She's not attracted to those men in the first place.

Projection/faulty reasoning probably. They see that women are not interested in having sex with them so they figure women must not be interested in sex in general.

This is purely genetic luck, a man cannot change his jaw shape. lol Pay him no mind. Last time he was a short 5'8" man now he's 5'10" before that I think he was 6'0" when he was OJ. And even before that I think he was 5'4"...something's seriously weird with his fluctuating height! :D His looks keep fluctuating, too. From self describe unfuckable incel with no jawline to being a good looking guy with a broad, developed jawline. Maybe for him it's an incel coping mechanism and a way to deal with h…

Honestly their biggest issue is not so much their looks as plenty of ugly people date each others. It has more to do with their autism combined with often unrealistic standards (perhaps itself a symptom of autism in this regard), coupled with their job (if they have one) environment -not a ton of female programmers.

I don't look down but the only time I may make eye contact is if the guy is cute (even then not always). Otherwise I avoid making eye contact with pretty much every man I pass by as it tend to be interpreted as a sign of interest. If an (unattractive) guy is trying to make eye contact, I sometimes put my hand on the side of my face as to block him from seeing me, as I noticed that's usually (correctly) interpreted as a sign of disinterest.

Pretty much. Seems guys who are into programming are some of the biggest, most repulsive ugly unfucklable spergs around for some reason.

Seems a lot of incels are programmers I noticed. Something about that seems to attract ugly losers asperger guys for whatever reason... As for 3. Heck, some of these old creeps think women become unfuckable the day they turn 25 (though if they do to these guys that's not so bad)

Exactly. She likely doesn't need peer pressure, she already feel this way like her peers.

Best summary, really. There's no need for some hyper rational reason other than "it's gross and make our skin crawl and I would not want to be intimate with some some gross old guy". Anyone seen The Shinning with Jack Nicholson? There's a scene where he stumbled upon the ghost(apparition or whatever) of a beautiful (young) woman who invites him into the room. They start to kiss and all and then he looks into the mirror and sees that she's changed into a super old woman and he gets positively spo…

But that number goes up to 62% when we’re solo. Hmmm. Most women know their own bodies better and can think or fantasize about people they actually have the hots for when they're solo so the higher percentage is not particularly surprising.

It probably will be considered old if the girl is 18. It's definitely not if the girl is 25. Basically, there's not a set age where you're considered too old by women. It's only when the gap gets above a certain number it's seen as too old and starts to be seen as gross. As a general rule if you're within the same age decade as the girl or not too far apart (within say 4-5 years or a bit more even) it's fine.

I don't actively pursue guys so I really don't get actively/directly rejected tbh. I get approached/asked out on a semi regular basis by a pretty wide range of type of men -young and cute, old and/or creepy, attractive, ugly etc and I'm basically only attracted to young, good looking guys in my age group so most of these will be rejections (thankfully not all -sometimes it's a cute young guy who's interested). I use to reject/let down guys in the nicest manner possible when I was younger, making…

Because women don’t want kids by 50 year old men Because 50 year old men don’t want relationships with 18 year old recent high school graduates First part is true, second part maybe less so given how many gross old guys seem to contact young women online.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/18 07:37 AM
2

Seems a lot of people have interpreted the data to mean 18yo girls should be most attracted to 50 year old men but that's not what the data shown. So to answer as to why we don't see this pairing is simple: those girls are grossed out by 50yo men.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/18 07:33 AM

This is how I view it too, though it seem to be hard for some to understand that older women could empathize with younger women since they were once young. It's mostly about how they felt when they were young women in their 20s and how understandably grossed out it made them feel when old guys that age were hitting on them.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/18 07:08 AM

Good analysis. Reminds me of people (guys do this more often though sometimes women do too) who always develop crushes on considerably more attractive / younger / extroverted etc opposite sex people. It's a subconscious way for them to remains single eternally since they have no chances with that person. It's a way for them to stay in their comfort zone by insuring the crush will never reciprocate the interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/18 07:14 PM

Both. Women want the best mate available to them that they can actually get because they cannot be as satisfied as men with a just 'ok' relationship but they still understand their own SMV/RMV better. Men usually have more unrealistic views of their SMV and RMV.

