This isn't satire. I had a woman tell me once "I just want a man to take care of me!" She said it in a matter of fact kind of way too. As if it was just a man's duty and privilege to do this.

But you haven't given any evidence that mental and physical health are unrelated and what I said is gibberish. Don't project your experiences with bs health and fitness gurus on to me. Or these life coaches that tell you "Just be happy! Look at bunnies and puppies. That will make you happy!". It's bs. Based on your comments about studies you obviously don't understand science. Maybe the neural connections in your brain cannot be changed by anything. You'll be a sadbasturd the rest of your life. …

We're around the same age so don't condescend. You've brought nothing to this discussion other than saying my points are nonsense. So, I ask again, what have I said that is gibberish? Back up your claims with evidence. If you think physical health has no direct affect on mental health then tell me what does affect mental health? I can assure you that whatever you tell me can be traced to a physical cause.

Well, if you have a better system than evidence based reasoning based on science I'd love to hear it. The are numerous studies that show a direct link between physical and mental health. Physical is mental. Mental is physical. I think your problem is you want to be a complainer. You have defined yourself by your illness. I never said you were lazy. I never said "exercise" is the answer. I said "some mental problems can be cured". I'll repeat "SOME mental problems". Is that clear? But I can tell …

Also I forgot to mention the enteric nervous system. Nerves in our gut can have a direct impact on our brain, which in turn, affects our mental state. I'd be very interested in learning that our physical health has no impact on mental health at all. Do you have any studies that seem to indicate this?

How is it nonsense? What do you mean? One's mental state is a direct result of the brain. Chemical imbalances can result from poor physical health. The brain is completely physical. They are intimately linked. This doesn't mean every mental problem can be cured with lifting weights or doing some cardio. Someone could have genetic problems, brain injury or diseases that may not be helped by improving one's muscle mass or cardiovascular system. That's why I didn't say "all mental problems can be c…

They want women to orgasm but the man must not think he was responsible for it in any way.

That's your problem. You're equating success in life with a beautiful wife, children and homes. These things are not the key to a successful happy life (I've been there done that). Why are you unhealthy? If it's nothing you can control (disease/cancer/genetic) then I'm sorry. That isn't your fault. You'd still have these issues if you were married, had kids and a house. That's your burden to carry. If you're unhealthy because your diet is poor and you don't exercise then that's your fault. You'r…

I will talk about it but I don't shove it down people's throats. If the situation presents itself I will speak calmly and unemotionally. If they try to antagonize me I'll just end the conversation peacefully. I'll say something like "Well, we just have different priorities." Or "I understand your reasoning but you haven't convinced me to change my views." By being calm and confident in what you do and say people will know not to try their bs shaming tactics on you.

Nobody hurt me. Perhaps at the time I thought I was hurt but it was more of an awakening. Now I feel no hurt. Women can't make me feel hurt or joy. I just accept the reality of what we are.

Whenever people tell me that I should get married and have kids I say I enjoy my freedom too much. I prefer to live a stress free life and can focus on my own interests. I can do whatever whenever and I'm saving lots of money. I don't want to use my resources or the limited time I have on this planet changing diapers or shopping for candles. The narcissistic desire to pass on one's genes is not a requirement for a fulfilling life.

You need to consider herd immunity. It's like not paying for insurance but still being covered. It could work if some don't pay but if enough stop paying it won't work.

Depends on the situation though. Sometimes it's better to pretend you don't have anything so they leave you alone and you don't have to exchange phone numbers or email. The older I get the less I care about letting them know I have done ok for myself. But that's just me. Play it how you want.

Well, I said it in a joking condescending way. I don't live in a normal city. Anyone living where I live has to have a good job. She knew it. All the girls here know it. So many gold diggers out here. Basically, what I said it's the same as telling her to fuck off, I'm not here to impress women.

Once had a chick ask me, even before asking for my name, "What kind of car do you drive and what do you do for work?" I said, "I don't have a car and I am unemployed."

The fact that these women can take the day off and society runs normally proves how little they actually contribute. Good job showing how useless you are ladies!

Yes. Women get emotional about stuff. The lady I worked with would freak out about minor problems. Then we would have meetings and have to write a script or something to check for this unlikely event. We had status emails that checked for an error that occurred one time like 10 years ago. Such a waste of time. She was good at following procedures but if something unusual came up she would have no clue what to do. Usually she ended up asking me to look into it or contact the vendor.

Been in IT for almost 20 years. Most of the women are completely clueless about IT. I've never met a "true" female tech person. Every female in IT I've met hates it. They hated the courses and they hated the job. They don't want to do it. Constantly asking questions about trivial things they should know about. Some of the code/scripts by women use some of the most convoluted, backwards logic I've ever seen. In IT diversity like this isn't a strength. It makes everything less efficient.

Ok. You can be the man. I think I'll just enjoy my life by using all my money and resources to go wherever I want, whenever I want and doing whatever I want.

Should have ignored her. My guess is you want to get back together with her. The fact that you didn't return the game but said you would shows you're still emotionally attached to her. You wanted to cause her pain so you'll feel better about yourself. Just let it go. MGTOW is about not depending on women for happiness or validation. So, not only should you never respond to her again but it should be easy to ignore her. If it's not easy then you're still emotionally attached to her. Develop apath…

Yes. I agree. I think a lot of these people are gender opportunists too. It's the new trendy thing to do. "Look at how unique and progressive I am".

I doubt mgtow has grown enough to make an impact in those studies. Most single men are single not by choice. Imagine feeling alone, worthless, desperate and rejected for years. I can see this being a huge impact on health.

It does change how you view your friends. I notice that everything my friends do is to attract females. I'll sometimes casually ask them why they do certain things (gym, clothes, car, haircut, house). It all centers around attracting females. I can't even go out to a restaurant without them hitting on the waitresses or eyeing women in the restaurant or even on the way to there. Every conversation revolves around women; that they are dating someone, trying to find someone to date or the fights th…

I thought the sign was for men. That's how I initially read it. Figured they catered more to men than women.

But that kind of motivation still relies on women. You don't need to accept or reject women to be happy. If you do then you're missing the point. You may be seeking revenge on women for all the times they rejected you. Just let it go.

I've had many relationships (married twice as well). Women still come after me. But I've been single for 10 years now. It's been great! Money, free time, less stress, freedom.

I don't know man. An attractive bitch is very unappealing to me. I'd rather go with an average looking woman if given the choice. But I don't have the desire to go with either. Lol.

I'm not uncomfortable. Women are predictably boring. If I have to interact with women then it's for as short a time as possible. Women live to waste a man's time. I have no anger towards women. Just like I have no anger towards lions or bears. It's just in their nature to try to consume you.
