Best advice: don't start anything at work... It will hinder your work progress also, if something goes on between you and she is in tight with the manager or your boss, you will be in big trouble. Unless you are willing to do an FWB or something similar. If you really want to approach this though, just do it like every other PUA attempt. they are probably working during the day and at night they go home and sleep. on the weekends they probably sleep until midday go out with their friends or the mall, then at night they may or may not go to a nightclub. I think there is a time and a place for being "nice". Unfortunately, most nice guys just tend to fuck it up (Me included, I used to be that guy). As a guy, you have to balance the nice guy and asshole moments well so that a girl will find it a challenge, but also that you still accept her and are willing to show care for her.

This shit sucks. I homewrecked pretty hard once. I NEVER want to do it again. I'm not saying you're homewrecking though. My first choice would be to drop her. Girl's that haven't gotten over their ex are just going to use you as a rebound. Unless you just want to hit it and quit it, I don't recommend going after her. If you really want to pursue her though, go with mrhello's plan. Ask her to go with you to the movies and if she responds with choice 1 or 2, then good!

exactly, a common misconception. I used to always think that women would think I was creepy if I said something to them and they didn't know me. All you have to do is approach with confidence and an opener. It doesn't even matter what opener. As long as you're confident about it there is nothing else. Personally I use situational every time. Either you make one up or you see her doing something and you just comment on it.

Just yesterday I opened 2 HB 7s within 2 hours of each other. It's good that you decided to overcome that AA and go for it. The goal was to kick AA and you did just that. Keep practicing.

I found (and still find) it hard to walk that fine line between Mr. Asshole and Mr. Nice guy. Looking back at the first few practice attempts, I think I came off as Mr. Asshole. I have to some degree thinned out the Mr. Asshole while maintaining an air of confidence, I still throw negs out there but it's not always sarcasm and its not hard negs.

Well, you have to approach and open them. I'm new to PUA and even I have figured out you gotta approach or you lose the chance. if they are 16 they will usually talk about school. I'm in college, I talk about college all the time girls that I meet that are in school will talk about school as well.
