lol no I’m sure everyone is equal

They’re saying smart and “cornerstone of society”-type people should have kids to keep the balance, because stupid and antisocial people are going to have a ton of kids either way. It’s about what the composition of the next generation looks like—what portion will have been kids from good families who care about making the world a better place to live
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 06:07 PM

In my time in th “poly” scene it seemed like everyone had a different thing that their particular relationship was
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 04:52 AM
3

Yea retin a is like a miracle drug it just makes skin better
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 01:22 AM
5

What’s your basis for saying it’s just a myth Lots of men and lots of women say they’ve banged pretty quickly after meeting.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 01:02 AM

Lotion and oil feel wonderful on dry skin
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 12:22 AM
1

Ime women generally react positively when I suggest rubbing oil all over each other
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 12:21 AM
1

Eh I have a couple oils that I use, one soaks in right away and smells a little bit like a forest. That one never makes my skin feel oily Straight coconut oil tho, I agree, my skin will feel oily for like 10-15 minutes while i work it in. But after that it’s amazing
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/19 12:19 AM
7

I disagree , a couple is free to set whatever rules of the game they choose. Playing within the rules is not cheating
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 11:44 PM
1

I don’t see how you can cheat on someone with their consent but ok
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 11:40 PM
5

No way man if you oil your skin it feels great
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 11:39 PM

I’ll give an “agree but” I don’t like that lifestyle, it’s not right for me, but Im glad I did it for a couple years when I was younger. It was a wild time and I have a lot of “wow that was really crazy” memories that really crack me up. If I was advising younger me, I’d say do it for the experience Oh also I consider a random stupid threesome here or there to be fundamentally monogamous and not the same as polyamory or whatever so long as it’s just screwing around
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 11:13 PM
5

I’m pretty into skin care, at least for a guy. I wash my face and I use face lotion and retin a. I oil my skin once or twice a week. Idk to me this stuff feels really good, makes my skin feel healthy and strong rather than all dry and cracked. On the other hand, it’s extremely indulgent and that’s probably why most guys don’t do it
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 11:05 PM
2

Huh interesting
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 09:26 PM
1

I’m not sure. Divorce is not supposed to be punitive but many people do view it that way. It could be a response to that perception, along the lines of “well it’s punitive anyway and it should punish cheaters/whoever”
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 08:18 PM
1

Did you do that just to avoid men or were there other factors
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 07:53 PM
2

They would probably say the same about people who make a life long commitment and then want to get out of it
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 05:59 PM
2

Huh I didn’t know that. My state does not have at fault divorce
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 05:58 PM
1

My understanding is that under an at fault system , even if you couldn’t show fault you could always just get a separation. You weren’t compelled to actually go live with them and join your finances
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 05:56 PM
2

isn’t that the purpose of a legal separation
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 05:30 PM
1

It’s like when two little kids are bitching about whatever and dad just says “I don’t care y’all need to figure it out”
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 05:28 PM
6

Right but you cannot punish an at fault party if nobody is considered to be at fault. What I’m saying is that many people want a determination of fault in order to assign punishment
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 04:50 PM
15

IMO it’s a big reason why people support at fault divorce, they specifically want it in order to punish at fault parties financially
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 04:28 PM
2

In my experience if it’s paired with a little edginess there are good girls who will be into that. An example from my life — my high school girlfriend was super into the fact that I took a bunch of honors and AP classes, she liked that I was apparently smart and on a good track for life. She also liked that I also was down to smoke weed and knew where the parties were. Now was I like the nerdiest kid at said parties? Sure but she was into that and looking back I guess I excelled at it
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 04:14 PM
19

Also many people think fault should have a bearing on the division of assets
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/19 03:55 PM
1

Nothing you could not pay my any amount of money to do it. I love being a man
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 11:00 PM
1

Yea dumb girls get pity and assistance Dumb guys don’t even get that
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 10:48 PM
2

I’m a man and I downplay my intelligence sometimes It’s a topic that has to be approached with a lot of tact, you don’t get anywhere by trying to appear smarter than others
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 10:33 PM
1

LOL yea I know that feeling, seems like some of my girlfriends practically turn into me trying to show interest
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 09:12 PM
2

I think it’s good to have both, at least one thing to do together and at least one other thing to do separately The most common shared hobby I’ve had with girlfriends has been hiking. To me that’s a good hobby to share, we can get a lot of quality time that way, have great conversations on trail, see some cool places together etc
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 08:48 PM
1

Yeah ok some have obvious tells but if she looks middle class I often can’t tell at a glance if she’s been married or not
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 06:08 PM
3

Not really any way to tell when just casually looking at a tinder or an Instagram or whatever
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 05:16 PM
5

Enjoy the decline means that women are going to have kids with hot but stupid men rather than good upstanding cornerstone of society types. The next generation will be hotter but less pro social, so on and so forth. Marriage will fall apart, the middle class will die, there’ll be a lot of bastards, etc etc
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/19 05:37 AM
3

For me it’s just gross if I ever think about it , I’d prefer to just not think about it
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 08:40 PM
1

lol rape fantasies man wtf Or just run of the mill degradation and abuse
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 06:42 PM
1

lol you know I don’t
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 06:41 PM
1

I really haven’t! Idk maybe it’s clear as day and I just wasn’t tuned in to it? I’m going to watch for it and see what I see
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 06:24 PM
1

Huh I haven’t noticed that difference but I’ll keep an eye out for it
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 05:56 PM
1

Most of the stuff in the men’s thread wasn’t downsides of women it’s was like “i wish women knew how hard I try”
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 05:48 PM
3

Yeah I ageee that makes sense, when I do this stuff I’m not really one to push things on a girl, mostly I just hint at it and see how she responds, it’s very obvious who gets super excited and who is like “ehh something else” Anyway for me something i think is not said enough is that it’s a two way street. When I was younger I really wasn’t into any kind of freaky sex or whatever; I mostly only learned it from women asking me to do a lot of freaky porn stuff. My opinion is that women’s brains ar…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 05:44 PM
2

Porn is not “unrealistic” it’s just not what most women want to do It isn’t THAT difficult to find female sex fiends who wlll give you pornstar sex morning and night Is it what most women are like? No. But it’s not like the women who are like that aren’t real or something. They’re out there and they’re definitely real women, I don’t understand why women feel like they have to put other women down like that
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 05:14 PM
0

It could be for other reasons tho Like ime lots of women will seriously act like they have no idea they’re in a sexual situation and then say “it just happened,” maybe lots of girls aren’t very self aware
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 04:01 PM
1

I find it hard to believe that women are less tempted to cheat but still cheat just as much. Those two seem incongruent to me
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 03:50 PM
1

Lmao do you know how many women have insisted to me that they’re just as horny as men, that they like sex as much as men do?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 03:43 PM
2

So why do women cheat at roughly the same rates
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 03:40 PM
1

I’d say leadership is the sum total of all decisions and in most of my relationships it’s roughly 70-30
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 06:07 AM
1

I can’t really follow this example I need more context
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 03:10 AM
0

I agree that men do it too, but it’s stereotypical feminine indirect communication
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/19 01:10 AM

I think here we’d have more of a scene associated with particular bars , ie Bar a is ratchet we go dance there Bar b is a gay bar with fun music Bar c has fancy cocktails Bar d has indie rock and craft beer And you’d just know them by name and reputation
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 10:00 PM
1

I mean ultimately tho that’s an important point. Like there are women who are receptive to these types approaches. Typically ime it just matters if she finds me attractive, if she doesn’t then it’s inappropriate to approach there and if she does then wow what are the odds we’d meet here?!
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 09:57 PM
1

Who cares if it works on you or the women here There are plenty of women who it does work on Look it isn’t inherently superior to meet women in any particular venue, as a guy you’ve gotta figure out what venue you operate well in and what sorts of women are receptive in that venue. So for MOST guys and girls it’s gonna be like bar or club or dating app, that’s the advice that will work best in general. It’s not an iron law of dating. Some guys will meet a girl in a grocery store and have a fun l…

Usually what leadership looks like for me “Hey you , here’s this thing that i fell into (read: did a ton of work to run down but I’m not letting that on) and I’ve got an extra spot if you wanna join, I’m really excited about it bc xyz” It isn’t lording over women as my natural place, it’s more like running down a bunch of details to make things happen, and then surprise surprise people want to come along
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 08:22 PM
1

I think a big dividing line is losing control Like if I’m just spiking some drama and having some fun bc that’s what a lot of girls are into and most people think it’s kinda fun, and then she loses her shit and comes at me with a knife, I can’t really be said to be responsible for that, like a foreseeable reaction would be maybe that she tosses it back in a proportional way, not that she threatens to kill me or something That sort of escalation is crazy
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 08:17 PM
1

lol it’s so weird to me that leadership even gets characterized as some kind of benefit? Like sure it’s nice to be in control but it also means people hold you responsible if it doesn’t pan out
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 08:11 PM
2

It’s not “bossing around” again here we go with how people THINK leadership looks. Yeah no shit I wouldn’t want to follow a bossy person around either
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 08:09 PM
1

This isn’t what I’m selecting for it’s what I’m selecting against Anyway why would women ever interact this way woman to woman, it’s a very particular way of acting that typically only happens in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 08:08 PM
3

People never say “I’m a follower” but they do respond well to a person who jumps in an assumes leadership
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 07:14 PM
1

Lol so different. In my high school almost everyone went to college right out of high school , at the very least community college. I would say the vast majority of us were working either in family businesses or otherwise at 22.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:48 PM
1

Maybe. I think that’s really more about intent than anything. Let’s take flirting as an example— a lot of flirting is subtly tearing your partner down or teasing them, but the intent is lighthearted and fun , it would be crazy to characterize it as deliberately manipulating their insecurities to make someone attracted
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:42 PM
1

Hear hear lol 👋🏼
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:36 PM
1

That’s what I do as well, it’s just it usually tends to be me in most relationships I’m in. Like 70-30 or so. Not just relationships but friendships as well. Ime most people don’t like making decisions and do like it if someone already has a plan (especially if the plan sounds fun and interesting, and the planner is really excited about it)
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:28 PM
1

lol you should do this as a cmv “Women can always tell when a man is a high quality man”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:22 PM
3

Yeah maybe I am too. Whenever I see this topic I feel like there’s some degree of people disconnecting about what specifically they see as “leading” or “submitting” etc
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:17 PM
2

I used to sorta think about leadership like how you do but about 5 years ago I started thinking about it differently — in terms of defining a leader in any given situation. It has changed my life for the better really in a top to bottom paradigm shifting sort of way. My life is much better for it, I realize that not everyone thinks of it that way and that’s fine. For the most part I have realized how little anyone wants the burden of decision making and will happily follow someone with a plan On…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:13 PM
5

Oh ok. I mean so y’all both do have some leadership ability it’s just like—- you’re not trying to exercise it over each other. Is that fair? I mean like that, it makes sense to me. When I think of people who don’t lead at all I think of people who sit at home saying “I’m so bored somebody take me somewhere” bc they have no initiative
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:06 PM
2

Do you not do that with other people? Even just doing it alone requires a degree of leadership, people who can’t lead at all will literally sit at home bitching about how they are bored and waiting for their friends to make something happen
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:03 PM
0

Ime that never happens , someone always leads Like what you describe sounds like you both like to lead for yourself and not follow others. Which is very different from “I never lead I never follow” which is like, sitting in a room and doing nothing. Idk tho ime people who say they dont like to lead and don’t like to follow usually follow just fine in the presence of competent leadership
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 06:00 PM
-1

Someone has to lead , if nobody leads nothing happens
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 05:55 PM
1

I have no desire to lead or be led; fortunately, neither does my husband. How does this work practically when a decision needs to be made ? It seems like you wouldn’t get anything done
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 05:46 PM
2

Women always talk a big game about how much they want to lead And then they end up up to their eyeballs in debt, tons of wasteful consumer crap laying around everywhere, reliant on drugs to get through the day, whining about how unhappy they are lol men too tho
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 05:38 PM
3

What women generally will try to do is say “I’m not leading” and then proceed to bitch and moan incessantly about every decision until the leader makes a decision they like
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 05:10 PM
1

Nah sometimes there’s an external conflict and you just want the woman to shut the fuck up and follow your lead until the conflict is over Sometimes too much going on around you to reach a consensus or have a discussion. Or whatever. You just need action, motion, and someone has to lead and someone has to follow, it honestly doesn’t even matter who, but if one person prefers to lead generally they really should be the one to do it
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 05:01 PM
1

It’s the logical conclusion of this Marxist oppressor-victim shit they all buy into Guys taking steps to improve their own lives and put themselves on a better position are doing it to oppress women Etc
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 03:51 PM
1

Why wouldn’t they just do this already ? It’s not like you need AI face rating to screen out ugly people
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/19 03:33 AM
1

Maybe in a vacuum but everybody already uses this system
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 07:38 PM

You get what you subsidize
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 07:33 PM

To generally know what guys are talking about in terms of someone being more attractive or less attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 07:31 PM
1

