I definitely agree with the post as a good checklist. I just want to add some cautionary remarks: Be Loud but not obnoxious. Talk but also listen to what other people want to say. Talk with Everybody. 95% agree. It's hard to go wrong talking to everyone. Joke Around but not to the extent that your words lose weight. Take Risks with good gain:loss ratio.