You’re not really addressing OP’s point re: the cultural shift of perception vis a vis large age gap relationships. I’m convinced this phenomenon has affected how young women fundamentally experience attraction. Since it has become increasingly culturally shameful to be with a 10+ year older man (‘what’s the matter girl, you need a sugar daddy to complete you? You can’t make a life of your own? You can’t find a real man your age?’) this has altered the attraction mechanism for many women It's mo…

We don't need your hyperfeminist rhetoric since its illogical on its own. It has nothing to do with feminism and everything to do with evolution. Everyone wants to mate with the best, most desirable mate available. Women even more so since they have a much greater reproductive investment every time. Incels's beef are with nature not feminism. They are entitled to not having you or society tell them what they should want for their life though. No. They are not. People are free to tell them to adj…

Its something that isn't discussed much. A common thing told to ugly people is to just "date ugly people." Here is the thing though. Looks aren't relative. They are quite absolute. A 3/10 man to a 3/10 woman would invoke the same amount of disgust as he would to an 8/10 model. Pretty much everyone wants the most physically attractive (in non-relative terms) person they can get. The universally unattractive person is still not owed a physically attractive partner just because they're not attracte…

Hair loss is one of the things that makes men sexually repulsive as they age but I don't believe it's the worse thing: Grey hair, moobs, saggy skin, bad skin/sweat odor (can only be masked with things that almost smell as bad), saggy balls, loss of muscles etc are all things that makes men sexually undesirable.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/18 06:37 AM

Given that it's almost committed by men, I'd say yes (though that doesn't it a good thing, obviously). An example of toxic masculinity basically.

Honestly I wouldn't say women age better than men. Women don't look better as they age and a 40 something woman will certainly don't look nearly as good as her 20 year old self. We're just saying men who thinks they look better as they age or that young women are attracted to some 30, 40 or 50-something are deluding themselves. Though I understand that it's hard for a lot of men to face the facts, especially those that don't have a family who would like one: if they're not on their way to having…

It's actually pretty easy if you're not an old smelly and/or ugly and/or ASD guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/18 01:48 AM

That's interesting I also noticed this phenomena, I guess a lot of older guys are too insecure to notice it in themselves though. That behavior of old men could also be related to how male behave (submissive-dominant dynamics) when confronted with a more sexually attractive competitor (as young males usually are).

Granted i'm young at 19, but it doesn't make being rejected by every girl I've felt for feel any better Investing yourself emotionally before any relationships has taken place is not healthy nor something normal people do. It tends to come off as creepy tbh so possibly try to work on that first.

This a million time. Right in the feel. Still to this day, we're asked to do what we were expected to do for thousands of years; Care for males, sympathize with males, empathize with males, sacrifice our well beings for males...all this despite historical women subjugation. There comes a time when empathizing with monsters is not sane nor productive.

I just think it's funny when I see the general consensus on this and other subs is referring to people in their 30s as "eww, gross old people and stuff!" It's like being back in highschool :P Heh it's always relative. To a bunch of 15 year girl teenagers I'm sure 23yo me would be old.

A teenager and most girls in their early 20s. Look, I realize this is a VERY touchy subject for men but most 30 and 40+ men are not banging early 20s girls...Because most girls that age are not attracted to dudes that age...Whether they go "no thanks prefer same age guy" or "eww" That's the reality. Because there hasn't. Women married the men they married because they had no choice in the matter, it was either marrying the unattractive, usually older dude, or starving, or becoming a prostitute, and life as a prostitute centuries past was not the glamour and high-living that some escorts live these days. That's pretty much what marriage was for most of its history, yeah. Women forced to be with men they found repulsive. Pretty telling that some think we should go back to those daysor work to…

But OP is an ex loser, he's got hair implant and stuff. Good job on improving yourself tho, no snark intended. Also this. OP might not be become attractive to young girls but he should self improve, if only for himself.

It is old to a girl who's 21-23 though. I mean, you're a couple months (at most) of being 30. Myself and girls my age I know usually date with 1 or 2 years apart, max. 3 years apart can happen but it's rarer, anything older than that feels weird. Older than 30 is just...'ewww gross' to most young girls tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/18 03:21 AM
1

If a guy was a loser in his 20s there's a pretty good chance they'd be a loser (and a bigger loser even) in their late 20s/30s. I also wouldn't be attracted to an admittedly bitter and old, near 30-something guy with hair transplant (which tend to look obvious and kind of ridiculous). Also the age would be a huge turn off to most young girl in their early 20s. Whatever made them losers earlier on is probably still there, made worse with being old. sorry

/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/18 08:17 PM

Yep. I think it's pretty telling that women are called Nazi for rejecting low reproductive quality males lol. Evolutionary speaking, we want to pass down our genes. Failure to do that is often seen as something worse than death for males it seems. In fact, male animals often behave in a way that makes it clear that they give more of a shit for their genetic survival than their physical survival/life. As males, their goal is to try to maximize almost every mating opportunities. As females, our jo…

I think there's plenty of reasons to date, have sex or get married. Just because you can't get something doesn't remove worth from that thing. I think believing it does is mostly a coping mechanism that loser-guys engage in.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/18 06:11 AM

For me, it's entirely dependent on 1) being in the same physical space as him and 2) the guy being hot as hell and super good looking and of him being very, very fuckable. Porn does nothing for me, photos of attractive men do little.