It’s like I said, it’s only useful in broad strokes and general terms It’s a model, it has limitations and it falls apart if you try to get too far into the details
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 07:05 PM

I think it’s more the shock of finding out how many girls are turned on by anti-nice behavior than anything. For some reason lots and lots girls find it exciting if you act inconsistent, disrespectful, etc toward them, disregard their opinions, imply that they’re shit, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:54 PM
1

Idk I mean guys have been using this around me for like 20 years , I just sorta feel it out? My big caveats are something like what you’ve mentioned here — different guys mean different things with the values, guys are prone to call the girl they got an 8 and the girl they didn’t get is a 6, etc. Still tho i mean it can be useful and for the most part, I think the written descriptions on the left side of that image I posted are a decent guideline to what guys generally mean with this rating scal…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:50 PM
3

I’m not even a big fan of the 1-10 rating system , I just accept it and use it bc other people do. Sometimes it makes sense to adopt a common shorthand for communications sake even if it has some flaws What I do is I try to understand it and use it the best I can and put my objections aside , most people using the system understand that it has flaws they just don’t want to hash them out in every conversation
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:42 PM
0

You are trying to turn a general guideline into a bright line rule, it isn’t going to work Worse still you’re arguing that general guidelines are useless bc they aren’t bright line rules Each has its own place , they both have their own value
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:35 PM
2

I think you will find most guys giving that image a sort of general consensus, they might argue the details but by and large that is how men rate women. It is accurate in general terms
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:28 PM
1

lol yeah in a way it seems like this is a side effect of mental health “acceptance” some people take it too far and think it’s just an excuse for any bad behavior and everyone should be a-ok with it Like I “accept” and pity people w mental health issues, doesn’t mean I want them as friends or partners tho
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:26 PM
3

More or less this https://goo.gl/images/TJbvWR
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:14 PM
2

Yup I ageee w this most, it depends on personal style. Guys have to find what venue suits them best
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:06 PM
1

in actual social scenarios where he has personality and body language on his side. This kind of criticism doesn’t really make sense to me How is chatting on an app not an actual social scenario anyway social situations are not all the same—- eg club game is mostly physical, picking up a girl in a bar or a coffee shop is much more verbal Anyway some of us just suck at physical game
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 06:02 PM
3

Also the lower success “rate” doesn’t really matter when I can swipe right on 100 girls in like a minute, whereas doing 100 approaches would be a ton of work, it would take several nights at least
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 05:57 PM
2

Yes I do way better online , I can pick girls up in bars but I don’t prefer it bc I have to take nasty rejections and bc it’s a lot worse ratio of effort to reward than online I believe I do better online bc I am good at online image management, I’m ok at photography, I can put a few pictures and phrases together in a compelling way that creates an attractive vibe.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 05:45 PM
3

Idk in my experience they aren’t usually doing it to show off, they’re usually just opening up when they do it. Usually opening up more than you’d really expect someone to
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 04:15 PM
2

BPD girls ime happily tell you they’re BPD
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/19 03:50 PM
1

Lmao no I’m sorry narcissism is not a virtue and chicks dig it
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/19 06:35 AM
1

Sometimes I’ll buy a movie on an online service if it’s like $5 to rent and $10 to buy
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 11:55 PM
1

I’m high openness high conscientiousness myself. It’s not unheard of or anything. Just not terribly common , people generally tend toward one or the other , they work against each other in a way
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 11:07 PM
1

No , it’s something I never considered. I’m single and I own my house. If I marry , I’d like to rent out the current house, and buy another. So I’d cross that bridge when I got to it
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 10:26 PM
3

High openness high conscientiousness is pretty uncommon grouped together. But then high agreeableness on top of that , idk it’s interesting. Not many people like that I’d venture
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 10:19 PM
3

Now that is a weird personality type if I’ve ever seen one.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 10:14 PM
1

I don’t understand the difference. Being respected (worshipped) is how I feel loved and cherished I don’t know what you mean by understood either bc I’m a simple man and if someone doesn’t understand me they’re likely retarded
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 06:26 PM
1

It’s funny bc it’s shaming on top of shaming Me “x theory about dating” Them “wow you’re shit as a person for thinking that” Me “I’m not gonna engage that” Them “wow you’re really shit as a person for not engaging”
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 05:44 PM
1

Yeah that is what I’m saying , it’s absurd, it isn’t detrimental to kids to move a house , and kids are not entitled to the best possible life at any cost
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 03:48 PM
2

I agree in a way, in another way I find it useful 🤷🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 02:27 AM
4

Huh for me it’s a useful way to think about things but I try to keep in mind that it’s only a model
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 02:15 AM
5

lol what Those are shorthands used for discussion , what possible opposition could you have to using shorthands like that
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 02:07 AM
1

Right so A cornerstone of redpill theory is that attractiveness is divided into some traits which are attractive and some which are merely attractive “for a relationship.” This post is asking which one of those categories this particular trait falls into
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 01:47 AM
2

Both. It’s grown quite a bit over the years. It really just started as a massive group text of people that I knew liked to hike and sorta grew from there , that was years ago now
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 01:31 AM
3

She gets use of the asset while he doesn’t, for years and years, the value of that right easily reaches into the 10s of thousands of dollars and likely into the 100s
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 01:27 AM
2

I run a local hiking club! I’ve been doing it for years so over time I just sort of accumulated people who love to hike
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 01:21 AM
1

In that case I apologize for misinterpreting your argument
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 01:18 AM
1

The court can constructively require her to sell by requiring her to pay 50% of the value of assets tho. It’s not like she can just hold out like that if the court orders it (which it won’t do as a practical matter bc “omg can’t sell houses”)
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 01:01 AM
1

You seem to be implying that mom gets no value that dad doesn’t when she gets the use of the house for years. As i see it, it is plain as day not a 50-50 division of assets, I think TGP is spot on to the extent he says it’s not a 50-50 division
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 12:59 AM
2

I honestly don’t understand why so mean people treat moving a house like it’s such a big deal, you just suck it up and do it and move on, I’ve probably lived in 10-15 different places in my life so what, it’s no trauma. Sell the asset and divide it , the kids will be fine
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 12:40 AM

Your position is just as ridiculous, you’re saying that (up to) 18 years of use of the house basically has no value that mom receives and dad doesn’t , it’s just flat out wrong. That isn’t a 50-50 split of assets
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 12:38 AM

Bargaining always happens in the shadow of the law
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/19 12:22 AM

It’s a long way from 50-50 She gets to use the house for up to 18 years while he doesn’t, come on Frankly it’s crazy to me how attached people are to houses, like if you have to sell the house and move, so what? People act like it’s chopping off a limb

I have a few different circles centered around different activities. Hiking buddies which is mostly blue collar dudes that I met through hiking. We also watch sports etc. I also have friends who are like gamers and nerds. And then there’s people that I go drink with. I would say my friends are 90% male, unless I count wives or girlfriends, or my girlfriends friends. I’ve known a few of these guys since grade school, But most of them I have known for about 3-5 years
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 04:58 PM

When I say someone is shaming me here at PPD what I’m saying is that you’re basically making a personal argument telling me I’m shit and that is a poor argument. Basically it’s an argument in the form of “wow what a loser.” Why would anyone engage w that , it’s not a good faith argument
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 04:21 PM
3

lol ok Look some people , men and women, prefer to have the upper hand. And some don’t. You shouldn’t try to force your opinion on girls who don’t care about that. Hey some girls like to run the show with their guys, you will never hear me judging either of them for it
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 06:42 AM
2

Gtfoh with that shaming shit, that’s just what women say when they don’t get their way
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 06:38 AM
12

Id argue that most of those guys aren’t chasing the ultra fit and social Stacey’s, they are chasing some cute unfit normie girl who is probably about as fit, social, and nice as they are. Unfortunately for them , hypergamy, and that cute lil girl thinks she’s wayyyy better than that
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 06:12 AM
2

Yeah I agree , as a guy you’ll always have to take a bunch of losses just suck it up and do it
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 05:51 AM
2

Social circle game is retarded , it’s way way better to meet randos at bars and festivals and tinder Why would you wanna meet girls you already know who haven’t been willing to fuck you yet? If you meet a girl and bang her right away it’s a million times easier to have the upper hand
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 05:31 AM
5

Nah a lot of them are just sitting in their room by themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 05:26 AM

I have a couple normie blue collar friends who use that word , I don’t think it’s only internet conservatives who say that
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 05:24 AM

What I did was I just tried over and over and over again until i figured out what worked for me and what didn’t. It took a lot of embarrassment, rejections, sleepless nights, stress, it was really shitty at times. But at other times it was super fun too so there’s that. Idk I would say probably my saving grace my whole life has been that I like to drink alot and in that scene it’s easier to meet people who are down to have a good time
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/19 12:57 AM
3

If she holds eye contact with you, acknowledges you, smiles at you, says hi, etc. I mean even those situations aren’t a green light or anything but it’s a hell of a lot better than hard eyes looking away
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/19 05:42 PM

A couple girls did this to me, I ended up not calling them aftervwe banged. I had done so much work to get them to bang and then the sex was kinda anticlimactic I just kinda wrote them off . It woulda been much better for everyone involved if we just banged up front

Right , the law is extremely generous to the underperforming partner It’s so crazy to me as well that “short term” alimony is like, in terms of years. What the hell were people even thinking back when alimony would have been done for life? I can’t even mentally wrap my head around that. Ultimately the whole thing boils down to the fact that what marriage is now is something completely different from what it was, but we have all these relics of that old system
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 09:45 PM
1

Why wouldn’t he There are all sorts of things that are political realities but I believe shouldnt be so. Just because I can mitigate the harm they cause me doesn’t mean I think they’re good practice
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 09:20 PM
2

It’s a relic from when marriage was something else
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 09:18 PM
3

Right my position is that half the marital property is already more than generous. Nobody would ever choose to structure a partnership like this
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 09:16 PM
1

I don’t see any reason why a person can’t on one hand think a system is stupid and on the other hand acknowledge that’s the system he has to work in and act accordingly. Idk to me those are two separate things
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 09:15 PM
2

But they already get half the marital assets
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 06:52 PM
2

If she leaves, she's got next to nothing to her name because she sacrificed career and prospects to raise children, so that does deserve a payoff What? No that’s not true at all. She has half the marital assets
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 05:36 PM
3

Yea that is a practical strategy to address the stupid system we have It’s still a stupid system
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 05:23 PM

Why is alimony even a thing at all, how long can it possibly take to get a fucking job? I worked during college. I took out loans. Why is a retraining former SAHM entitled to any kind of continuing support from her former partner? She can suck it up and work like everyone else Can you imagine what a retarded partnership agreement you’d have to have where one of the terms is that if the partnership dissolves then the laggard partners still get supported by the other partners for years afterward? …

/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/19 12:32 AM
2

Yes I definitely have. In my experience if she’s come to terms w it and has a healthy adult approach to it, she can be fine, in fact in some ways you know she’s the real deal bc she’s strong and resilient, she’s literally been hurt but not been broken by it. It shows a certain strength of character And then for every one of those there are like a dozen who have been really damaged by it. Poor girls, I feel for them
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/19 09:57 PM
2

Imo Girls who are not that into you are trouble, why would anyone want to seriously spend their life with someone who isn’t even into them? They wouldn’t, they’d only do it bc they had no better options, and if that’s the case you’ll always resent her for not being good enough

/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/19 07:52 PM

Counting macros is the baseline for understanding your food intake but how many people do that?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/19 07:17 PM

In my experience single moms tend to fall into the “you go girl, you don’t need no man” branch of feminist thought. They often have unrealistic expectations about their choice to be a single mom, and have a gaggle of other similarly deluded women backing them up. Hell in this day and age, with all the support available to subsidize their decision, it might not even be so deluded. Anyway, feminism is pretty far reaching, it has certainly got a foothold among poor people
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/19 06:55 PM
1

Yeah maybe I wasn’t clear. I just meant that if you happen to be competent in a particular scene, that will work well for you with girls in that scene. I wasn’t even thinking about something like doing it as a method to get a particular girl
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/19 06:24 PM
3

Yes, she is pretty. But there are lots of women as pretty as her. What made her stand out was her charisma, it’s well known, honest question, have you seen her in movies ? Her attractiveness comes to life in a way in which it simply does not in a still photo Also, her charisma IS physical and visual, it’s in the way she moves and sounds , her body language is extremely attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 11:06 PM

Men are attracted to charisma too Look at Marilyn Monroe

I agree

/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 07:18 PM
11

What is hot and valuable then? So far you’ve told us it’s a guy who approaches? But surely there’s more to it than that, I’ve approached hundreds of women who weren’t into me solely by virtue of me approaching
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 07:12 PM

It doesn’t make sense to go from 0-100 in an instant. It’s a better strategy to test and feel and observe what she responds to

This seems like a distinction without a difference
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 07:08 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:56 PM

