This is a really empathetic and useful response. Thanks so much.

Yes, it is mostly his insecurity of being compared to past men. I already do what you said. I cut off all exes and strange men from my life and social media. I don’t post any revealing photos, mostly I post photos with him. Actually I wanted to post once of a photo of me doing a yoga pose with mini shorts. He got angry and made me remove it. It was in the beginning of our relationship so this made me understand he is very sensitive about these things. I actually like that he is protective and po…

What do you mean don’t bring him plates?! Yes, he proposed. He does see me as wife material. He just revealed his insecurities about me being more experienced and “have had all the fun” before him already. To me it is not true, I have the most meaningful and satisfying relationship with him, sexually too. So I try to convince him for that but sometimes he jokingly brings it up again. Maybe I take it too seriously or it is my own guilt too.

Thanks. I think I already do these. I am almost always with him, cook and clean. Good advice in general as a mindset to avoid doing things that will make other men pity him.

I like lo-fi & chill playlists. Look up “chilled cow” on youtube! I also like to put simple flute, hang drum or ambient music to have a relaxing vibe. As a podcast I often have Jordan Peterson on and other personal development youtube channels that I like.

Yeah I think most women do not realize this. My boyfriend is not that much bigger or taller than me, we are almost the same weight and he is a few cm taller but I realize how much stronger he is! Like he can easily lift heavy objects and open jars that I struggle a lot with.

Good questions - I am aware it is most likely unwarranted. His behavior with friends is not flirtatious, it is more like giving compliments and being warm. He watches these videos almost everyday since he exercises daily, but not outside of his exercise. He does follow a lot of friends on his instagram that have yoga profiles, because he used to be in a university yoga club and from there he has many friends, possibly exes, that share yoga photos. He likes these photos but honestly I rarely see …

I don’t agree with the internalized misogyny concept. There are tons of yoga accounts that turned into making money by showing their bodies. This is something made fun of regularly in some subs and forums that I follow. Most of these do not even teach but just post photos or videos in the most revealing way. Anyway, the ones my bf watches are not so extreme and I am aware that it has to do with my insecurity. I do yoga too and am quite good at it, I like to do it on my own while he puts on a vid…

It sucks that you and many of us women want to try and care less. Our capability for caring is so beautiful but it ends up being taken for granted, due to unstable relationships in the modern world. When it used to be that couples could only get married before premarital relationships, women could care 100% for their husbands without being taken for granted so much. Now we have to care less, be more individual and focus on other things not to care that much!

Well most if not all of the Eastern cultures are fundamentally parallel to what is Red Pill in the West. Unfortunately the West lacks these fundamental understanding about life and relationships. I feel the same about you with how my middle eastern culture already taught me many RP ideas as natural.

Well I am a Turkish girl too. You have some good points but there are still lots of girls raised by good families with morals. It is the degeneration from the Western culture and extreme individualism that influenced Turkish women to act that narcissistic, engage in hookups etc. Families with good old Turkish/Muslim morals still exist to a big degree. Wish you good luck to find a good and loyal partner who will love you unconditionally!

Why not find a virgin Muslim girl? It is not that difficult in Turkey as you portray it here. Your family can even help you find one.

It sounds to me like you were a bit disrespectful to him while trying to control his career. He needed and wanted to feel relaxed and accepted with you but you probably made him feel like he is not enough for you with his current job. You could build something together in the long term but you cannot just go on to tell your man what to do. You say that RP is true but you should try to look up on the submissiveness and nurturing aspects of femininity as well. I am sorry about the situation though…

Exactly, this was my thinking right away. He is trying to make you commit to him, receive flattery only to make fun, devalue, and discard you at the end. Do not reply and just wait if he shows whether he really wants you by his actions. You are too valuable, stop thinking how high value he is but focus on your own value! Find and accept good guys that show their love in healthy and direct communication, not with indirect and cynical comments that leave you confused.

Yes I do have an answer for when I have children but not for before yet. My boyfriend did get a really good offer from a military company that pays as good as a low range Danish salary, which is a lot of money in our home country but still not much with both of our salaries here. We are back and forth between staying two more years until having kids, or going back now. The thing is my bf would work almost 50 hours a week compared to the 37 here so he is really scared of being burnt out... I feel…

Thanks so much for your answer. I guess it is a good idea to see this as soul searching. We have definitely decided that we want our children to grow up in our home country, speaking our native language. We both do not speak the local language and I cannot imagine my kids going to school here and just growing up to be so culturally different than us. So, maybe what makes sense is to stay and save money here until we have children.

I would expect to meet at least twice a week and text everyday outside of work hours. However I think it ultimately does not matter that much, when you both really like each other, it builds naturally and can be much more than that. For example, with my current boyfriend, we met almost everyday after our first date and never stopped that unless we both had to be out of town. Though we are both from a middle eastern culture so things are much less individualistic for us and it is default to becom…

I don’t know about all women but I do experience this sometimes. I love my bf and would never cheat but I do get bothered or annoyed when he gets emotional and opens up about his worries too much. I feel like he should be stronger so it is a little bit of a turn off.

