Hold it firmly in your hand and get your dog’s attention. You may want to practice with a stick first because bones are incredibly expensive. Throw the bone with gusto and your dog will grab it and bring it back, wanting to keep playing. Safe bone throwing, Friend

I'm not telling you to smoke or text and drive haha But unless you want a soft life there is no excuse not to be functionally fit and have situational awareness. Especially in a big city

I'm going to get flack for this because 'no examples from fiction' Mad Men. Don Draper, despite his beta moments, is a good picture of a lot of the RP philosophy

Hedonism says the purpose of life is to find pleasure. It's inherently nihilistic. I believe this to be true. Stoicism later DEFINED pleasure as freedom from negative emotion associated with negative events. Nietzsche called this 'western buddhism' If you're interested, look up cynicism. The Wikipedia article will do for starters. It's a funny approach at stoicism in my opinion.

I think building a bunker is paranoid, but learning self defense, situational awareness, and first aid are just good life practices. You'll need them at least one time in your life when someone picks a fight with you or someone needs CPR.

Seriously join a frat. I joined one but mine was shut down because of some prime shenanigans, but just the confidence it instilled in me has driven me to academic and social success. Even a low tier frat gives you a sense of belonging to an exclusive group of successful men. On top of that internal boost, it goes without saying that the access to parties and women and TESTS... Wish my frat was active for my last years in school but the social proof it tells is priceless

I'll be honest here. I've seen men from every race get with hot white women. Yes it's mostly white guys, but it can be done. So if it can be done, and you aren't doing it, then it's your fault and within your control. Many white guys cant get with hot white women. If you can't get with a hot woman it isn't because of your color, height, etc. Winners get the girl.

TRP is sexual strategy. Don Draper once said 'you have to show her what kind of man you are so she knows what kind of girl to be.' MGTOW is more or less a subset of TRP, many of whom may be in denial about the nature of man and woman. Some feel like women do not deserve a man. At the end of the day I feel like TRP is like PUA meets Stoicism, and MGTOW is asexuality meets Hedonism. Open to discussion as I can't really speak for MGTOW, just what I observe.

Ya I definitely want to grow and practice stoicism and outcome independence. But that doesn't take away from what I consider to be a red pill fact that people are self serving. I won't let that get to me in the future. I have a lot of work to do on myself and the way I see myself

Actually I had hoped it was pretty clear that I painfully learned a red pill truth, which on this sub is usually seen as a good thing. But I'm glad feeling sorry for me crossed your mind enough to write this comment I guess haha

Honestly man TRP has two natural routes- those who get married and those who don't. The philosophy can get you women your whole life and so settling down is kind of the 'other' side of the pill. If you settle down with a woman, absolutely don't forever TRP, as it still absolutely holds true, but it's fine and natural to love your wife. Loving your wife isn't the problem in my opinion, it's bending to her will. We all feel love in our hearts. But we can't let that make us weak men.

Well I counted black jack but kept my bets low, no more than a few hundred a hand. So I made consistent money from that end, but then the temptation of 36x the money drew me to roulette. £1000 on black 31 was my game. I hit it three times. Lost many many more than that. Honestly winning that much in one moment is so bad. You walk away with £36000 but it means you were stupid enough to put £1000 on one number. Plus it means you are more hooked. Gambling is a serious vice. My advice is to never go…

No I played subtly and over many hours per session. I'd be up £700 for the night then go spend £1000 on roulette, for example. You're right, I probably could have gone back to just count and make the money back, but I know myself- I cannot return there and risk waking my addiction. It's so much more than the lost money- it's the stress and the dopamine high and the devastation that the addiction caused. It's Ben a while since, and I am en route to becoming a physician now. Those days are long be…

I gambled away my college fund of over $50,000. I learned to count cards and made consistent money on that, but then I'd take my winnings and play roulette with them. I know it's easy to say that I could just walk away with my blackjack money and it would all be fine, but the chance to multiply my money times 36 feels too good. PM me for more info if you want. Gambling addiction is real and like any drug. Find help. I'd be glad to help too. There is nothing RP about giving away your hard earned …

Dude I was a gambling addict for so long... I lost more than $50,000 over the years. I counted cards which made me money but I was addicted to roulette and there is no controlling that ball. You have to get this in your head: if you want to go gamble, you may as well set your money on fire. It's more addictive than a drug to win $10,000 on one hand of blackjack. That's a problem. Good luck man, there is a way out.

It's an Italian word and sometimes the Spanish word 'cabron' is used for slang in its place. It pretty much means cuckold.

There is a lot of literature touting the benefits of red meats like steak in terms of protein and phosphorus. This, among other (iffy) reasons, has led to the RP and supplement community to hail it as a miracle food in terms of testosterone production. I can assure you that it is not. Unfortunately, most benefits supposedly derived from steak have anecdotal evidence at best, and are otherwise due to genetics or other, more effective, measures I.e. losing belly fat and sleeping well. On the contr…

Some men are dealt a blackjack. Some are dealt a 16 against a dealer 7. Take the hit and hope the dealer has a 9 in the hole.

That's a great point. I've been with a girl for four years who I do love and want to marry, but I feel like I'm not getting much respect from her because I have been sort of a beta who needs approval. Is there anyway for me to get her respect? I don't want to end our relationship and game is out of the question for me based on my religion, so what does TRP think I should do?