I mean I’m describing my perception of what typically works from my perspective. Sometimes it honestly does feel like I’m just pushing buttons but hey it works
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:40 PM

Usually for me that looks something like: Play with her emotions a little bit, tease her or knock on her a bit verbally At emotional high points in the conversation touch her Escalate
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:32 PM
2

Yeah I certainly agree w all that, it jives w my understanding of what women like
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:30 PM

Being fucked hard , being made to be compliant
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:19 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:18 PM
2

Why do women respond to it so well then
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:16 PM
4

I guess so but idk there’s also the whole thing with hypergamy and how— look i know I’m not that attractive. But when a girl is really into me we can walk around anywhere and she’s only got eyes for me, she’s looking at me all gooey eyed just mirin for hours on end telling me in the most graphic terms how hot she thinks I am, it’s nuts and I don’t understand it at all , I have no way to connect with that state of mind , or really I can’t even consciously articulate how to inspire it
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 06:12 PM
3

I think the biggest sticking point is just that there’s no way for it to make intuitive sense to me, I’ve been trying to wrap my head around it for like 20 years now and I feel like I still have almost no idea. Even when I explain it in my own words what has worked for me I get a lot of eye rolls or “wow that’s a weird way of characterizing it” It’s really hard bc I don’t usually have so much trouble with ideas , usually that is what I excel at, but with this one topic I’m just lost The best ana…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:55 PM
1

Hmm yeah that’s fair. Idk I do think there’s a certain male female dynamic to it tho, as a guy in order to get girls like this you generally would need to be in the position of having more experience and having something to offer. It typically isn’t going to get you laid to go ask girls to teach you their hobby that you’re interested in
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:53 PM
3

I don’t do these personally as I have no social skills but I’ve seen friends occasionally get numbers like this. They flirt a bit with the waitress, have some clever banter, make a little connection, and ask for the number. Usually doesn’t work but sometimes it does 🤷🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:50 PM
3

Yeah I like this example precisely bc it doesn’t fit the binary so well, it’s an interesting point for discussion imo
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:39 PM
0

Yeah I agree. You banter a bit, you get to know each other a bit, and maybe something clicks. That is how I’ve seen this happen
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:33 PM
0

Right? These people act like the same girl who is on tinder chasing it down hard somehow never wants to meet a cool guy just bc it’s at work
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:22 PM
1

Chances are that she isn’t but why not try? Even if the odds are bad, if you still get 1/10 or whatever it’s a win
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:20 PM
2

classic mistake, you only show her the Warhammer 40k after you bang her senseless
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:18 PM
5

What do you mean by “extended adolescence” To me it always seemed women were much more attracted to “let’s party til we drop” than “I have a stable job and own a house”
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:16 PM
8

Hardcore leftist/feminist women deny it lol But I get it, that’s hardly anyone outside of Reddit or a college
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 05:10 PM
3

Also parental fear of crime and overprotection, “safetyism”
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 04:54 PM
3

Oh ok, I was reading “men have no test” as a hyperbolic statement meaning “test has significantly declined,” but I can certainly understand your objection to that type of language and framing
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 04:52 PM

Test levels have been dropping significantly It’s well documented Why do you think that’s stupid
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 04:45 PM

For me I’m an introverted antisocial weirdo so I don’t ever push those boundaries. But some of my friends, well, once or twice I have seen them get a number off a bartender or waitress. Sure it doesn’t happen all the time but so what. There’s no harm in just putting it out there, so long as you can do it with a little grace
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/19 03:36 PM

Whoopsie i totally misread that 🤦🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 10:52 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 10:49 PM

That’s a weird false dilemma , I don’t understand why these things are opposed in your mind
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 10:30 PM

Tinder But I’ve heard other guys say they prefer bars, some prefer meetups, some prefer to meet girls in a hobby or social circle. You gotta find what works for you
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 07:02 PM

She regularly gives speeches about how awesome I am, she goes out of her way to do stuff for me, she generally follows my lead, she thinks I’m smart, she wants to bang more than I really care to (like 2-3x a day), she buys me shit , she moved her apt to be in a cool place she knew I liked, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 06:59 PM
0

Idk I mean, it depends what you consider in the pipeline. You don’t necrssarily need to actively have a bunch of backup girls on the hook to have options. For example, I am currently seeing someone and so I don’t have anyone else on the line, but if I wanted to go meet someone it wouldn’t be difficult
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 06:50 PM
1

Step one have options Step two choose a girl from among your options At this point the basic frame of your relationship is that you have options, you picked her from among them. Bargaining is always done in the shadow of a power relationship, she will likely not overplay her hand
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 06:30 PM
1

Or by old people. I hear a lot of old people still refer to good spirited , funny, attractive men as a “nice guy.” “John is a really nice guy.” I think that’s how it was used like 20 years ago or something
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 05:21 PM
1

Hell no if anything I’d crank it back up to teenage levels
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 04:55 PM

I just mean, who cares if this method worked in this one particular situation , that has little bearing on whether it’s a good method in general for most situations Those are two completely different questions, conflating them leads to bad policy
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 04:53 PM
2

Yeah in my experience guys who have a lot of sex for the most part don’t care. But I keep hearing from a lot of people here that such guys do care. So idk my experience says one thing and a large number of people say theirs says another
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/19 04:44 PM

Let me rephrase what you just said: Hi, here is a rule which is generally true. I have found an unusual outlier which does not conform to the rule. Why should we not abandon the general rule?

Y’all are where I go for the opposite, to be logical and harsh and intense
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/19 11:35 PM

It’s not a facade Do you think I treat my girlfriend how I treat ppd Do you think I treat my best friend how I treat a client We all have different sides of our personalities that come out around different people
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/19 11:09 PM
6

Ime girls like depressing, direct, logical, analytical etc so long as you don’t show them too much of it and balance it with a lighter side Here on ppd you’re only seeing one side
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/19 09:44 PM

“Dating problems” is just a shaming way to reframe “want my dating life to be even better” Allow me to argue by analogy. I always see myself as one of the worst members of any team that I’m on, but when the numbers come in I’m always killing it. Some people work to improve themselves not because they’re doing poorly but bc they’re just driven people who want to do better Same with having a good sex life really, lots of guys applying red pill advice do just fine but they want to do better

Sexy Cute is a polite way of saying flawed
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 11:34 PM

It can be that but it can also be “girl wants to get warmed up more before banging” or “girl is scared of being judged” or “girl likes to play games” etc etc It’s case by case
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 04:55 PM
1

Do you think a normal girl has ever said no when she meant not yet
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 04:52 PM

You know she actually wants to bc you back off and then she’s like “let’s bang!”
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 04:33 PM

Depends on the girl tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 05:39 AM

Nah lmr describes a situation where she does want to bang but she’s playin games or being coy
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 05:38 AM

Yeah but when she does this shit she does want to fuck you
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/19 05:38 AM

Each has a proper parental role Women tend towards overindulgence men tend towards being to harsh. It’s a balance
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/19 07:46 PM

The problem is that there are two sides to the coin Women also can’t parent like men, they are extremely prone to overindulgence

To me this sort of thinking falls into the sort of uninformed thinking on nutrition that many many people fall into. Bread is not some kind of essential nutrient lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/19 01:15 AM

For me it’s just so strange that you basically can’t talk about women’s nature, that most people as a social lie all pretend that women’s nature is so different from how it actually is

Photofeeler has the same problem as all online dating My photos that do well in online dating tell a story, they demonstrate personality, they sell a whole experience to girls who see them. On photofeeler those pics get like 9 Just a regular old picture? Lmfao like a 3, I’m ugly Anyway there is a big comprehensive chart from rateme or amihot or once of those places, imo it’s a decent attempt to standardize what people mean with the number rating system. So what? Are there a significant percentage of people who only do the bare legal minimum in anything? That isn’t a basis for making law
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/19 08:16 AM

I do know that and it’s in large part the basis of this argument

lol turn the whole world on it’s head Being kind to a woman is “enslaving brainwashing and raping” Being an absolute dick who terrorizes her until she submits and you’re “giving her what she wants” Ohhhh well not my job to tell her what she should like
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/19 08:09 AM

It isn’t entitled to anything beyond a basic level of support if they remain together. Why should that change upon divorce
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 08:53 PM
1

lmfao it’s crazy. My dad is a white guy and my mom is Hispanic, like white af Hispanic too, but apparently it was a big deal in our family when he decided to marry her. In old age my grandparents still made a lot of off color comments too. Still tho I mean we made it. I’m sure the kid will be fine
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 08:52 PM
3

I’ll concede that you’ve made solid points here! This is more or less the point where we’d need to actually run numbers to figure it out
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:31 PM
1

Nah irl he’s really supportive of his kid. He absolutely does provide for this kid over and above the legal requirement
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:25 PM
2

None of those would support a finding of sex abuse. Maybe some kind of neglect? Anyway , like I said, I’m arguing for a basic level of support, which would obviously include food, toothbrush, and clothes. Obviously I am not arguing for neglect, on the contrary I’m arguing specifically against it
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:23 PM
2

I think basic care is something comparable to whatever the government provides to people on public assistance
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:16 PM

Only if you know or have reason to know that there’s a problem. Sexual abuse isn’t presumed, Jesus Christ
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:16 PM

I do not believe for a second that orthodontics is generally subsidized by the government in the United States. That is a big claim , it goes way beyond my understand of what gov services are provided (ie a basic minimum) Anyway perfectly straight teeth are so far from basic care, and you know what, I’m not surprised that some bureaucrat found a way to measure it that makes it look like it’s actually putting more money into the system
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:14 PM
1

Idk honestly I don’t wanna make this about him personally. Like if I gave you an archetype for what this guy is like in real life it would be “good dad.” Im really just arguing here based on the one point of data, his payment amount
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 07:05 PM
2

Basic care should be the only legal requirement Whatever he wants beyond that can be given freely
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:59 PM
6

Don’t pull the rug out, you’re talking about orthodontics and lessons Nobody is subsidizing orthodontics and lessons
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:56 PM

So what those are all luxuries for people of means, they aren’t basic necessities which every person gets by right or is somehow legally entitled to. Put them on public insurance or whatever poor people have
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:53 PM
3

I’m not complaining I’m arguing on a debate forum This is the testing of ideas not advocacy
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:51 PM
3

Oh a child needs it’s own room now , it should be LEGALLY ENTITLED to its own room No absolutely not , it can sleep in the living room and you can put the mattress away during the day
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:50 PM
2

Yea I’m saying this is a garbage way to calculate it Tell me this What would the child be legally entitled to in support if the parents stayed together? Could they not buy it second hand clothes, poverty food, etc?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:48 PM
1

It should not matter what the parents make , a child should only ever be legally entitled to a basic level of support. Anything beyond that should only be given freely
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:47 PM
4

Oh, the child needs its own apartment? Car? Buy it used clothes. Buy it the poverty food that poor people eat. I don’t care , there is a basic level of support and that’s all a child should ever be legally entitled to
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:45 PM
2

So what , if dad is the better parent maybe the court should place him there? Maybe mom should argue for the child’s placement there? I don’t really care how it works, the child should be entitled to basic support at the expense of its parents and nothing more unless freely given
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 06:41 PM

Your child support rate is 1/3 of what a child costs? Definitely not the US then. My friend here with an OK job pays $1000 a month for one kid. I absolutely do not believe that a kid costs $24,000 a year in additional expenses If mom leaves dad and takes the kids, she should be entitled to a bare minimum “SUPPORT” payment , not a subsidy or continuance of dads lifestyle. Dads lifestyle should be part of the package of being married to him , it should not be something that is forever guaranteed e…

I don’t read many articles by feminists, where I come across it is in individual feminist high school or college acquaintances on my Facebook feed talking shit I’d imagine this is many men’s main exposure to feminists
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/19 12:21 AM
1

Imagine if there were a term that was originally intended to refer to one thing, and that thing actually can be a real problem, but the term had such an unfortunate and inciteful name that it was coopted by people who just wanted to talk shit I mean that’s sorta like what he’s talking about here
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/19 10:17 PM
6

It is a reactive garbage concept, its utility is extremely limited When the pendulum swings back it isn’t going to take the form of just responding to feminist concepts by mirroring them against themselves Rather it will take the form of some new sort of social organization or ideology which stands on its own and does not need to pull from feminism or feminist concepts

Frankly after I bust a nut im kinda worthless in bed, I mean at least for the next few minutes and depending on if I’m feeling it maybe for quite a while. Yeah like spanking, slapping, choking, I guess tying up with like a belt or a tie if it’s nearby, scratching, holding down, repositioning, manhandling, etc. Talk a little shit maybe to rile her up. Idk a lot of this is just in the heat of the moment. One girl wanted to be actually full on punched, I would consider that to definitely be an outlier. I think my idea of “friends” is slightly more inclusive than yours. I’d say it’s the people who I regularly call or text to hang out or do activities. The people who I occasionally do activities with but aren’t the people I call and they don’t call on me, or people who I see at the bar and recognize but don’t really interact with, those are acquaintances

