Honestly, I think a base of strength achieved through Bench press, Squats, deads and overhead press is most important. If you want to add stuff, do as Rip suggests, add weighted pullups, weighted dips, rows and curls. IMO, once you get to 'advanced' level on the strength standards website, you better know where you are lacking and where you can improve.
