This usually boils down to being a boring person. Read more books and reddit. Have more debates and discussions with people. Keep going to parties.

I get it. "You write the rules" and all that. The problem is that if that were true I would be way more successful at all this.

When you are thinking, analyzing, and intuiting about stuff your brain is unable to pay enough attention. It becomes extremely hard to engage. In fact, you really can't. Practice meditating, I cannot stress this enough. Be in the moment and be present. Notice everything and do not filter your observations.

I can rationalize for hours about how any one girl is not special, that I don't care, that I feel no jealousy and that no matter what happens it won't affect me. Works on some girls, not on others. You might see oneitis as a curse but I call it a gift. More emotional highs but more emotional lows. As soon as I am around some girls all my rational mind can do is beat me up for feeling emotionally attached. If the chemistry is there ain't nothing I can do but distance myself. Have you ever bit you…

They won't tell you if you're doing something wrong. The problem is that you are not escalating when you first meet them. Not to mention, if you get to know them as friends what did you expect?

This is the kind of shitpost I would expect Archer Sterling to make if he was real and had a reddit account. Obviously if you're a rock star, international spy, or professional rich person you don't need help in this department. And to really invalidate your argument, how are you supposed to "just be great at something" and "not be a loser" if you don't have confidence to begin with? It's sort of a prerequisite for both of those.

An attractive man is not needy. An unattractive man is needy. And neediness can infiltrate any and all behaviors The only way you can eliminate this is through success and focusing all your mental energy into convincing yourself of abundance. Faking it until you make it is literally the only way...until you actually have it.

Allowing yourself to be controlled without taking proper action to be free is indeed Beta. But the reality of life is that at some point you may find yourself in situations where taking back control is nearly impossible. Maybe you are mugged walking to a concert one night. Is it Beta that you are now forced to give up your wallet to avoid being shot? To run away would be alpha based on the notion of never being controlled, but if he shoots you then your fleeting moment of taking back control is …

How can I objectively know what I did wrong without someone who has more experience pointing it out? Most things in life I can improve because I have other people with me explaining my blind spots. In this I have no idea what I am doing wrong half the time.
/r/seduction13/04/15 07:19 AM

It is noble to try and control things. It is useless to become upset with the outcome. But that is not what I meant by fear of control. The funny thing is that the more you fear losing control the more you become a slave to the outcome. I was referring to the fear of being controlled yourself.
/r/seduction13/04/15 07:06 AM

The aggression comes from fear of being harmed or controlled, psychologically or physically. Release fear and you can have all the alpha qualities without the anti social traits.

What happens when you approach? You said it's them coming to you so explain what happens when you approach. If you aren't then go do it and stop thinking about the past. It literally no longer exists.

I believe this is absolutely achievable as long as one is self-conscious and avoids being destructive (or self destructive) I agree. It is completely possible to eliminate the traits. How difficult that is will vary depending on the person. I must add tho, that alphaness itself adds a destructive tune to your personality. A few weeks back I broke a guy's jaw for being an asshole to me. After he fell on the ground, I kicked him a dozen times just because I felt like it and I loved it. I also kick…

definitely. And I said the same thing about rejection in my response. The problem with his post is that their is blatant denial of realty. Reality are the building blocks for a healthy attitude and mentality. Introverts are only making things more difficult for themselves by saying things like "rejection does not exist". It certainly does. Acceptance of your introversion, now that is where OP is spot on.

I agree with some of your points and disagree with a few others. First, I agree with you that tactics can be a waste of time and energy. But, there are some tricks that actually do work. If they don't work for you, stop using them. It's that simple. On not giving a fuck, I agree with you entirely. Learn to meditate, it's the only practical way to ease pain without lying to yourself. Rejection is a thing. You might call it "not having your time wasted" but accept the fact that she is intentionall…

The pua community like the fitness community is notorious for swallowing what is put in front of them. (No Lenny face please ) Developing your own philosophy is exactly what people need to start doing.
/r/seduction10/04/15 02:32 AM

Indeed. It has been proven in research that people believe others get what they deserve. It could be genetic or it could be cultural but this leads many to suffer from far too much outcome dependence. There certainly are quite a few "Alpha" types in this community, but you would probably not want to be one. To explain what I mean, first we have the Beta: they are outcome dependent and care about what others think of them they take no action for fear of failure. Next we have what I call Neurotic …

Your self worth comes from living up to your own values, and pushing yourself to follow them no matter how painful. I doubt many people have "looks" as their highest value, but certainly some do. Try taking this test: http://www.value-test.com/ Then make sure that you are living congruently with these values.