You’re making this way too complicated I’m just saying I like to fuck bc I’m an animal and that’s what animals do, they fuck, as a result of some combination of things (their “nature”) which I do not care to get into details about

I have honestly no idea what you’re saying to say I don’t think anyone is in it for the challenge, I don’t like banging lots of women bc it’s challenging, I like doing it bc of my animal nature and testosterone Regardless of why I like it, it is still more challenging than banging one woman. Yeah it is more challenging and still if it were easier i would still like it I’m not sure why you are conflating all these things

/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 02:17 AM
1

All of that is bigger than our personal lives This is a macro vs micro, societal vs personal conflict They don’t always line up , so what
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 02:10 AM
2

why should males do anything other than the best that they can get, by their own judgment? As a man I’m trying to maximize subjective feelingsa not whatever someone else tells me is rationally optimal
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 02:05 AM
2

Lmao I would say our history is exactly the opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 02:00 AM

We are humans we do not care what nature says. We will dominate “nature”
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 01:56 AM
6

Good way to create an impoverished society with a super high birthdate and lots and lots of expendable males I mean is that realistically what you think is best adapted to where the world appears to be going? To me it seems the opposite: we want a high investment, low birth rate society, where individuals matter
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 01:46 AM

Absolutely not and it would be anti everything that western civilization is. I hope u/thegreasypole is around he has written some amazing posts on this This is something I’ve changed my mind on since I’ve been here, in part due to these debates. When I got here I was in a one sided open relationship and dabbling in various “forms” of nonmonogamy. Well his posts (in conjunction with accumulating life experience) knocked me right off that Go become a Muslim or a Mormon if you want that shit
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/19 01:41 AM

Oh, well— I had cute girlfriends and a couple ONS in high school and in college but what I mean is that in my late 20s it was like fish in a barrel compared to that. It was completely outside my reality how it would be in my late 20s, like if I had come back in time and told 16 year old me how it would be, I wouldn’t have even believed that was possible
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/19 11:01 PM
2

Uh ok? The first step towards finding someone compatible is having a wide range of options to choose from
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/19 08:32 PM
11

Exact opposite of my experience , college was hard mode and late 20s and early 30s were super easy
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/19 06:25 PM
2

exact opposite for me I guess I can understand if she doesn’t want to bang right away but we have to at least fool around a little bit on the first date, likely should bang in the second, and if I do all the work of three dates at that point I’ll probably just bang her out of spite at that point whether I like her or not
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/19 06:05 PM

This is the sort of shit I come here for lol

When I came here I was anti marriage . Now I want marriage bc it is in my future children’s best interests (though not my own) Also idk sometimes I come up with ideas and refine and test them here. I can’t think of any concrete examples of that off hand tho.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 06:10 PM

I’m not good looking I just really dialed into a few particular things that work for me. For example I have kind of a mean looking face, well with a certain type of girl , that’s what she’s into, I just play into it I look just like your average guys that you posted maybe even a little worse, except that I’m much more fit
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 05:04 PM
1

Fair enough
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 02:56 AM

Step up your Econ game It’s an free and open transaction, we presume that each party believes it is striking a fair bargain You can’t just say “this is what’s fair bc I say so”
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 12:37 AM
2

Yup
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 12:26 AM
1

Bc it’s more fun w a drink or two Also I mean look when I’ve had sex with these girls it’s not one sided, we are both enjoying ourselves , I guess if the deal was that I was just using her up and throwing her out that might be different
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 12:23 AM
2

I used to have problems w it but eventually I realized that it isn’t my job to tell people what they should like
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 12:18 AM
2

I guess that makes sense if you’re trying to play it safe
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 12:17 AM

She wouldn’t pay for me, she would pay for herself. I’d pay for me In general
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/19 12:11 AM
2

Yeh for me it just seemed like a switch flipped with a lot of girls after sex, suddenly they don’t test anymore and instead are super super accommodating. For some it wasn’t that obvious tho What i would always say is “hey I like you let’s get to know each other better and see what happens,” it wasn’t insincere or a way to write them off, but, like you, I preferred to date for a while (3+ months) before making it official and really much longer before they get super deep into knowing me
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:59 PM
1

lol sure it’s all yours
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:56 PM
3

Yeh I guess so idk I’m pretty soft
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:45 PM
4

Oh so you mean you want to have the upper hand Seriously same it’s why I like the opposite dynamic In my experience if she’s sleeping w me the first night she almost always wants more, that’s the one thing I don’t really get , lots of girls here always say it’s not that way for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:22 PM
11

l decent guys, who unfortunately come off as boring because they are stable, get passed over. I mean this has really been my takeaway. Women love crazy drama and if you’re too nice to them they start calling you boring. So you have to act fickle and in a way kinda be an asshole toward them, it’s like girl crack , I don’t understand why they like it, it really doesn’t make sense to me
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:21 PM

It’s a saying “Wherever you go, there you are” It’s a saying and it applies to your post, well it applies to the first part of it anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:14 PM

have never had a casual sex arrangement with anyone I actually wanted to date. That's just a recipe for disaster. I've never used casual sex as a method to gain a relationship. Seems risky. What seems risky about it? This is my preferred way to get into relationships, especially with girls who thought that could never happen. It always seemed like women loved that particular narrative
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 11:12 PM
3

Lmao I’m not sure “romantic date” would have been the way these girls described it 😂😬😎
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 07:04 PM
2

I treated girls I met in bars more or less the same, encountered the same sort of expectations. We go out for a drink and either pay our own way or alternate rounds
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 05:27 PM
4

Lmao first dates that go well start with a drink and end up banging
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 04:55 PM
5

I don’t think that’s the expectation at all, at least not on tinder dates where I live. The expectation is each pays their own way
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 04:36 PM
7

What worked for me personally is to be a cheapass , I hate leading w my provider traits and I want women who are into me enough to hook up without them. Usually once I’m in a relationship or have a more serious fwb I would just end up buying shit for her mostly bc I don’t really care about a few bucks here and there
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 04:35 PM
1

Lmao wherever you go there you are as they say
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 04:30 PM

I’m purple for the same reasons, I believe real red pill is spinning plates, enjoy the decline, etc. I want a family some day and believe that marriage is in my children’s best interest

Those women are celebrities but there are equally attractive women in lots and lots of places. Have you ever seen what celebrities look like without lighting and makeup and effects

Oh please I’ve been groped by dudes in crowds too, so what shit happens , I wasn’t hurt in any meaningful way
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 02:48 AM
1

Imo a grope in a crowd is comparable to a an aggressive bump I’ve been groped in crowds too again it really wasn’t a big deal shit happens and then you move on
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 02:46 AM
1

I haven’t been in hundreds of fights I would estimate a couple dozen Getting bumped in an aggressive way is absolutely a battery, and is comparable to many of the “groped in a crowd” posts I’ve seen women be fearful about on the internet
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 01:58 AM
1

I really don’t understand how someone can grow up as a boy and not get in a bunch of fights. Or not get pushed in crowds, bumped into when walking in crowded places, etc etc. it’s just part of life

Any unwanted intentional offensive contact is a battery which is what the common usage of assault generally refers to I fought a lot as a kid and as a teen and idk I guess I still attracted that energy as an adult. Also just being in crowds and shit, going to bars, people push you, step to you, fuck with you, try and get a rise, shit happens I’ve had a couple serious injuries from fighting. As a teen tho not as an adult
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 01:28 AM
2

I’m a dude I’ve been assaulted literally hundreds of times Yet still it isn’t something that even factors into my daily calculus of my life. That said I mean neither is me too, they’re both pretty remote Most of these people just have persecution fantasies
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 12:50 AM

I have seen a lot of RP arguments based around conditioning and learning , eg The effects of tinder and social media Women get spoiled by having everything handed to them
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/19 12:45 AM

Uh most of redpill theory of male vs female behavior isn’t based around a biologically different brain at birth, it’s based on lifelong exposure to different internal conditions (hormones) and external conditions (how people treat you)

They'll tell him he's a faggot and to fuck off. Right they’re saying you’re being weak, quit being weak, we aren’t here to indulge your stupid feeling shit

Solid list! I always work some fiction into my reading and you’ve got a lot of the classics here, I’ve got a lot of overlap. Anything you’ve particularly found to be a page turner? I really like getting sucked into a story where I can’t put it down
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/18 06:45 PM
1

Good reading list , I’ve read most of these except Rollos books. One I can recommend from the other side is “sex at dawn.” I did so much eyeroll when I read it but hey it’s good to read stuff from the other side, it gets ya thinking
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/18 06:35 PM

Reddish purple pill I read 1-2 books a month, I alternate between nonfiction (usually history, politics, government type books, or philosophy) self improvement, and high and low fiction mostly based off friends recommendations. I read a lot of Reddit and articles too. I try to limit my diet of current politics.

Why is low birth rate a problem It just seems like the societies w high birth rates are overpopulated shitholes What is the point of having a bunch of extra people that you can’t afford to have, “wow our society is so much better w tons of poor people everywhere” I would rather live in a place with fewer people living a better life than more people living a poorer life

/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/18 06:16 AM
2

Yeah I know , women really do love drama
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 10:58 PM

No it’s that when you’re less sexually attractive people in general just treat you all around all worse. It’s not about banging randomly it’s about the billion little ways rhat people treat you well outside of that
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 08:34 AM
1

Us guy's got way more common courtesy when we still looked like teens too. You’re trippin bruh I get so much more respect as a 35 year old than I ever have before. It’s insane people just defer to me now like w no good reason
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 08:31 AM
4

Hey yeah over the years I learned how to play women like this but it’s garbage to me, I really do not get why anyone would like being treated like that, personally I just wanted to be loyal and kind and loving but that doesn’t spark the fire
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 07:22 AM
7

He’s both v sweet and engaged and then will detach without a discernible reason. He’s often dealing with emotional pain he cannot articulate Yeah I mean to me this just comes off as garbage pointless drama provoking, making fights for no reason, being a shitty a person, etc. get your shit together bro, try this with men and they will leave your ass to die in the wilderness, not think you’re amazing for it
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 07:08 AM

Yeah it was pretty awful lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 07:06 AM

Idk I had this girl show me that show once and she’s like “god this is like our relationship and it’s so hot” and it seemed like what she was showing me was a dude who picks stupid fights with his girl all the time and then has rough make up sex , it was offensive
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 06:51 AM
3

I mean I guess I sorta embody it as something I’ve learned over the years but I can’t consciously articulate it at all , it makes zero sense to me why anyone would like that, it seems like women like being treated like shit
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 06:40 AM

I mean tbh that’s what women act like when their hypergamy is satisfied, he’s the greatest man that ever existed (for now)
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 06:37 AM
2

Like he fucks her hard and beats her up? That’s what women like about him? “Wow that guy could really fuck me hard” Couldn’t any guy really do that? Is that is what you’re saying is “masculine” about him I don’t get it
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 06:29 AM

Yea but I mean doesn’t the ugly face outweigh all that stuff? Like when you look at it and it’s like ew
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 06:16 AM

I don’t understand how someone can be attractive if their face is ugly Like a bunch of girls have said I’m attractive like Adam driver , i really don’t get it it’s like they’re fucking w me or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/18 06:13 AM

Adam driver has a legit ugly face , it’s not symmetrical at all, the ratios are just not what’s typically called attractive

Hi yes I can explain it as follows Be me Be 15 Have no idea how attraction works Approach women randomly and ask for sex It works sometimes, sometimes it doesn’t sometimes I have a girlfriend but I never have hand Try this on and off for 10 years Finally decide I’m gonna actually figure it out Go out 4-5x a week and approach girls Do 1000s of approaches Push boundaries and try to be a douche It’s embarassing af I get put in my place a lot Learn how to play the game over time In my late 20s - ear…

I don’t believe this is really how it works I think there are a lot of people who are extremely skeptical about women who claim to have been raped You all underestimate how many truly misogynist, “women are all lying whores” dudes are out there. Like she was constantly terrified that she was gonna fall off a cliff or who knows what like when we walked over easy safe walkways. Also for me— cooking , basic fitness, wine and wine pairings, mixology, that’s just like life 101. Of course I can do that stuff at a basic level. I mean I’m pretty into Hiking tbh I really don’t think just anyone could do the stuff I do. It’s taken me a while to learn the nature skills I’ve got. Idk I don’t like to talk myself up, but something I’ve learned is that the more you get into any kind of hobby, the more you start to realize how deep it goes, how far a beginner really is , hell, how far even someone who’s pretty into it really is, from the top or the pros

/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/18 11:23 PM

Then why do they care about that other stuff? If your theory was right, what would we expect to see—we would expect to see a guy with boring bathroom selfies do exactly as well as the same guy with good image management However that isn’t what we see; instead, what we see is that a guy will do much better if he has cool pictures and good image management

Both early-mid 20s. I met one at a bar or a club i don’t remember but she was really awkward and our friend groups started hanging out a bit and I teased her about it but it turned out she actually was. The other, we had a mutual friend and attended a game night together somewhat frequently.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/18 04:10 AM
1

