1	Drop the act guys. Two things. Beauty is highly subjective and not as important to a woman as you might think. Plenty of ugly dudes with lots of attraction. Demonstrating (genuine) value and self esteem gets you further then looks. I would even say that plenty of dudes spent so much time on their looks that it screams awkward insecurity. Looking healthy and happy is more important and achievable. Sleep, eat veggies and do some light form of exercise. Nothing crazy. Shave, Get a haircut. 1	Drop the act guys. Would also recommend therapy if your insecurities or intrusive thoughts are that severe. Another thing that helped me in the field was focussing on my game instead of myself. Self focus can be spiraling. One thought leads to another. Better to out of your head and present in your environment. Game doesn’t even have to include your target. 3	Drop the act guys. You are right. Not the best example. My point is that denying ones urge to place a woman on a pedestal can make that person even more awkward. Like a neg or strong IOD would only work if you are actually on an even or superior level then your target. So if a person is still stuck in this type of low value behavior, he might be better off using it to its strengths. But this example is a bit weird. Agreed.
