500-750mg Be consistent on your injection schedule; nothing gives side effects like screwed up blood levels. Don’t drink. Take the 15 week’s to really work on yourself in all aspects. PCT correctly; get HCG and nolvadex, maybe clomid. Have an AI like aromisin or arimidex on hand. Read up on this stuff before you start. Get a complete blood panel done before you start and then repeat it after you are done.

A lot of guys will disagree with me on the dose. But you’ve got free untouched androgen receptors, enjoy them while their untouched.

I don’t use roids, but I’m an experienced lifter and have done alot of research. Do not fuck up your PCT, make sure that’s on point. For your first cycle don’t over do it, 250mg a week pretty sure ENT is the one to use. Don’t drink any alcohol or anything that could be toxic to the liver.

Edit: don’t just be on point with pct, be on point with injections stay disciplined

500 minimum. Make sure you eat a caloric surplus. Also dont make the mistake i made, which was over working out. Do your exact same routine that has already work for you. but this time like 5% more weight each week (when you start to explode in strength you may tear a ligament or tendon). Also side effects are mostly genetic, make sure you are aware of your risks, like heart attack, damaging thyroid. Watch your blood pressure carefully, do complete blood work before ,during and after cycle. Also make sure to take your arimadex, bc your estrogen is what gives you roid rage.

Before all else, no one knows your body like you do. Majority of peoples opinions is broscience. Go get bloods before your cycle, you want lipids, testosterone, estrogen, coritisol, t3, t4. Once a month get bloods on gear and after you come off until your body recovers to baseline.

What Esther is your cycle? Propinate is better for consistent blood levels but you will be pinning everyday, which isn't for everyone. Cypinate you can get steady bloods pinning every 3 days but nothing beats propinate.

If you are running less than a gram of test just have an AI on hand incase you have a high natural conversion (its unlikely you will need it). Use it if you notice you are retaining water or are sore/itchy at the nipples.

HCG for a test cycle is a waste of money. You will be shutdown and you will come back on. HCG is better for longer cycles/harder compounds like deca/tren.

You need to plan out your diet perfectly for your goal, cutting or bulking, size or strength, etc.

DIET IS KING.

Plan out what else you will be doing during this cycle. Incase you get bored so you dont binge on your diet or waste productive testosterone related energy on call of duty.

Drinking is 3x worste on gear than off of gear. Testosterone is a friendly cycle, I drink on testosterone. Drink less than normal.

Huge note, testosterone makes everyone horny. Keep plates spinning or get that ltr horny. You will need to fuck pussy more than normal.
