In the US we have the “innocent until proven guilty” assumption (which is rarely given to men, but that’s not my point), which means that it doesn’t matter what you’re being accused of; you will not be charged or punished until sufficient evidence is shown that you did the crime. I don’t think Trump is as bad with men’s rights as we think, though yes sometimes he does make bad laws, but Biden is a lot worse. Biden extended Title IX laws so that men get zero due process when accused which only makes false accusations more common. I forgot to add female privileges. The most significant one I can think of, besides the false accusation thing seen in the post, is absolute control over the child that they both are parents of. I saw somewhere that they would just put you in a hospital, or the space force, or they would have you launch cyber attacks, etc. Better than dying, but you aren’t completely out of the woods. The best bet is to move to a peaceful country with no conscription but one that isn’t a huge U.S. ally, such as Australia. I mean there about 20 illegal or frowned upon ways to avoid it but yeah it sucks. I think the only reason people continue to sign up is because of the scary message on the website that says 5 years in jail and a $250,000 fine. Nobody has been tried since 1986. I don’t plan to sign up.

Obviously not because they continue to fight for more even though they’ve already accomplished what we thought was their goal: equality. Now men are the inferior sex by a mile but they continue to fight for some reason.

Can you imagine seeing a man get sentenced to 5 years of prison and face a quarter-million-dollar fine when he gets out, for a crime that can’t even be committed by a female? The requirement is one thing but punishing a man for not following a sexist law is heartbreaking

We’ve gotten woke to discrimination by race, LGBT, and even sexism (against women), but nobody cares about how men are being thrown back into their roles that started in the 1500s.

Last part isn’t fully true, things are happening. But it’s slow. I’m glad I found a good place to rant in this sub. We just need to keep applying pressure, just like the feminists did, and we’ll get equality back eventually.

Congress actually removed the no college aid condition. They’ve removed a ton of penalties over the years and a few bills even came up to remove it entirely. It sounds like they are getting closer to just abolishing it. The only consequences you’d face now are trouble getting federal jobs and government assistance. I’m good. I’m going to figure out a way to not be forced into serving, and there are a lot less consequences for not signing up than getting drafted and not reporting for duty. Althou…

Yeah, I definitely have thought it was weird that you have to register yourself even though the government knows everything about you. Millions of people have intentionally not signed up either in fear or because they despise the discriminatory law, but not one was even tried in court for this (even though it’s a criminal offense) since 1986. Congress is also removing a lot of penalties for not signing up. I don’t plan to register.

Absolutely. But the military draft is even worse because men aren’t choosing to do this, they are forced to. Thank God for the volunteer soldiers we have so that men aren’t being forced to serve against their will every time the US wants to perform a task. But I agree, they only want equality when they are being put down. Otherwise, who cares.
