trial and erroring through life and learning from their mistakes. I prefer not to. Honestly it could be a personality thing too

would you be annoyed if they spent hours making something that's more in line with their own interests than yours?? because I would. Also does this apply to family as well...?

omg I totally feel you!!! I've met guys like this before and it's weird... idk if it's just their personality or they never emotionally matured. on the flip side, my mom does this to me and gets mad when I say she acts like the child...

it depends on the person. if you emulate a certain type of guy, I think you're gonna get a certain type of girl— which may or may not work out when you switch back to your regular habits. wouldn't it make more sense if you find someone that does like constant back and forth chit chat?

what about social circles? If I went out with that many guys I would definitely build some kind of a reputation in my area and eventually run into these guys in my social circles.
