Im doing a start up and have a lot of projects going on. It's like putting together a puzzle where the pieces are on fire randomly and you still have to find a way to make it fit. My lifes kind of a disaster but I am going to do my best to keep it vague and still have fun.

I recently read Psychic Cybernetics and never realized how negative I am on myself. I was recently listening to positive affirmations on youtube and a comment stuck with me and is how often we say I AM. It is amazing how often I tell myself I AM WORTHLESS, I AM A SHITTY PERSON, I AM POOR etc. The subconscious is a hell of a thing and mine is very self defeating. Mine doesnt want me to be successful :(

ive been doing hypnosis videos on youtube and it's been pretty good with getting rid of my anxiety and reprogramming myself. i read psycho cybernetics because of this sub and figured i'd go right to the source with hypnosis with my sense of self. been taking the herb ashwangda as well an indian adaptogen used for stress. whatever it is or happened i can finally breathe again and have a bit more positive energy. thanks for the book rec.

i started taking ashwagandha and it really seems to work. i can finally breathe again i stopped smokng the herb too and smoked a lot for yrs but have now quit. i have anxiety pretty bad and just got dumped because of it pretty much which hurts even more. (i had performance anxiety in bed and she then ljbf'd me) ashwagandha seems to be helping though and is backed by science.

i think meetup is honestly a goldmine and the way to go. in mark mansons models he mentions demographic game as a good way to go. i usually do well with yoga type girls who are into the outdoors. finding a niche and meeting new people in this area is what i am looking for. i moved back to my hometown area 2 yrs ago now and have been kind of reclusive and am looking to "get out there" again so meetup would be a great way to start living again and maybe meet someone...

I just fucked things up with a great girl that I really liked because I am going through anxiety and depression. We didn't connect because I was in my own head too much and not in the moment. We broke up because of this and it made things worse. I am not sure if I should jump back into dating again before getting my head right. I tried with her and it ended in disaster and I made some mistakes at the end to burn the bridge with her and can't forgive myself for it. :(