Idk I guess I’ve not just met a lot of people but also been close to a lot of people Tbh as intro as I am I really do make an effort to go meet people, make friends, etc etc Idk I also pry a lot lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/18 03:49 AM
1

Have you seriously not ever met virgins
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/18 03:11 AM
0

Yea I agree w that
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/18 12:46 AM
1

I mean sluts will generally do whatever you want sexually ? It’s not like that’s a Virgin only thing To me it just seems like I like wild party girls and I’m never gonna be able to “train” a 25 year old virgin to become that
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/18 12:15 AM
1

That is so weird to me like Train them to have a fun personality? That sounds tedious and unlikely to even work
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 11:40 PM
1

I am a social person I’ve met probably thousands of people lmfao do you not get out much or something, i can’t believe I’m explaining the concept of meeting people to someone
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 11:39 PM
1

I’ve met a couple and they were weird af Pretty much every adult Virgin I’ve met has been super weird It’s vizarre to me that anyone would think of that as a dating ideal Unless they were in high school or something , I liked my virgin girlfriend when i was 15 too
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 10:33 PM
2

Jesus right Adult virgin women are fucking weird
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 06:04 PM
3

IME sluts are very fun and adult virgins are very prudish and boring Take that however you will
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 05:56 PM
1

I am too busy w life to really care that much about politics , the way most political people do politics is like a spectator sport or a soap opera anyway, I will tel people that to their face, some respect it some don’t , ultimately I don’t care, I think of them what I do and they’re free to think of me what they do
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 05:32 PM
1

I don’t understand, it gives the woman a stock opener and suggests these as stock replies?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 04:30 PM
2

I think our boys over on r/menkampf might like it
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/18 12:06 AM
2

Uh, you know how divorce law works right
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/18 12:46 AM
1

I know man I have conflicted feelings about it I just argue hard here Yea I’m calofornian born and raised I lived elsewhere and this is soooo much better even if we have to pay a Nicole and a dime here and there
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 11:50 PM
1

Life is sad bro what do you want from me I didn’t design this existence, none of this was my choice
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 10:55 PM
2

Yea but at least it’s a guidepost , I mean if you never get shit tested you know on some level that you’re a loser and then when you step it up and you get a ton, you know that’s positive, not the hell that it feels like
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 09:30 PM
1

I just don’t understand how you could be that Machiavellian and not be RP/black pill (or tradcon)
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 09:29 PM
1

I’m extremely Machiavellian in that I understand how power dynamics work at a sort of preternatural level I’m moderately narcissistic and it’s something that I’ve embraced w great success I’m not psychopathic but playing that up definitely helps me get the easy lays I would love to be super kind to women but in my experience they hate that and it leads to “I love you but I’m not in love w you”
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 09:11 PM
2

I disagree bc by embracing the sides of my personality that are traditionally considered selfish and evil I became much much more successful w women
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 09:00 PM
1

I really hope that’s right
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:44 PM
1

Yes but it goes way beyond that
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:43 PM
0

I think the analogous comparison for a woman would be how guys treat her in a relationship after commitment
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:43 PM
1

Lmfao oh please it’s gonna be like a $1 surcharge on your bill who cares Also I thought we were talking about SJWism not just basic power growth Also I didn’t know you’re also a Californian! Hey!
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:41 PM
1

For me I like casual sex so I’ve had this conversation too many times
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:40 PM
4

Right? You know who NEVER gets shit tested? Loser incels Who gets shit tested the most is guys at like, top 35%
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:39 PM
2

lol what no this is garbage Even guys with hundreds of lays get flaked on
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:37 PM
1

Agree my perception of this plce is that it shakes out almost the same here as in any other social scene
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:34 PM
1

Lmfao that’s not how it works As a guy you take all kinds of rejections , I’ve been rejected by like a 1 who thought I was hitting on her when I wasn’t, it doesn’t mean that my SMV is at the level of that particular girl it just means that she didn’t like me Most likely she just got defensive and protected herself
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:29 PM
0

But what is those women’s evidence? Like if she said “I’ve been LTRd by lots of top 1% men but guys still approach me initially as a fuck toy, I resent it,” I think lots of people would take that seriously
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:25 PM
0

Right? When people do these stupid gender swap trolls it just really makes bare the lie of equality
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:23 PM
1

They tell you it after fucking, when they think you’re just another fuckboy and they don’t yet know how hard they’re gonna fall for you
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:10 PM
1

Lmao I mean if history is any indicator than I’m always gonna be unfaithful even if I really don’t feel that way now I don’t think it’s the same for women tho, hypergamy and such
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:09 PM
1

I mean once a woman is already into you it doesn’t matter You should hear some of the incelly rants I’ve unleashed on girls who were down for ONS
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 08:05 PM
1

Govt entities in the Bay Area and Sac maybe. Definitely not everywhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:47 PM
6

Rebecca (the 10) so long as she’s actually attracted to me and exhibits the behavioral indicators of attraction Honestly I’m no saint, I don’t know my N either Like seriously I doubt Samantha would even want to go to raves or dive bars or even really be fun at all I dated virgins in high school but I mean after that aren’t virgins just boring prudes
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:43 PM
1

CA is that way in its universities and a few large risk averse corporations and nowhere else
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:31 PM
2

Solid post and what happened to the black community will happen to the rest It’ll play out a bit differently but it’ll be the same shit
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:21 PM
5

lol so you’re saying if my “requirement” was like must have .7 waist to hip 116-132 IQ 5’7-5’10 That these would somehow be more justified? I disagree they’re just tastes
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:15 PM
1

In my experience if she’s attracted to me she’ll do whatever I want anyway I don’t need to make these lists bc if she’s into me she’ll make herself meet my list Ties in with how you say it’s superficial
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:13 PM
5

Sounds like a textbook breach of contract Of course it’s unethical No i wouldn’t do it but i would’ve when I was 20
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 07:01 PM
4

Once you stop they love you but aren’t in love with you
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 06:38 PM
0

Listen to all my ramblings like I’m a genius Let me talk when I’m on a roll Actually be into everything I do sexually Respect my decisions Follow my lead even when I’m just guessing Be a fun and engaging partner Bring lightness and wonder into my life
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 06:35 PM
2

I agree but I think it matters what you define as an ugly personality. Women are attracted to narcissism, psycopathy, and machiavellianism. Women are attracted to selfishness and aggressiveness so long as isn’t at their expense All these things are traditionally “bad” personality traits
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 06:26 PM
0

Well, you can That’s what a lot of game is
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 03:14 PM
5

Yes
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 02:34 PM
6

Lmfao how long term could they possibly be if you’re got a high number of them
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/18 02:31 PM
2

Uh but it doesn’t looo like me? It doesn’t act like me? Have you ever known any kids lnfao
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/18 04:54 AM
2

I’m good w kids I don’t like them but I do love them , I think that’s really the most honest way i can put that
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 11:59 PM
1

I leave the saving to idealists
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 11:54 PM
2

K
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 11:53 PM
1

lol doubling down eh Bold move
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 11:52 PM
2

Shaming isn’t gonna get me on this lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 11:32 PM
1

Why would anyone want to date a person with mental illness That just sounds so bizarre to me “What I really like is neurotic people”
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 10:47 PM
4

Why would I ever want to raise some other dudes kid
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 10:21 PM
3

I mean what I’m looking for isn’t common so what I aim high
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 09:56 PM
1

I look for women who are adventurous, low maintenance, loyal, smart, and artsy/crafty Any kind of mental illness is obviously a negative
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 09:22 PM
8

How would that look different from seeking validation? Or do they look exactly the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 08:50 PM
3

My social media is just memes and hiking stuff. I see people hating on white guys occassionally but it’s very rarely directed at me
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 06:01 PM
1

Aw man I hope you’re feeling better
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 05:41 PM
7

cannot fathom how those poor white guys survive this bullying. Just go on with my life? Nobody ever actually hates on me for being a white man irl, it’s just a bunch of media
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/18 05:37 PM
1

You don’t have to give a shit about her pleasure tho, like the girl in question I basically found it a chore to fuck her and she kept hitting me up and hitting me up. It was the most sent in, unenthusiastic sex performance ever and yet there she was week after week What is PE?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/18 07:37 PM
1

I mean sorta. I don’t think there is really a whole lot of technical skill involved in having sex, a lot of what women respond to (ime) is more like respoding to my vibe, or how attracted they are to me. I don’t really make any kind of effort in sex but I feel like there are plenty of women who are still super into me I’ve had girls who were casual sex partners, SAY that I was awful at sex and that they only came around bc I was hot. But they kept coming around and hitting me up all the time to …
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/18 04:29 PM
2

Lol maybe where you live Where I’m at people are proud to be American
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/18 06:10 AM
1

I have reason to believe that is largely true But my only proof is my own experience and if I talk about it it just sounds like I’m talking myself up
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/18 06:08 AM
1

Which one?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 11:23 PM
3

Lmao the Democrats were just playing politics , any party will seize upon any pretense if it could serve them
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 04:21 PM
1

Hey I appreciate the effort
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 04:31 AM
3

Honestly this thread is just fascinating to me bc human experience is such a crazy thing and it’s interesting to see people try to explain their own personal experiences to others who’ve never experienced something anything like it
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 04:15 AM
1

I mean she said it was roughly the same idk? Don’t shoot the messenger
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 04:11 AM
1

Yeah I mean I’ve seen dicks and I’m hapoy w my size also a lot of vaginas can be uncomfortably tight
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 02:06 AM
2

Lmao I see how I set myself up there but I personally don’t have any issues w that
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 02:03 AM
1

She said there’s very little feeling in her vagina and it’s mostly in the clit
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 01:50 AM
5

It’s the same question, like people who buy shitty cars still ask “man why doesn’t my car run?”
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 01:47 AM
1

I mean it’s not like I have any frame of reference for how that feels
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 01:46 AM
1

It sounds pretty neutral , idk it honestly sounds kinda funny
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 01:35 AM
1

One ex said it was like making a fist with one hand and then pushing your index finger into it, I mean, I guess I just took her word for it
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 01:01 AM
4

Yikes yea I can see how that would be a bad situation to be in
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 12:59 AM
1

I really don’t have any frame of reference for either, but I’ve had a couple girlfriends say they’re more or less the same
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 12:56 AM
2

I bet, it sounds terrible That said I’m a dude and i don’t claim to like being fucked
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 12:51 AM
5

For me sex acts are kinda take it or leave it, so I mean if she’s not into it I’ll just move on. But I guess I understand that not everyone is like that, I mean what does happen in that situation?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 12:47 AM
9

Like FORCING new things or just trying it once and it doesn’t work out and now she doesn’t want sex any more at all or something else? Like the first I guess sounds understandable but I can’t relate to the second at all
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 12:38 AM
2

LOL yea, I was sorta backing the other guy up but not completely and then he kinda took it further than I’d say myself. Anyway yes you were right
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/18 12:15 AM
3

lol that is not what i said What I said was that women who are attracted to you will offer sex on demand without foreplay and be super into it
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 11:57 PM
6

By trying new things?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 11:52 PM
1

Oh yeah I mean once you’re in that situation I don’t really think you can go back. What I meant is that ideally you only commit very slowly and a woman who shows any sign of that never becomes anything more than a plate I was more wondering why he ever committed to someone like that
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 09:53 PM
2

Typically a woman like that was kept around for variety while I was seeking out women I’d actually want to spend time with The whole frame youre coming at this from doesn’t make sense to me, it’s like you’re saying “if you like spaghetti, why did you go sunbathing last weekend?”
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 09:16 PM
92

Lack of options: she’s the only girl he can get
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 08:50 PM
1

Do guys in porn even have a personality lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 08:47 PM
1

I like women who are adventurous loyal smart artsy / crafty low maintenance I came up with these when I was going out a lot and spinning plates, when I found out that girls like to be “qualified” (or disqualified) as matches based on some non physical criteria. So I came up w 5 qualities I liked in a woman and proceeded to tell women whether or not they lived up to my standards. And apparently they like that 🤷🏻‍♂️ Attractive goes withit saying but I’m attracted to a lot of women , that’s sort of…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 08:44 PM
1

Sounds about right
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 08:41 PM
2

I’m not sure what kind of respect you think gets afforded to plates but they occupy a pretty low position
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 08:08 PM
4

I tend to see it as a long term downward trend But hey tbh I’m just speculating who knows
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 07:28 PM
4

Yup that’s the model I’m looking at, I mean lots of people in that society still had great lives and lived like kings even though there was a long term downward trend It’s always the poor who bear the brunt of all that
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 07:27 PM
3

She’s the kind of girl who sounds like she’s not great to be in a relationship with. Like the sort of girl who’s really only good neighbor be a friend w benefits
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 07:24 PM
11