It creates bad blood that will probably never go away. This sort of thing doesn't happen between very food friends. Not often at least.
/r/seduction08/04/15 09:13 AM

By going out with other friends however, you are not displaying non-neediness. You are displaying abundance. The difference may or may not matter to you but abundance means you have so much social proof you are free from outcome. Non-neediness is more attractive than abundance because you do not need to rely on anyone. You become the source of your own amusement.
/r/seduction08/04/15 03:16 AM
1

By being direct, you make yourself vulnerable to rejection, thereby displaying your lack of neediness. In other words, outcome independence.
/r/seduction08/04/15 03:11 AM

I hear this a lot. What you forget is that in the Mazlow hierarchy of human needs, hobbies, jobs and higher purpose come second to primal needs like finding a mate. This means that if you are unable to find one you will be biologically (chemically) driven to neediness. If you are not you have no sex drive and need to see a doctor.

You're right about not getting obsessed. I guess I thought this was all going to be a lot simpler than it really is. My hobbies and career are great. The problem is that if I focus on those any more I know I won't succeed because this requires so much time. I have to put in work in this area every day it seems.

I watched that guy. I agreed with everything he said but he almost seemed delusional. If I had to diagnose him it seemed like he had NPD. "Why would she want to go talk to any other guy who isn't me". Entitlement is creepy as hell and something about that guy was really off-putting even though he was being authentic.

That's a great analysis. Look I want to take as much responsibility for getting better at this as I can. But unlike every other area of life, it is near impossible for me to see what I am doing wrong when I fail at this. That's why I am posting because I want people to be blunt, point out what I'm doing wrong so I can fix it and start having some sort of success. As for push pull, maybe that's it. I will try that and see.

I am Caucasian, tall. I am chronically stuck at 2nd and third base even if I'm sleeping with a girl. Keep in mind I only approach 9s or 10s. Maybe I am overreaching as I think I am probably 8-8.5/10. The obvious thing and the part that you did pick up on is that there is something obvious to everyone besides me.

Yeah I think you have a valid point. The problem is that my extroverted side is also genuinely me. I always score 50% intro/extro on those personality assessments. Some days I am outgoing, others not so much. Being multi-dimensional is actually sort of who I am.

Alright I will try to give an example, this might be a bit long-winded but here goes: Ok so one common place I will go is to clubs because even my friends tell me it seems like one of my natural environment. I just talk to a lot of people, have a good sense of humor, and like to dance. Here is the most common situation: A: Meet girl at party or club. I get pretty much the pick of the place since my game is so good in any sort of nightclub, bar, or party environment. From here it doesn't matter w…

I realize that you have to give value to receive it. This is why I drink coffee, or consume alcohol in order to stay out of my head in social situations. I fall about middle of the road on introvert versus extrovert. But I value extroversion so much more that I act like one. Unfortunately I have days where I simply cannot stay up all the time. I refuse to go for anything less than what I desire. If that means completely draining myself trying to be social on days where I would rather be inside w…

Ok that resonated with me. I guess the only way my story is different is that I have actually got them in to bed but only for say, 3rd base. It makes sense they are just looking for proof of their own attractiveness then. I sort of want to deal with the problem directly since I don't have good chemistry with other types. I don't mind a challenge, but I at least want to know what is going on so I don't lose my mind in the process.

That makes sense. And yes I know exactly the kind of girl I like. If I just wanted the easy way out of this situation I would lower my standards. Do you know a way to get better at guiding? I am a natural leader but dating is so new to me and such an everyday thing to these women.

Thanks, read your gym article it was very practical. My gym is very impersonal though and you never see the same person twice. I will definitely sign up for classes and maybe get to know some of the staff. However meeting regulars is not something that I see happening. 15 online tinder, etc, the other 5 at the gym. I text them a bit then say we should go out for coffee. They will agree but when I ask them they are always busy. Basically witty, using big words, self deprecation humor, say random things out of the blue to keep things exciting. Unless the girl is crushing on me and we are together in real life i get nowhere. I considered it might be the case but that means I'm missing the window of opportunity. The one time I opened with a smooth comment, got a response and then asked if they wanted to hang out. I got ignored. Another one on tinder I got talking dirty but the second I asked for number I got ignored. It seems more likely I'm being toyed with. The others that I went the friendly route on were all "busy" when I asked them out. So clearly I'm messing up the windows of opportunity but the problem is that…
