Can you elaborate on how steroids entails losing years on your life and getting back to a baseline health? From my understanding steroids aren’t all that bad for you and improve you in a lot of ways. Granted I am talking about taking Test and not so much any of the harder stuff

There’s nothing wrong with not wanting to be in an LTR, but it seems that if one were truly content with that then one wouldn’t feel the need to go on Reddit and talk about how it will always end horribly. Sounds like a past insecurity

Jesus Christ man listen to nightwing and go read the fucking side bar. This is most likely a lost cause. Go read and educate yourself on the main sub

Yeah that’s my fear. I plan on going through OCS in the Navy and foresee this happening. AWALT I suppose.

I was going to make a comment questioning this post until I saw your lost bit of the post. Is the only real way to get into an LTR (not to say that is the objective because it isn’t) to spin your plates until one shows that interest before you do? I personally like to take girls out but it hasn’t necessarily worked out for me. I usually end up being ghosted or what have you which has been the opposite result from when I just hook up with them. Is this because dates seem to show too much investme…

Where could we find out about this next time before it sells out? I live in Florida and would’ve gladly attended had I knew.

Great post. Are there any books you’d recommend that you feel have influenced your behavior substantially?

Nothing. Just because you hate losing doesn’t mean that you are an asshole or that something is inherently wrong with you. If it works for you then it works for you as long as you don’t think unhealthy things or create unhealthy habits because of it. Success is success after all.

Can anyone give me their opinion as to why they think it’s worth doing or not worth doing?

Majority of replies here are good. Work on self esteem more, try reading, the subtle art of not giving a fuck and how to win friends and influence people.

Good post. Good timing too because I just signed up for a bjj Gym yesterday and am starting on Monday. Only question is, why do you recommend only going on days you don’t lift? I lift Mon-Fri along with some running thrown in. But bjj is also only on weekdays. Do you suggest against it because you’d burn so many calories?

Not sure I agree so much. I was in Sea for a few weeks and had trouble gaming the locals. They love western white men but they have LMR up from the get. Very hard to bed compared to western girls

Good ass story. All great points and I knew that it would end with AWALT, seemed too good to be true.

Are the gains essentially permanent? And did you have any long lasting effects on any hormones or anything?

Anyone have any opinion on Doing test? I almost feel like lifting is not worth it as a natty. After realizing how every jacked person you see is generally on roids or test. It’s kind of depressing.

Question, friends are starting test at 21. I don’t think it’s necessary due to our naturally “high” test levels for our age. How old were you when you did it?

but how is it that you approach women with your mindset on the open relationship? Do you tell them that you are interested in seeing other people or wait for the question of “so what is this?”

What is your response if they do ask you about exclusivity? Or the “what are we” conversation. Would you say or do anything other than responding with a “I havnt thought about that too much, I enjoy your company and havnt thought any farther than That”?

I went full keto for a about 3 months. It gives you a mental clarity like no other, an excess of energy each day, and is very interesting as far as the learning aspect of what your body can do for itself. It is definitely an eye opening experience. It primarily is a good test of your will, but was also great for teaching me how fats objectively are not bad for you, and in most cases, have tremendous health benefits. Carbohydrates, while they aren’t “bad” for you, certainly have some concerning e…

Girl was suppose to come over, plans changed and she didn’t. Smoked a little and just caught the idea before bed. Not proud but I’m on vacation now and will be going strong from here on out.

Things are starting to go great • Got through all of my exams and a crazy busy work week • Have caught the eye of at least 3 girls this week. (Got the number of one today, the other made me cookies and brought them to me at work, and the other I’ll grab when I get back off vacation) • Decided to max out on my Deload week for a few muscles and hit all new PR’s •Made a lot of sales at work and am becoming a true role model that others are looking up to. Bad stuff : • Broke no fap streak • Didn’t e…

I’ve meditated a decent amount of times, and with that being said I am also a runner. It is standard practice to breath through your mouth, as more oxygen gets used and pulled into your muscles. Is there something wrong with this practice when it comes to meditating? Is there really any difference between breathing through your mouth or nose. I’d appreciate both perspectives

Gotcha, makes a lot of sense and I agree completely. The question is though, do I continue to do my thing, and wait and see if she contacts me? Or do I try and contact her again.

While I initially thought the same thing, and of course you could still be right. The second time she did, she put away clothes and just talked to me for an hour and a half. Listened to some music etc. She didn’t lie down on the bed or anything that would’ve signaled to me that it was something to make a move on, more so cleaned up the huge mess in her closet/room.