I mean my guess is that we’d have a long slow decline rather than a collapse. A bunch of idle betas is ripe pickings for enterprising men seeking to carve something out for themselves And in that long slow decline who knows what happens. The pendulum swings another way, another social trend becomes more significant, idk maybe things tick back up a bit
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 07:03 PM
9

How much money can we spend enforcing that , t doesn’t seems sustainable
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 07:00 PM
9

Look at the stats posted in this thread , there is something significant going on, lots and lots of dudes are dropping out and things are changing
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 06:40 PM
5

You can always move back you know
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 06:12 PM
3

Why would you date someone who is such a complete bitch Sounds like plate material not girlfriend material
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:51 PM
1

Hm yeah that’s fair , I agree there are definitely limitations to the medium
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:48 PM
3

Ex patting is an age old solution for people who want a higher station than they can get in their home country, frankly I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t do it if they’re so unhappy with conditions here Then again a lot of people just love to complain
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:43 PM
1

What’s the problem w a baby screaming? What logical objection do you have to the content of the speech?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:32 PM
30

“We” don’t do anything Most people take the approach of be supportive AND verify. A bunch of loudmouths on the Internet go to one of two extremes
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:30 PM
28

What a retarded society, betas are so fucking productive and self sacrificing. Do people think that gravy train will just keep running magically
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:21 PM
3

It’s a fucked up situation and I don’t have answers but I think the discussion is interesting. If some people are saying things I don’t like I mean at least those points of view are getting fleshed out. What harm is there in it
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:19 PM
4

Is this how it is? Any questioning of certain dogmas has to be shut down
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:11 PM
3

I’m not familiar but if he’s a streamer is that his job?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 05:01 PM
3

resent other traits women might find attractive in a man. Is he funny? Interesting? Socially adept? etc. You can't really list those in a profile, they require proof outside. You can to an extent signal these things indirectly in your profile by choice of pictures and words, and women absolutely pick up on it (Eg if your profile is super tryhard , it signals low value)
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/18 04:44 PM
1

I’ve had girlfriends I liked going down on and girlfriends I didn’t. Some girls just don’t taste that great 🤷🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/18 11:28 PM
3

A great many people have trouble seeing multiple causal factors for a given outcome
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 06:14 PM
1

Wishin you well
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 05:40 PM

I screwed around on a bro split for a few months, it was fun, and it definitely doesn’t deserve as bad a rap as it gets But I’m happy to go back to ppl this month
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 05:39 PM
4

Hey I agree w that as well Industry capture and all tho. I mean it’s the nature of the beast, you set those systems up and the industry will capture them
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 05:31 PM
3

Hey man I agree with you. I do have problems w the second order effects of social democracy tho, eg subsidized obesity crisis. There’s a balance in that too
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 05:22 PM
6

Oh, people desire for other people to buy a bunch of shit for them, I AM SHOCKED
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 05:16 PM
2

you expect a girl who you tried to have sex with on the first date to be willing to marry you? Or Experience says absolutely yes, if she was attracted to me
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 05:09 PM
1

Ime the vast majority of women get off on being abused in bed, they demand it
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 12:27 AM
2

Lol right “Nothing except all of mainstream media”
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 12:26 AM
2

The truth is though that giving an orgasm isn’t some kind of matter of technical sexual skill, it’s just about being attractive and creating a vibe that she’s into. Like if she’s not into your look and energy you can do every trick in the book and it ain’t gonna happen
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/18 12:25 AM
1

Well anyway I don’t consider incompetence a valid excuse Maybe if it’s the first couple times you do it. Maybe
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 06:33 PM
1

Yeah that’s fair. But I mean it’s not like it takes twice as long to do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 02:55 PM
1

You won’t get very far just calling everyone else a fascist
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 02:39 AM
3

I just reread your comment and I feel so dumb right now
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 12:14 AM
5

lol I’m browner than my housekeeper
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 12:05 AM
1

I have a dishwasher?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 12:05 AM
3

Why on earth would you intentionally ignore how people commonly use a word and insist over them that they’re incorrect
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/18 12:04 AM
1

Best advice I can give you is just worry about your own life and let this blow over
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 11:22 PM
3

That’s the vibe I got too, I think op’s answers to my questions would provide some clarity
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 11:08 PM

Is frank attractive and does he have many friends? Is Amy attractive and does she have many friends? Has amy asked you for help? Why do you care if this guy hates on you?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 10:59 PM
1

What? Why would a maid complicate childcare
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 10:43 PM
4

Agree 100% I fucking hate cleaning and I’ve paid a maid for years. Why on earth would I ever do that work Also on top of that I know how much bullshit it is whenever someone says how much time she allegedly spends cleaning, bc I know what my housekeeper gets done in 90-120 minutes
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 10:37 PM

We have versions of Christianity that are compatible in practice with liberal humanism. I don’t think that’s true for Islam, the way it is practiced in Islamic countries is not compatible with liberal humanism. I would agree that the way it is practiced in liberal humanist countries is likely compatible with liberal humanism.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 10:24 PM

I don’t think its superficial to want a family
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 09:03 PM

Ehhh weirdo, yes. But party kid also yes. High school was wild
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 09:01 PM

When I used to subscribe to all those way back when, it was just amusement. I wasn’t discriminating either , I read the neckbeards one, where are the good men, awful eye brows, trashy, etc etc etc. it was just a mean spirited laughing at people sort of thing I think lots of people were doing the same
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 08:48 PM

“Superficial” I mean look if it was a wife who I already had a family with that’s one thing. If it’s not it’s another
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 08:39 PM

this is one of those topics where having a profile picture attached to each username would bring great clarity to the discussion

Hm yeah I agree Though to be fair I mean these Mexicans were using it in the sense of “fresh off the boat”, it was more descriptive of them being newly arrived than anything strictly racist
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 07:15 PM
-1

I’ve known Mexicans to call people “wetbacks,” does that mean it is no longer a racist term?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 07:07 PM

I’m a liberal humanist and I’m highly skeptical of Islam bc their core values are opposed to liberal humanist values
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 07:00 PM
1

Huh that’s interesting that you say that. Off hand I’m inclined to say that might be true 50 years ago but those waves of immigrants have become part of the US culture, and California has risen quite a bit in influence in the last 50 years as well. Catholics (and their secular cultural descendants) are part of the culture now at least to some extent.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 06:46 PM
1

Hm yea you’re probably right I was getting a little broad with my analogies I do feel like something is still shaking out tho w sexual dynamics, can’t put my finger on how it’s going tho
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 06:12 PM
4

What is the role and relation of Catholic women to US feminism? To me it seems that catholic feminists in the US are more or less in the same boat as Protestants and the descendants of protestants. Ideologically to me it seems that more or less they’re the same at least vis a vis some foreign culture like Islam
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 05:52 PM

Lmfao POLYGAMY ffs
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 05:38 PM

Over the top statements aside, I basically just want people to be able to discriminate against Christians and Muslims and atheists equally 🤷🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 05:36 PM
3

Could be one of those things that shakes out of the movement in 5-10 years as people wake up and say “oh yeah wait this culture is inconsistent with everything liberal society stands for” Or maybe they’re hoping for a Muslim reformation and liberalization Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe bitches be crazy
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 05:14 PM

I’m surprised I had to go down this far to find the word “patriarchy.” In it’s actual sense that’s what a patriarchy was. It’s the OG union of men for sexual collective action. Anyway patriarchy fell apart and people are still figuring out how it’ll be replaced, the chips are still falling into place.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 05:10 PM
2

It is kinda weird that there can’t be outright “men’s clubs” but there can be “women’s clubs”
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/18 04:09 PM
3

Well. It can be. “Adventurous” is on my personal list of “5 things I look for in a girl” and, at least in part, it refers to sexuality
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/18 10:30 PM
11

Right there are tons of “take me on adventures” girls, there are very few genuinely adventurous girls
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/18 08:53 PM
14

Adventurous is a polite way of saying sexually adventurous which is a polite way of saying slutty
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/18 05:00 PM

Lmfao my girlfriends phone autocorrects brazen to Brazzers
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/18 05:02 AM

Yeah yeah relish it
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 06:50 PM
2

It all depends how you define “good character” or “virtue” I guess
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 06:18 PM
1

Hm maybe so Idk in my experience when a girl is super into me she wants it all— she wants some of the sex to be slow and foreplayey and sometimes she wants me to just rail her out like I don’t give a fuck about her To me I read the original comment consistent with that
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 06:16 PM
1

Sounds like you’re hair splitting to get around the intent of the op comment, you’re reading something into it that isn’t there
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 06:05 PM
0

Bruh I majored in philosophy I know what I’m talking about
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:57 PM
1

How is “sex whenever I want it” either selfish or bad at sex , it just means that she has a healthyvsex drive and is attracted to me If a girl didn’t want sex whenever I wanted it I’d know that she wasn’t into me bc girls who are into me also WANT THAT, it isn’t a selfish demand it’s us both being on the same team
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:56 PM
1

They really are into that dark triad vibe , it isn’t even really how you fuck them that they get off on, it’s how you treat them while you’re doing it , it’s so weird
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:53 PM
3

Why on earth would you focus on these crazy outliers Ok sure if you become a billionaire you can buy all the women you want that is not a good plan for some average dude
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:51 PM
0

Charisma is a subset of virtue. It’s one component of virtue
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:43 PM

How is that excessive lol Most girls do that without you even giving up anything for them
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:36 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 05:12 PM

Idk I’ve seen at least one accusation play out like that and people more or less laughed about it lmfao it was sad
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/18 03:30 PM
3

Ah yeah ok , that’s what I was sorta thinking in line w the rest of your post but wasn’t clear Big difference between going for the party and going for the sex

Over the course of 6 months of knowing me there have been a few girls who started making themselves much more like me, idk it’s girls with no hobbies or interests outside of partying and they take up my hobbies They were all short term girlfriends who I explicitly told I wouldn’t ever commit to
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 09:28 PM
2

How is looks a part of circumstance , that sounds shoehorned Circumstance seems like it’s a part of narrative
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 07:51 PM
4

You need to be like 9.99999/10 for that to happen Who cares about outliers like that
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 07:49 PM
2

My guess would be yes based on the same logic of why it worked for me. But I don’t really know. One thing that’s different is that women who have slept with me almost always also want a relationship with me—I’ve heard many women report that isn’t true for them
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:40 PM
2

Absolutely. I think I might have been guilty of this at like 14 if smartphones were around then luckily they were not
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:22 PM
3

Yup absolutely. My experience was that I made a conscious choice to act more aggressive and I got much much more casual sex By getting more casual sex I had many more options for relationships and thus found better partners for relationships as well
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:19 PM
5

Ok yeah I’m sure there are lots of women like that too, it’s just that what’s more common is for women to like aggression Thus if you just want casual sex numbers, aggressive is the way to go
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:13 PM
1

Uh they’re just saying they want to fuck them let’s not get carried away Like, what do you think men’s opinion is of the things they fuck?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:12 PM
2

Psh nah I’ve spent non sex time with some lame ass women, usually they end up getting super into my hobbies and thinking that my lifestyle is amazing
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:06 PM
4

It isn’t that simple , women are also attracted to aggression and a man who gets some women being nice and gentle will get more women (admittedly of a different sort) by being an aggressive monster
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 06:01 PM
3

Also why sometimes you see dudes making cutesy face selfies or bedroom eyes lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/18 05:04 PM
3

I used to read that and a bunch of other similar subs that talk shit about people. Not just dumb women— people if all sorts, neckbeards, fat people, bad haircuts, whatever. I cut it out tho, it was really toxic and I think I’m better for it
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/18 10:27 PM
2

Nah it’s serious why not, go for it, he said he’s gettin older anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 08:32 PM
1

Yah it destroys the pipes but it’s not my house why would I care Anyway I meant that she assumes the risk that the trash she put inside of her might harm her, not that she waives child support
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 08:31 PM
1

I usually just flush the condom Anyway when you fish stuff out of the trash and put it inside your body you are most likely assuming the risk
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 08:18 PM
1

Lmfao definitely not assault
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 07:30 PM
1

Just go for it man why not
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 07:27 PM
1

Yeah idk I always killed it on tinder which apparently my hobbies attract those women even tho they aren’t going to actually go do them with me? I don’t really get that at all , it’s bizarre I never got 1000 matches (I got like 150) but I did get women saying let’s meet up and bang so who knows man. The short guys I know who get lots of play are super super aggressive, dominant little monsters I’m super hungover today and my post probably doesn’t make any sense ugh I could just die rn
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 07:22 PM
1

Dang that sucks. Poor guy I can’t imagine being short lmfao I’m 5’10 and it’s bad enough On the other hand I know a lot of short guys who have hot girlfriends or wives so who knows
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 06:24 PM
2

dang how ugly is your friend Also I mean I don’t consider going out once a week to be that much tbh, when I was really into trying to meet women I was going out to bars like 3-4 nights a week and planning dates for 2-3 nights on top of that
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 05:39 PM
2

It’s so cringe lmfao Like actually dominant people don’t run around professing their dominance they just do it
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 05:19 PM
1

