For me, in my work place every time we address a resident we are supposed to call them by name. So instead of saying "good morning!", we'd say "good morning Ian!". In the outside world I do refer to a lot of people by name, but as a female I am here to affirm that if you were a chick and I like you I would call you Ian a lot.

I think your response to her asking why you dress the way you do was perfect. This came from my sister, but she's always giving me a hard time in public. The other day she laughed at me and said "why are you wearing a leather jacket?". I said "because it looks good on me". I said that because it is true. Just like you said that. If a girl called me bro, dude, etc. I generally lose interest. I can handle a "dude" here and there but that's about it. You say she's bitchy, confident, and holds herse…

Live at home? As in live with parents? If so, do your parents and yourself a favor and get out! As far as a job. If there's opportunity to move up in your job take advantage of that. If not, relentlessly search for a better job. Fortunately, my area has a lot to offer. I did live in a state with a really shitty economy. If that's the case for you, I feel your pain. Ultimately find a job you enjoy, regardless of what others think about it. If you're interested in furthering your education then do…

Yeh, just read something in one of the top posts about how everything women do is for acceptance and attention. I don't know what kind of women these guys date, but they need to get out more.

Seddit is more casual. Helping you find the confidence to meet and seduce the ladies. TRP is where men go to put themselves on a pedestal and talk about women like they're objects. I don't care what anyone says. TRP makes me cringe.

You're not missing out on something if she's not going to put forth the effort. I have done this with two chicks in the past week. One of them didn't even wait 24 hours before asking me to hang out. I ran into the other one and at first she was telling me how upset she was that I haven't been hanging out with her. Then she proceeded to tell me how much she missed me. So you could say that backing off could be a success.

I'm not saying having sex is a bad thing. Regardless of how high or low your sex drive is meeting a man at a hotel with intentions to have sex makes you come off as a hooker. Now if that doesn't bother you. That's fine. Who cares what other people think? But it does appear desperate and as though you are devaluing yourself. I'm not against hookups like this. More power to ya. But you asked how to appear less desperate. You could start by not meeting men at hotels for sex and make them take you o…

Meeting up with him at a hotel to have sex with him really isn't a good start if you're looking for something serious in the future. If you're looking just for fun then you're doing the right thing. Make him take you out. That will make you appear less desperate.

The thing is a lot of women are in are at the least curious about other women. A lot more than you'd think. So I guess when I look at a woman it's never a good idea to assume she's straight or I'd be single forever. Let's say I do approach her and she is straight. That's okay. Kind of like when guys come on to me. I am flattered and happy they did, but politely tell them that I am a lesbian.

It does sound like an ENTP, but believe it or not I'm an ISTP. I work alone and basically do everything alone, because I like being alone. So that's why me reaching out for this phone number was a big deal to me.

I like how you put that! Yup, definitely agree with you. I often put myself in the friendzone but I'm ready to start getting out of my comfort zone and make some moves.

Thank you! I am by no means an expert. My personal opinion about emotions is owning them. For example if you're discussing a subject with someone that you don't feel comfortable talking about you can always say "hey, you know what? This isn't a conversation for today." I'm personally not a gushy person, but like all humans I do have feelings. There are some things I don't like talking about. And that's okay. I don't have to be ashamed. I can own up to it and say I don't want to ruin a good time …

Hey thank you! I've been getting mixed responses from everyone here so it's nice to read the supportive ones like so.

Did I ever once say I was superior? What I said is that I was given the impression by the posts in this sub that many of you guys are in it for the sex. Once mentioned that many of you are not I have repeatedly told you guys I think that is great. From a woman's perspective e when you read a lot of these posts it comes off like you guys are just in it for the sex. If you guys don't want to come off like that then don't talk like that. Just go back and read a lot of these posts from an unbiased p…

Hey, thanks for asking. For me getting into their heads is finding out their story. Finding out the way they think and why they think that way. I'm not just like that with girls. I'm like that with almost everyone I meet.

Attitude ^ No, what I'm basically saying is that a lot of the guys on this sub portray themselves that they're in the "game" for the sex. Although, several of you have pointed out that that is not always the case. Which I think is great. It's just the impression I've gotten from a lot of the posts I've read.

If it makes you feel any better, women don't even understand each other!

Thanks for the encouragement and being so welcoming! I have in fact never heard of a time bridge or two sets and three sets. Feel free to educate me more. I didn't plan on any of that, the only thing I planned on was leaving with a cute girls number that night. We weren't able to set up an actual set time yet because I have a very busy schedule. I'm in no hurry though. I'll probably call her next week and see what she's up to.

It's nice to know guys still do want to get in their heads. This sub gives off the impression that it's all about hook ups. Before I would still approach women but more in a friend kind of way. I was always scared that they would be straight and creeped out by me. I was basically immediately putting myself in the friend zone to save any future embarrassment. Which is all irrational. I'll never know if they're straight if I don't try. When guys try to pick me up, I'm flattered. I tell them that I…
