He still has to overcome static friction at first, which bearings do only so much to reduce when you're dealing with a 270-ton plane. I do agree with you that when it comes to beating the previous record, reducing friction could have played a role. Now stop putting down the man's achievement's, and let's hit the gym bro ;-)

Thanks for sharing your story man. It's funny to me that someone who hadn't been brainwashed ended up feeling exactly the same way as I did by the end of his relationship. I had my beta baptism before my revelation of a relationship, and I can tell you I felt exactly the same when I gave away any ground -- more trapped, more in love, more needy. And less of a man. It's a vicious cycle. What kind of a man are you! Words I've heard. And you know what, she was right. In a romantic endeavor, there's…

This is some stupid Leykis bullshit. It's really nothing more than putting pussy on a pedestal while acting like your own life matters to you. A little MGTOW mentality could help misguided folks.

Marc Anthony has claimed that his ex-wife Dayanara Torres was shamed out of her neighbourhood by the wife of her married lover shouting 'w***e' at her through a bullhorn. Classic.

Emphasis mine: celestialism 19 points 13 hours ago (22|5) I don't know what the official dictionary definition is, but yeah, that sounds like what I'm thinking of. It's one of the most common sexual fantasies among women. I think it has to do with the fact that we receive cultural messaging telling us we're not allowed to be sexual initiators or sexually aggressive, so some of us may feel more feminine and sexy when we envision ourselves having zero agency/responsibility for a sexual encounter. …

Man, I've been here a while, and this is definitely my favorite TRP post. Thanks for the laugh!

Three paragraphs of which every word delivers. He really shreds feminism to pieces, and he perfectly articulates the male perspective. A man to look up to.

I'm going to piggyback on that. There was a BBC mini-series in the 70's called I, Claudius. To this day, it's probably one of their best productions. It's a little slow in the beginning, being a 70's show. Once you get used to the pace though, the plotline and the acting are great. What's RP about it? It depicts women for what they are, not we like to think of them today. Caesar thinks of his wife as the person who stands by his side through everything. In truth, she plots to destroy his reign s…

I wouldn't mind it if TRP became sort of a comedy club where we make fun of our pussy-whipped society. There is no better way to approach life or make a point.

What a diamond. Older pieces always make me nostalgic for an era I didn't live in, but the upside is when you live in a pussy-whipped, PC world, you're competing with pussies. That is so beautifully written, it has definitely become my guide of choice for any similar situation. Thanks for posting.

Satire is not meant to be unrealistic. Satire is brutally honest through its irony.

Who cares. Just be happy for your own good, doing whatever makes you happy. No, they're not. Easier != more satisfactory.

This shit doesn't fly. We're not here to put a bitch on a pedestal. If you don't want a slut to be called a slut, all you have to do is go anywhere else.

Solid material. Thanks mate. Nothing like reading a man's thoughts from a time when you didn't get ostracized for saying it like it is.

Oxytocin is released in both men and women. I won't get into quantities or effect because I know nothing about either.

GabiIsRight 21 points 22 hours ago (21|1) wow never looked at this way. and it's so true. While I love having someone who I can cuddle with, and who cares about me, and makes me feel pretty and wanted and all that great stuff, it is often negated with having to worry about someone else's emotions and making decisions around them. I just want someone to be in my life when I want them to, emotionally and physically. Like a blow up boyfriend I can stash whenever I want someone to pet my head. But t…