So what I mean really so what , yeah some women won’t like you. Fuck them , who cares about them ? There will always be some who do
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 05:18 PM
1

I improved my success with women with just the step of making my voice obnoxiously loud If that’s not being an asshole I don’t know what is
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 05:13 PM
2

A man isn’t beta or alpha definitely , some boring beta dude might be super thrilling to a particular girl I’m a boring nerd but if I go out and meet a ton of girls eventually some of them thing I’m super exciting
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 05:11 PM
-1

Oh—I have it right now. What I mean is I’ve had it from before, and after the first I would never believe a woman loved me if she didn’t give me the same
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 03:18 AM
3

🙋🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 03:16 AM
1

I would never think a girl really loved me if she didn’t constantly give speeches about how amazing I am, listen to all my ramblings like I’m brilliant, bring home girls for threesomes, try hard to please me sexually, basically try to do anything and everything she could to make me happy and make me love her more I’ve had it and I could never go back
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 03:12 AM
1

Mmmmmm sex on a ratchet
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 12:53 AM
2

Median, mean, and mode are all types of averages
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/18 12:52 AM
6

Only in a literal sense To me it’s proof that the average guy can’t get laid as that phrase would commonly be used When someone says they can’t get laid they don’t mean that they literally never have sex they mean that it’s so few and far between that it might as well be never
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/18 07:00 PM
4

lol what How do those premises match those conclusions 7 lifetime partners is nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/18 05:14 PM
1

lol I know The weirdest part about it all to me is how differently two different people can view this, to me it feels like a chore and an unpleasant note that tarnishes what was, to some others it’s some kind of genuine feeling moment or bit of closure
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/18 04:07 PM
1

I’m not going to ever talk to them again anyway why does it matter , why end it on rejection giving or taking , I don’t get it , it seems selfish to even do it
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/18 04:30 AM
2

Ime people say that but they hate it when you actually do it, it’s just another case of people not knowing what they want I absolutely prefer being ghosted to some weird convo about it (at least with someone I’ve only seen like twice or less)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/18 03:28 AM
1

What benefit does that give over just not messaging them anymore , that’s the same thing that’s implied if you stop messaging
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/18 01:15 AM
1

Idk I guess I just disagree If it’s just a taste preference about something they can’t really change, I don’t think anybody benefits from me telling them. All that comes out of it is them being hurt and me sounding like an asshole. If the shoe were on the other foot I wouldn’t want to be told either. I prefer to be ghosted than to have that conversation, I can put 2 and 2 together well enough on my own
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/18 10:48 PM
2

I just don’t think any good comes out of telling a near total stranger what I don’t like about them. I’d never ghost anybody I’ve been out with more than a few times. Before that tho it’s fair game
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/18 09:46 PM
1

How is it even selfish Ever single person who I ever explained why I didn’t like them reacted extremely negatively to it Ghosting is for their benefit, they clearly don’t want to hear “you have an ugly vagina” or whatever it is that I don’t like about them
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/18 09:44 PM
1

It is not fraud to make a claim for a government payment you are not sure you are entitled to, that is called "testing your eligibility" and it is a great choice. It is fraud to lie on a claim. This is absolutely wrong lol , in my state this would be a violation of the false claims act
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/18 07:06 PM
1

I’m from CA but I have southern connections and roots Spent a lot of time in the mid south
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/18 05:53 AM
1

It’s the same sort of thing as the Harvard discrimination case , you just set up a panel of people that is ostensibly looking at the whole picture but is actually only looking at xyz. Anyway no I can’t show you any off hand. I’ll look right now and see if I can find anything that raises a flag to me tho. Let’s see what I find
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/18 04:44 AM
5

Hey all I hope y’all had a happy thanksgiving holiday
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/18 04:21 AM
1

You are wrong there are programs that are on paper gender neutral. But are in practice and in fact are discriminatory I went to a public university and it was everywhere The wheels of justice turn too slowly to root all of that out
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/18 04:20 AM
1

People will say anything that works to advance their own interest
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/18 04:14 AM
14

Hey I know there’s a lot of animosity here but I do appreciate your struggle and hope you’re doing okay. It is tough out there
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/18 06:16 PM
3

Sometimes it’s fun to just act a little crazy
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/18 04:09 PM
2

No I still do not text smiley faces if I don’t want to interact w someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/18 04:08 PM
3

Idk I mean I’ve had a couple girls pull knives on me? Borderline girls are just as bad as psychopaths
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/18 05:32 AM
3

I’ve been in the receiving end of it from a girl, I mean I just was like “lol k”. It’s so obviously just her being angry all her mean words just read like “rah rah rah I’m angry wahhh” it didn’t actually impact me
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 11:41 PM
3

Someone I met in a bar or a dating site and interacted with briefly but then had no further interest in is neither a friend nor an acquaintance. Hell, I’ve spoken to you more at this point than most of those people.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 11:22 PM
3

OPs situation was continuing to engage w someone over the course of many days via text messages Not laughing at a joke or saying hello Nice try tho
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 10:56 PM
3

Yeah obviously Anyway to me if you don’t want to interact with someone it seems better to not engage with them at all than to interact with them in some sort of middling halfhearted way What relationship are these people going to ever have w me? I’ve met so many people in bars or online dating, i can’t possibly even remember them all. there is no point to pretending that we are some kind of something, it’s like a distant acquaintance at best, who cares
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 10:42 PM
2

Have you ever heard the tale of the scorpion and the frog
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 10:15 PM
1

Engaging with something is 100% a form of interest That is an indisputable fact it is definitionally true
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:54 PM
5

I don’t see ghosting as rude It’s certainly better than leading someone on
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:46 PM
1

my rule of thumb was if she’s engaging at all then I’ll still try to make it happen Usually by saying progressively more provocative shit
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:42 PM
4

Exactly that’s why I’d recommend just not responding in that situation. Hell if you’re afraid of some kind of fallout just hit block and you’ll never even have to see it
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:26 PM
4

Just block or ignore it’s not that hard Certainly produces better results than complaining about it or engaging it Probably about the worst course of action is to halfway engage it while hoping it goes away, that will attract the worst of both worlds
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:10 PM
6

those are both emotional reactions, they are really pretty close together, at least compared to how far they both are from “meh whatever”
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:09 PM
7

Oh no someone is going to send mean words to my phone
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:05 PM
3

It’s crazy , there are so many girls who just feel absolutely compelled to engage with it
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 09:05 PM
4

I don’t understand women’s compulsion to respond , if it’s some person you barely know why even engage I just don’t get it , like when a toxic ex texts me and I just don’t even engage w her at all. Leave that shit on read
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 08:53 PM
5

Why would she engage at all
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 08:33 PM
5

Girls are indecisive af, you generally need to lead them along the path you want them to walk For funsies, something that sometimes works w these sort of girls is to say crazy ass off the wall dramatic shit to them, sometimes they get sucked into the drama and will bang it out. Not a good way to meet a life partner or anything but it might get ya laid
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/18 08:33 PM
1

How so? I just said women also like sex just for sex They also talk big? I don’t see the contraction
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/18 03:52 AM
1

In my experience if I was agreeing with a girl too much on a first date I’d just sort of disagree about something in order to spike the drama a little bit or whatever. I’d try to find SOMETHING that we didn’t have in common because otherwise she’d think I was kissing her ass. At the very least I’d express a strong distaste for something that she didn’t already give an opinion about
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/18 03:19 AM
1

it’s just healthy for a guy to keep a good healthy skepticism about women who give him monologues speeches about how awesome he is or whatever. It’s just words, talk is cheap
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/18 03:17 AM
1

lol okay I mean I’ve watched like a dozen girls give 100s of speeches over the course of weeks or months or years about how much they love me and how I’m like nobody else Could’ve been that they were just trying to trick me but more likely it was genuine and then they changed their mind
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/18 02:29 AM
1

I’ve had lots of girls friends discuss it in those terms like, “I am so wet right now” as a gauge of how into me they are I’m sure most Guys have heard that
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/18 10:23 PM
2

Most useful thing I learned was “volume dial, not a light switch”
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/18 10:22 PM
2

Women’s idea of a 10/10 is whoever they bang at the moment Women have told me so many times there’s nobody like me, ever ever ever, that they couldn’t dream of anything being so good, that I’m an 11/10, that WHATEVER ETC ETC ETC it doesn’t mean shit once they change their minds
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/18 10:15 PM
1

It sounds like a quirky and fun thing, I dig it
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/18 10:12 PM

How does marriage provide a nice home My home is dope already and every time a girl comes around they want to put up live laugh love shit which is not only lame af but just terrible aesthetically I would think men marry for sex and companionship
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/18 09:09 PM
1

there are many subsets of game (eg a b c) The particular ones I liked were x y z
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/18 08:59 PM
5

I’ve done both in my life. I don’t really see it as either or. For me I find eventually that I meet a girl that I really like, we spend more time together and the other girls sorta drop off, and she eventually becomes my girlfriend
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/18 08:58 PM
1

How do you think I’m giving different definitions Everything I said is consistent 1) game is a subset of social skills 2) there are many subsets of game 3) the particular subsets I liked were x y z It’s literally just me going deeper into detail
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/18 08:49 PM
0

How do you do that Most people will “feel” someone looking at them within a fraction of a second
/r/PurplePillDebate16/11/18 08:32 PM
2

I’m sure you think that smug self satisfaction is a good argument but it convinces nobody of anything I literally have no idea what you’re even trying to say

I define “game” as the subset of “social skills” which relates to flirting and getting laid. There are many techniques eg negging, teasing, dread, etc. different people are proponents of diffferent Methods. Really imo the only way to find out what works is to go field test it yourself. For me it was always just something like “approach, keep it light and fun, show sexual intent, don’t be too serious, see how she responds to touch” that worked pretty well

Obviously false Why else would they do casual sex

I mean if OPs self description is accurate than it shouldn’t be Honestly it’s not that hard I’m a skinny ugly nerd and I did it You just gotta be aggressive , fit, and willing to take lots of rejections

Outlier is just a quick and dirty way of saying “there are a lot of exceptions to general rules”
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 10:05 PM

So what? Some outliers do one thing but people generally do another
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 09:18 PM

No that’s bullshit, I’m personally faithful and I personally have options, but I’ve ovserved that people with options tend towards infidelity. I don’t know why y’all think that a person’s general beliefs about the world are statements about how they view themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 08:52 PM

Downside of this point of view is that it means incels are really the only innocents. I think most people find that conclusion distasteful

Just bang a lot of really hot girls, put yourself in crazy situations that old you couldn’t have even imagined ever happening to you, you’ll be so immersed in your awesome life that you won’t care about what’s past

It’s an interesting distinction. Like my friends will defer to me and seek me out about certain topics that are my thing. To an extent they will even let me lead or expect me to lead in a lot of situations where leadership is ambiguous. But in a situation where there are two or three competent leaders in the group I might dial that back a bit
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 12:42 AM
2

I also think there any situations where it’s more natural and not just like a guy hanging around trying to make something happen. Sometimes you do happen to meet someone during the day 🤷🏻‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 12:24 AM

I mean it’s rare in a general sense to get that, lots of guys get it in some particular area of expertise
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 12:07 AM

It’s absolutely not all bc plenty of guys get laid or dates or girlfriends or whatever doing it
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/18 12:04 AM

I mean something I really believe is that a lot of times a rejection is more contextual than anything, sometimes a girl is just in a bad mood or something, but you come at her again later, who knows maybe she’s into you the next time

/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 10:31 PM

I guess she just didn’t particularly like me in the specific context of the first time I tried to pick her up in a bar. It wasn’t a hard reject or anything I mean just nothing happened When I saw her again on tinder I said “hey!! Xxxx from thatbar” and in like 3 messages we agreed to meet for a drink. We hit it off at that point 🤷🏻‍♂️ The other one we met up but it sorta fizzled out, I felt like she was looking for something really serious and I’d just gotten out of a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 10:24 PM
6

I’ve met girls who didn’t like me at a bar swipe right and meet me off tinder 🤷🏻‍♂️ We’re like each other’s evil twin I guess
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 10:19 PM
16

I’ll CYV It doesn’t suck if (for whatever reason and by whatever metric) you get better results online than irl For me I’m good at online image management, and I find approaches in bars to have a very low conversion rate comparatively. Also swiping or sending a few messages in my downtime is almost zero effort. So I do tinder, it’s way better for me
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 10:01 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 08:36 PM
1

Very very few people believe that they’re literally entitled to sex. Being hurt about being rejected and lashing out isn’t reflective of a literal belief that you are entitled to sex If someone thought they were entitled to sex they’d just rape and they would believe they’d done nothing wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 07:39 PM
2

Yeah it’s both. News at 11 people on the internet make self congratulatory divisive inciteful posts rather than trying to find nuance and common ground
/r/PurplePillDebate09/11/18 07:10 PM

Typically I’d just walk up and introduce myself—if they’re cool I’d stop and hang out, but if I got a weird vibe off them (the one guy sounds creepy) I’d pull my girl away on some party talk pretext ( “yeah! Depends if I’m interested or not. Honestly my happiest relationship I ever had was with a girl who was like a 5-6 but she just had the greatest energy. I slept with her the first night I met her, we just sorta hit it off right away. And then from there it grew into a relationship over time.