I have the same issue. I think it is very common and normal, even though other women seem to not express it. I get so jealous of my bf’s female friends and just try to hide override it with my rational thoughts. Lol I even get angry when my bf watches exercise videos led by beautiful and muscular women. I feel it so much inside me but I act just normal. It is pretty hard but we just have to accept it I guess...

I used to think so alike and had similar experiences, unfortunately. These are trust issues because growing up we do not get safe and loving relationships and good education. You should learn to love and accept yourself and learn about trust through therapy. For me, it was through a profound realization that changed my life completely after a psychedelic trip but then I continued therapy and exploring myself. Now I see so clearly how I had trust issues because of the sexual harassments and bad p…

Not only cheap, he also called me stupid, idiot and ignorant a couple hours after I wrote this post. I got so upset that I did not go. I do not want to go ever again. I am honestly glad that I did not go and spent a great evening only with my bf. Family can be so cruel!

I ended up not going at all! I had a very lovely evening with my boyfriend with modest and healthy food! He is indeed LV, unfortunately.

It did become a bigger issue, at the end I did not got at all. He called me to “clear up” since I had not replied to his messages after saying that we will just come after the dinner. I expressed what I thought was wrong. He started getting very angry and calling me names. I wished him fun and hung up. Of course did not go at the end.

Godt Nytår! Nice to meet you, I am happy also to see someone from Denmark here! That was the plan at first that we will bring food and contribute. But he and my other sister went ahead and bought too expensive stuff from Torvehallerne that my brother wanted. And then they tell me I should not cook and bring anything but just pay my share. Well, although I did not want to go at all, I am just thinking of my little niece and that I want to see her tonight. So we will go having eaten and try to enj…

Yeah, I said that it is over my budget. His reply was that it is okay if I am not able to pay. I just still do not feel comfortable not paying and eating all that stuff and being the “deal breaker” person.

Thanks, I think it is not about the amount but I do not want to pay at all, because I do not think it is right of him to buy too much according to his taste only and expect payment when he realized it costed too much. I will go having eaten before and just have dessert and maybe one glass of wine. I am sure we will have to discuss and argue about this at some point tonight. I will just try to express myself as best as I can and hope to be understood...

I know... I can’t understand my brother sometimes, he has problems with money. He now says “we do not have to pay if we cannot” but once he mentioned a “price” I do not feel comfortable not paying and eating! It is not that I cannot pay but more that I won’t.

Have you tried any other life style changes? Do you exercise? I can recommend to have a consistent movement practice, yoga for instance. It has really helped with my mood swings.

Definitely buy a laser hair product asap!! They work well and are worth the price. I used one for one year and the hair almost completely stopped growing.

You’re mostly right, except for the part that we are conditioned by society. It’s how natural gender dynamics work, rooted in nature and biology, as red pill philosophy suggests. Social constructions and society conditioning have very little to do when it comes to gender dynamics. Behavior of men and women can be almost fully predicted by evolutionary psychology theories, not by social constructionist theories.

Exactly... the problem is giving into self-deception about a guy who’s obviously playing with you to think “he might change”, “he actually likes me but is scared to commit now”. These are the lies we tell ourselves as many women.

Hello, The PFC doesn’t necessarily correspond to the decision making part of the brain as you mentioned before. The source you give used Tower of London task, which measures short term planning skills. It’s completely irrelevant to life decisions such as finding a partner. Moreover, development of one part of the brain doesn’t fully reflect the presence of a psychological ability. Even though the PFC is related to higher order skills such as judgment and decision making, it doesn’t mean that the…

I don’t have a problem with traveling, not for only women. I just hear so many women and men say that they need to travel all the world before settling down and taking the responsibility of a family. I just think this is a spoiled behavior that is common in the west... at least where I come from this is not common, you don’t need to travel or date too many men to know yourself and grow. Your parents and family teach you through example and spirituality what are good qualities in a person, how yo…

Its not true that the decision making part of the brain (whatever that is) develops at this stage. It develops much earlier. I think we postpone serious life decisions post college just to postpone actual growing up and taking responsibility. If women were educated better on how to choose a HVM and a quality partner, instead of “trying to find yourself” and “travel” during your most energetic years (18-25). Why should we say the ideal age is post 24 while the peak fertility for women is around 2…

I’ve acted in a similar way but I think your boyfriend has been quite rude about it. The way my boyfriend acted was to jokingly accept my fishing for validation and compliment me. That made me aware of my need for such a validation and I have become more mindful of this behavior. For example he would say “yes baby you are so good at this”, and next time he would jokingly say “oh the expert spoke”. I loved the humor and understanding he gave, which made me love and respect him more. I think your …
