If you're living in a house where you're being treated like that I'd say get out of that house. Even superheroes need a fortress of solitude where they can rest and regroup, and if you're being fucked with at home it's constant baggage to deal with. I was going out to bars in London a couple of months ago and found that if I sat down at a table full of girls and started talking they would just openly talk to me. The bouncers did nothing also. But it depends on the city, I think. But I was also in the mall in a different city approaching women and they were open to talking also, one girl gave me her number and my friend got one too. Lots of people see this situation as bullshit.

It's not required to eat only lean meat on a paleo diet, despite what that article says. Nuts are good, they increase bone density among other things. Eating eggs and meat doesn't give you the full range of nutrients the body needs. I'd also recommend taking supplements on top of the paleo diet to really ramp it up also.

If you've got nothing better to do with your time I would say go for it. Learning pick up is learning people skills, and that can help you a lot in a job interview and in building a life for yourself, plus it's fun. Don't worry about hygiene. Unless you stink and look a total mess it isn't as important as people make out, you can buy some new and very cheap clothes these days and this is all you need. Learning pick up is very character building too. 100% go for it.