I don’t think it’s necessarily that way, I think that a lot of women just don’t know how to be assertive without being a jerk about it, it’s like steamrolling vs currying favor, bitchy is a particular way of being assertive. Or just making bitchy drama for no reason which a lot of women love to do

I’ve seen “both work” as She’s a waitress or receptionist or maid and he’s a skilled tradesman. Weird equivalency but ok I’m not saying finding some dude to take care of you is a good option in saying it’s better than being left to die. I mean , do women like sex or not? I don’t associate with these women, they’re girlfriends and wives of well off blue collar acquaintances As to the rest of your post, you’re off base, women being generally more educated has nothing to do with whether they have doing nothing as a fallback option, and furthermore if you think women can’t get by on sex alone then idk what to tell you

y, a light spirit, and intellectual discussion. Awesome. Really someone who is pleasant to spend time with and smart enough to talk about interesting things— that’s what it’s all about
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 06:25 PM

It’s not recommended as a direct method w women, it’s more of an indirect method to work on yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 04:53 PM

I have a regular meditation practice I don’t talk about it much tho why would I
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 04:49 PM
2

Yeah I mean that’s exactly GP’s point, women wait til they have you hooked and then go cold. It’s like false advertising, it’s a trick
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 04:28 PM
2

Oh ok. Fair enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 02:40 PM

I don’t know how you could possibly read into my comment that this only happens to me It sounds like you mostly agree w me

Are you black pill or what tho? Asking bc your flair
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 02:10 PM

I don’t see how that’s much different from what I’m saying It’s just some kind of weird poly corollary? Okay sure I guess , not really relevant to my life
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 01:59 PM
4

That doesn’t make sense Why would living with someone or spending a lot of time around them make you not want to have sex w them Like if you’re into them you’re into them who cares if you spend a lot of time w them
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/18 05:21 AM
4

But their stated goal is to have casual sex w/ hot girls How would this help them achieve that goal?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/18 11:42 PM

Right I agree, my point is just that one crazy outlier doesn’t show market value
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/18 11:33 PM

lol Jesus Christ I’ve never dated a woman who was completely averse to helping out with anything at all. But I have dated a few who were extremely lazy, it was awful, I always just ended up being a slave driver with them, and while it didn’t kill my attraction to them, I did always end up thinking pretty lowly of them as people
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/18 11:30 PM
6

Not really there’s always some idiot who you can con into buying something for an outrageous price. It’s not the value of the item, if I can only find one outlier dude who is going to buy the apple for $500 it’s not a $500 apple (at least not in terms of how people generally assess value) You have to actually have a value that people will readily pay Anyhow I’m sure some economist out there has discussed this much better than I can
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/18 11:09 PM

Expect you to lead, but you never do anything right (mind reading as suggested), you have to do things by their standards which they often don't formulate (or just can't formulate) Yes! Jesus. Eternal critics

think there is a lot of pressure for the woman to be "cool," and take an interest in his hobbies. Yes In my experience it’s not “pressure” so much as women tend to date guys they respect, look up to, and generally think are awesome. So they start doing his activities In my experience almost all of my long term girlfriends start becoming more and more like me over time, basically just by me extending them invites to join me sometimes they always end up getting super into my hobbies and social cir…

Always testing and being borderline disrespectful and making me put her in her place. Like fuck, I just wanna be nice and kind and loving, it sucks having to be so hard on her promises the world to get something out of me, then once she’s got it those promises are worthless somewhat unreliable , tend to make big plans that are more representative of her current mood than any real commitment or follow through

There are two problems with this: Many people are not highly self aware Many people’s self image is more positive than honest

Depends what his vibe is actually like Some people who force their will a lot in social interactions come off as “creepy” or “pushy” but at the end of the day they get their way a lot more than most other people and they aren’t unsuccessful by any stretch It’s a valid strategy
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/18 04:25 PM

This is my only account you’re being paranoid Anyway also it seems you don’t know what a crime is? My point is, it doesn’t make sense to dig up 20 year old offenses, we have statutes of limits for a reason
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/18 03:13 PM

20 years ago? Also sexual harassment isn’t a legally defined crime, it’s sometbing that is prohibited by workplace policies
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/18 04:14 AM

I believe we should “believe victims” in the sense of being there for them and supporting them Really has nothing to do with any sort of determination of fact tho, it’s just feelsy bullshit
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/18 09:42 PM
5

I’m pretty sure this couldn’t even go to a jury in my jx due to Statute of limitations Also what do you think this would be charged as? It’s certainly not a rape I’m disinclined to believe any 30 year old testimony about anything , and I don’t think that’s a tough sell in arguments
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/18 08:59 PM
8

You can’t be serious Aren’t you a crim lawyer?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/18 08:34 PM
10

that men who sexually harassed women at work 20 years ago should keep their jobs has risen from 28% to 36%. Jesus this is insane The degree of witch-hunting people wow anyway as a lawyer I rest pretty content in the fact that my profession is far better at sorting this stuff out than average idiots on the street with their bizarre and half baked ideas of justice Frankly those people with all their noise making are just flashes in the pan, I really don’t care what they go on about
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/18 08:01 PM

Sometimes people think everything is lost and there’s no hope. But fortunately (unfortunately?) for them they have incomplete information Also sometimes (my experience w vast majority of incels) people just see all the work that they’d have to do, decide it’s too much, and call it hopeless bc that’s easier than doing the work.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/10/18 08:00 PM

I look back on those years as a time where I was constantly trying anything I could to figure out what worked, with successes few and far between To be fair I had a blast during those years I just wish I’d understood how sexual dynamics worked a lot sooner 15-25 I had 3 serious girlfriends and 2 ONS. I don’t consider that a lot. At some point it just clicked and life got a lot better — 25-35 I had 2 serious girlfriends and about 30 ONS/STR

I think it’s wrong, first off I know several women who have gotten married from online dating, I also know several women who use online dating to find casual sex partners Online dating lets you meet people outside your current social scene. So while it may not be necessary, it definitely provides a benefit I do ageee though that lots of women use it as you’ve said. So what? There are also girls who go to the bar to troll for attention. And during those times women had very little choices or authority as men ran the societies, males determined whether or not you were worthy of being a man, you were judged and sized up by other men, you had to prove yourself to other men. Those numbers are outrageous The government should determine a base amount for support of a child and charge the same to everyone Once mom leaves, dads income should be irrelevant, she should no longer be entitled to his lifestyle
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/18 11:23 PM
3

It doesn’t matter who makes more , that isn’t how child support works What I meant is that dads ovligation is greater the more that he makes
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/18 11:01 PM
2

Go look at the charts that calculate child support amounts and get back to us It’s way more than is necessary to support a kid, it floats higher if dad makes more, and no accounting is required. It’s the legal equivalent of a wink and a nod Even if not many women consciously care about it, it’s the legal default and the economic effect is plain as day. She doesn’t have to care, bc it’s assured
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/18 10:53 PM

I listen to what worked for me in actually going out to bars and getting laid It definitely wasn’t being nice or polite or gentlemanly Why would it make sense to listen to some random person giving advice about what they think works over my own experience?

If a girl is really into you , you can tell her shit like: “Girl I’m bad news. You should seriously walk away. I’ve never been fairhful to anyone. You know what kind of person I am. If you stay, you’ll get hurt” And she’ll stay

/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/18 09:11 PM

That is not likely, systems are dynamic, the pendulum swings both ways I would say that is a likely result for a while, meanwhile a bunch of dudes are already getting all riled up and pushing back, eventually they’ll have their day

The dudes said they raped kids Mfw when someone says that’s just what I consider awful
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/18 08:27 PM

You kinda have a good point about confidence. In my experience most people are dying to have a leader step in and tell them what to do , and take all the burden of decision making off their shoulders. What worked for me was just to figure out myself first, figure out what I wanted, where I was going, etc, and then once I did that I just started offering to bring others along for the ride. If they wanna come great, if not fine I know what I’m about and I’m going anyway
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/18 06:42 PM

You say that but the tinder experiments show otherwise
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/18 06:32 PM

What do you mean? The tinder experiments proved it Some of those guys were like talking about having raped kids and murdered people and there were still many women interested in them
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/18 06:31 PM
2

I’m just here bc I find the subject interesting
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/18 04:48 PM

They value things like submission, devotion, not trying to bring down her husband in any way. OP cited this, like to me, trying to bring someone down is pretty extreme, like if I married a woman and then later she started trying to bring me down I’d be pissed Really at that point it doesn’t even matter what she does, it’s the intent that creates a problem
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/18 04:15 PM

So openly disrespecting someone and giving them gifts are in the same category? I disagree, the gift equivalent of openly disrespecting someone is something like stealing their possessions
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/18 03:19 PM

LOL you know what happens when you ask women online if they prefer the thing that women clearly prefer, right?

That probably won’t be required with plenty of food and entertainment

/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/18 04:29 AM

Yeah or “I can’t make up my mind about what I want”-style LMR Hold on There’s a good post explaining in this thread I’ll link it Looks like you already saw this but here ya go anyway https://old.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/comments/9n02l0/less_than_half_of_people_think_its_ok_to_withdraw/e7imafi/

I’m only discussing this in the case of an ONS, like with a long term partner there’s so much sex that there’s bound to be a few weird outlier situations With an ONS it’s like an interview , it does t really matter why it went really badly, I just know Id rather see what the other candidates have to offer
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 07:14 PM

Your data is polluted by the other thread in the subject
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 06:16 PM

lol ok bro
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:54 PM

I use ONS as a way to look for someone I’d like to make my girlfriend Anybody who withdraws consent at a late stage, imo is not regular partner or girlfriend material
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:49 PM
2

I think you’re wrong, I see girls talk about dad bods in Facebook groups on sexual dynamics discussions, they post pictures of straight up obese dudes Also if I recall correctly you’re not American, I’m not sure if you realize how normalized obesity is here. It’s out of control.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:43 PM

First thought is something like, what a cunt (said in my own head not expressed) Second thought is something like, okay bummer Third is like well let’s hang out for a minute and then get you outta here
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:40 PM
3

It’s just a series of turn-backs tho, like why can’t the disappointed person turn it back— the disappointer should also be a supportive partner to the disappointed person, and understand and accept that it hurts to be shut down mid sex and that it isn’t easy to deal with
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:39 PM
18

My theory on both of these is that most people don’t understand their own preferences but boy do they like to tell people what they prefer
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:37 PM
2

it's not cool to be visibily upset. I mean it’s also not cool to withdraw consent , it’s a dick move. Imo these are on par with each other
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:27 PM
2

It’s a dick move to withdraw consent and in that sense it’s not okay. It’s not ok like “ok! everything’s good, everything’s nice”. It’s ok like “ok whatever I guess you can do that”
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:21 PM
3

You hit the nail on the head — what is “ok”? Does it mean everyone should be happy with it? Does it mean something should be merely tolerated? Does it mean it should be encouraged? It’s so vague Personally I think it’s a dick move to withdraw consent and in that sense it’s not okay. But in the sense of , yeah, we accept that people do this, it’s far from ideal, we will look down on them for doing it but we will still tolerate them — ok sure it’s “ok”
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 05:20 PM
5

My understanding is that “teenagers” are a recent social construct. For most all of human history there were only children and adults, with people considered “adult” around 10-12. Correct me if I’m wrong

Oh ok i see what you mean
/r/PurplePillDebate10/10/18 04:03 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/18 09:23 PM

First of all what he said here was super tame comparatively. PG-13 at worst, yours clearly is not Second, drinks in a professional context, give me a break Third, I’ve had dudes proposition me before and I just wrote it off, bc I understand that I live among other people who try to advance their own will and wants and interests, it’s not some grim reality it’s not even bad in most cases
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/18 09:22 PM

I also think there’s a strong regional component here Informal surveying has shown me that men in the south and Midwest expect to pay, and that men on the coasts generally expect to split
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/18 05:42 PM
2

I always do just drinks for a first date, and I either split the tab or alternate rounds It’s fair , it’s not a big commitment, I also don’t want to set a tone of “I’m gonna pay for your company”
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/18 05:23 PM

What is your explanation for why high status high achieving (etc) type women generally demand the same or better of their partners, but high status high achieving men are generally much more likely to date waitresses, failing artists, etc etc

Evolution doesn’t make mistakes
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/18 03:38 AM

Yeah I often read their posts and slightly disagree, or maybe would characterize what they’re saying slightly differently, for me those are great opportunities to refine my beliefs or pin down my intuitive ideas a little better
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/18 03:36 AM
1

Mostly just refining my ideas about sexual/social dynamics Now and then I test out a new idea that I have and see if I can support it against other people’s arguments , or if I should rethink my belief
