Your list is literally a list of dumb decisions. Don't be a retard and you'll reap the rewards. If you're a fucking loser who can't even help himself getting fat - fuck you. A few wrinkles and less hair isn't going stop you from fucking all the 20 year olds in the world, given that you take care of yourself and actually have a life, like a man ought to anyway.

FFS women have been saying the opposite for years, they've always been attracted to hot guys, but now with open hypergamy they, like you, are saying it outright

Dude, relax and just treat them like shit – you'll enjoy it, they'll enjoy it, everybody will enjoy it.

Just humiliate and shame her to tears. It'll be unpopular, but fun.

To sum this up: Never take dating advice from a woman.

So absolutely nothing about having a history of heart problems? You better sharpen up on those reading skills, stop reading lazy ass blog posts, and stop spreading your uninformed bullshit opinions. You're right though, you are a waste of time.

Do you even read the articles you post? Furthermore did you read any of the literature referenced in these articles and other relevant literature. Maybe before making big claims you should educate yourself and stop thinking you're informed based on what you read in a blog.

Help the body? Strength training is the most optimal way to build muscle and strengthen your joints, tendons, and bones.

You are not. There is no research that suggests that, and in fact, there is some that shows that it trains your heart as well as aerobic exercise, to a certain point. Plus you're just strawmaning now, no one is talking about just 'lifting the maximum' occasionally, maybe, but general strength training is not that.

Lol at this guy. Are you 80 or something?

The entire tradition of Eastern Orthodox asceticism ia focused on that. Worth a read even if you're not religious.

We've all seen grumpy and pissy people, and all act nucht better around someone they respect. Unless they're total shits, which also, might be the case.

This is a very good thing. It's better to be too forward than too meek. It means everything is working correctly, but you need to learn channel this energy into work, into advancing yourself. Never jerk off.

She doesn't respect you. Everything else you wrote does not matter. Act as if nothing happened, never apologise. Keep working on yourself, both in terms of the physical and especially the behavioural.

There is a difference between doing it for women, and doing for yourself. The first is beta, second is alpha - live your life to the fullest, push yourself, achieve. In that case, women's attraction is just a byproduct that happens while you're doing shit for yourself.

Once I lost attraction to a girl at a point when we agreed on a date. Just wasn't interested after that.

It's not lying. Things like these mostly don't happen, unless one of you actively pursues it. Chances are, he won't, then again, if he does, by all means go.

Isn't the fact that you're worried some guy is going to fuck your wife beta? Just say you'll have coffee with the guy, you probably even won't in the end.

Go to MRP dude, lots of great advice there. Also, read Athol Kay.

I was hired for a job with very little experience a few years ago. It was one of the only applications I included my photo with. The board was all women, and it was hinted that the photo made an impact.

It would be funny if on a deep level, these women that want to cover up these rapes, also would want to fuck these migrants.

Sure, but sometimes you're out with your own agenda, and would like someone who is already in on everything. I'm not saying I don't have fun going out with these people, but there's a time for everything. Plus, do you realise what it takes to get someone to start dressing properly? At the very least a lot of time.

All women are different in terms of hormones, but I wouldn't say with absolute certainty that it is hormones. My wife's pregnant 3 months and I've been have some incredible success using very light dread (effects of working out kicking in; going out). Women will use sex as any time they think you're 'straying', whether that is when you are desperate, or when your SMV is getting higher and higher. For the 'conversation' I would suggest you just initiate instead of being dragged into talking every…

I also went solo for the first time this weekend. It didn't go too well, but I talked to quite a few people and had fun. I had one quite nasty rejection from one bitch though. You learn a lot from going solo, and next time should be great. I think it's good to have one wingman who is at least as skilled as you are. Taking guys who are socially awkward, anxious, and dull is a no-no and is why I even decided to go alone in the first place.

It's important to balance giving and taking. Or at the very least create an impression of being giving.

Sure, that's great. Good content is good. But, numerous times for the last month I've seen a tendency to treat women as deserving a great husband, deserving great sex (the feelings=rape thing), etc. A drunk woman dressed up like a slut while walking through a bad neighbourhood at night, equals in stupidity to a woman who chooses a shitty husband. Neither will get raped (and 'raped'), but there is a pretty high chance they might, and they could have had prevented it in a lot of cases, by making b…

The woman chooses the man, a stupid woman chooses a useless man. They both deserve each other. This pussy worshipping crap is getting really annoying on here, women aren't entirely children and have all the responsibility for their choices, or at least for one choice – of choosing a man. If she sucked at that, she pretty much sucked at being a woman.

TRP seems a bit confused to me. I think you either go with MRP or MGTOW – there's very little in between.

Tell her to arrange the kid's babysitter while she's at it. Then go out, maybe tell her about it, if there is a good opportunity to do that.
/r/askMRP06/11/15 08:54 PM

Play with her, let her buy you coffee. Have fun. If you start getting some sort of 'feels' for her, and you think you're not going to handle it well – cut it off. At the very least you might be able to use her for upping your SMV.

As great as MGTOW is, at least philosophically – people rarely achieve anything great alone. You can live a small and modest life alone, but greatness comes in some sort of a social setting.

Initiating isn't a duty. It's fun. Even when you don't want sex all that much, you still have fun gaming her – which makes her want you because of constant game, and even more because you're not a piece of shit unable to control your own lust. Initiate without lust. Game her like you'd game any random woman you're interacting with on a daily basis – you don't expect or necessarily want sex from all these women—you're married—but you game them because you enjoy it. And then you just take her.

No one said it is a science. You can call it a philosophy, if you want. But who cares?

Women are the gatekeepers. Those that fail to do so are sluts; those that succeed become wives. It's simple, really.

You have to train your wife so that she listens and obeys. If she doesn't listen and obey she is free to do whatever she wants – alone, and with all the consequences. That's what you tell your children, that's what you should tell your wife. Although children are usually smarter, because they understand they can't make it out there without you.
/r/MarriedRedPill09/09/15 12:16 AM

You are overrating humanity – people are lazy and stupid. Although never underestimate your competition. Just work as hard as you can – why think about things you can't influence?
/r/askTRP09/09/15 12:06 AM

Discipline the kids, even a 2 year-old can be somewhat trained. Don't get into that situation, plan beforehand, i.e. don't go to a fancy place with a 2 year-old – get a babysitter. The wife should understand that she is the one that has to deal with the kids. If the wife fails at parenting, take over and show her how it should be done.

I think 'keep trying' is the right answer here, but if you know you haven't done your shit beforehand, i.e. not enough seduction, all day foreplay, etc., – it doesn't make much sense going for something that won't give you any results, unless you aim for something other than the sex, obviously.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
