Thanks man. I like that you talk slowly and listen to what she's actually saying. I need to work on that lol. You might want to work on vocal projection.

Why are you uncomfortable with being touched by someone you are attracted to? Human contact is not just natural, it's essential to mental well being.

"I am going to die in a number of years" is a dangerous illusion. You are not guaranteed to see the sun set. You are not guaranteed the exhale of the breath you have just inhaled. The fact that you haven't died is a fucking miracle! I'm not exaggerating. Start now.

This used to hold me back so much. I feel you on this frustration. The only way to really get rid of it is to start talking to girls! I know it's so cliche. Talk to guys too. Just be open to meeting new people and get used to talking to people and feeling comfortable in your own skin. You can and should still practice kino, good eye contact, good posture and good listening skills with everybody. Just keep talking to people. There will be bad experiences! I once had a girl lie and tell me she did…

Listen to your fears, acknowledge them, and then move past them. Take a risk, push your boundaries. You have to decide when the pain of staying the same is greater than the fear of change. Dancing is as natural as breathing, walking. You said you want to do it, what's really holding you back?

Place your hand on a girl's hand, say, "are you nervous?" She says no. Place your hand on her knee. Ask her again. She says no. Place your hand on her thigh. Ask her again. Escalate. She should be doing this to you at the same time.

Be clear about your intentions. Be clear about your intentions. Be clear about your intentions (saying this to you and myself). I usually go with, "let's exchange numbers so... (insert intention) " followed by me giving them my phone. If the interaction is positive, you'll get the number. However this way you aren't asking for permission and you aren't "taking" or "getting" anything from them.

Just get it in her hair and eyes they love that Let me be more specific, if I want to leave a one on one conversation at a party, how can I do so promptly but respectfully because I will definitely see them again in the same night?

Are you aware if mushrooms cause large serotonin release? They make your pupils very dilated. Interestingly, during certain times of the trip you experience what I call "shroom vision" which is like super vision. You are able to focus on an entire landscape and see such fine details in your entire field of vision. I believe Terence Mckenna suggested that this aspect would help early humans to hunt more efficiently in his "stoned ape" theory because it allowed one to see much more of the world ar…

Dilation allows more light in and more visual information to be processed by the brain.

Interest. Potentially sexual interest. I hypothesize it happens so your eye can take in more information about the potential mate.

How did I come to the realization? Being in a 9 month unhappy relationship and then spending nearly a year getting over her or chasing girls that I KNOW are no good for me. How did I find love and appreciation within myself? Well I'm not enlightened or perfect or eternally happy. I get depressed. I get angry. I get stressed out. The only thing that is different is that I don't dwell in it. I realize whatever I am feeling is temporary and WILL pass, so I enjoy it or endure it and move on. First &…

There are assholes, but there are a lot great human beings out there as well. If one can't love their self then there's a slim chance that relationship is going to be very healthy-- in my own experience. If one is in a state of denial about their beauty, individuality, magnificence, or other positive traits, they probably shouldn't be in a relationship. Those issues are something I strongly believe can only be truly resolved by the individual. You can only find the true love and appreciation you…