Em...you understand that the very goal of mocking and shaming someone is to inflict the maximum amount of mental damage as possible, right? Just like when you're hitting someone the goal is to compromise the structural integrity of the organism as much as possible (that's why you're generally aiming for the head for example instead of say, the elbow). At a fundamental level you're trying to make a moving thing into a non moving thing, essentially. Even a 5 year old instinctively understand that …

Totally agree. Also, if being deprived of sex, touch, intimacy etc. is a real issue...then why don't incel guys volunteer to give other incels all these things? And if that thought is too gross for them...then why should women be the one that give those guys these things and be the ones made to endure those gross experiences?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/18 12:46 AM

This. It's even reflected in nature with other species https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signalling_theory with regards to honest signalling. We're literally hardwired to recognize to some extend fake from honest signals because a fake signal/trait/acquired trait will not be passed down instead the male will possibly pass his deleterious non fake traits.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/18 10:24 PM

Not really. All the early-mid twenties girls I know wouldn't want to be with a 35, 45, much less 55+ old dude. The idea would be pretty gross to girls in that age range tbh.

Caring about any other things that one has little control over (intelligence, temperament etc) is not any more or less "shallow" than caring about physical attractiveness. It's just something that physically unattractive people sometimes will say to make themselves feel better.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/18 07:11 PM

Short isn't an issue unless you're a borderline male dwarf (less than 5'2). I don't know where a 5'2" or 5'3" guy is not extremely short and below average aside from poorer countries. Even in short places like India (5'5" average for males) that'd be bellow average. Maybe in Indonesia that'd be average. But in any country in the developed world you'd be smaller than even most women and likely shorter than 98% or 99% of males. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_average_human_height_worldwide

I DO agree that the attraction differential, meaning the gap of attraction between men and women is a bit high; this is mainly due to Feminism The attraction differential is biological. Females simply cannot potentially have nearly as many children as males can. So they have evolved to be more choosy. A man having sex with multiple women within say a week could result in many children for him. A woman having sex with many men in the same period of time is never going to result in more children f…

Yeah, if a guy is short or ugly, him getting buff (which I'm not a super huge fan of anyway even on a good looking guy but that's personally me) is not going to turn him into the guy playing Superman (which I read used to be fat). It could very well end up looking more ridiculous than anything on guys like that tbh. I think many guys like that expect those kind of results and forget if you don't have the underlying foundations, it's not gonna make much of a positive difference on an average or b…

TRP is bullshit because if it weren’t you wouldn’t all be so afraid of telling women the truth about your intentions. TRP is mostly bs because emulating high desirability men (especially sexually) doesn't suddenly make you sexually desirable.

1) As long the guy is not super feminine (not personally into that) and not being whiny (whiny and vulnerable being two different things I mean) I'm fine with it. 2) Likewise 3) Not fine. I wouldn't want a rl with a guy like that anyway. 4)Fine with it. Woman/female

Yes. A similar behavior won't be seen the same way if I see a good looking guy who's making eye contact for some time and coming up to talk to me than an ugly dude approaching me. First case I might blush a little, second scenario I might think "Oh please no..." While I'm entering bitch-face mode. I thought most people figured it was the case as it shouldn't surprise anyone.

When a good looking guy is confident enough to flirt because he knows that he has what you want (and he knows that you knows etc.) that can be pretty alluring in the right kind of guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/18 03:39 AM

Not much to add other than pretty much. The way I would tl;dr it is to say: It can be more fair to say most men have the capacity to be aroused by an average, not-too-old woman, whereas women may not have the same capacity to be attracted/aroused/turned on by an average (or below) man. In that sense there's definitely an attraction differential. To say that women are never sexually attracted to any men though is just wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/18 02:47 AM

Ha! Maybe that's the problem that some have? I don't know a lot of girls who are into man-titties tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/18 02:42 AM

Bingo. It's projection. They never had anyone sexually attracted to them (certainly no women -best case scenario other men) so they figure it works that way for every other guys.

1- Studies prove women are not sexually attracted to men, only romantically. lol Citation needed The studies you're referring to do not suggest what you're saying at all. It may be true that women are attracted by a much lesser percentage of men but that doesn't translate to "women are not sexually attracted to men"

For most I think it's likely less the pressure to settle down and more that they realized (those who have a bit of self awareness at least - which is not all men) that they can no longer attract the same girls that could in their youth.

I noticed a lot of average to below average guys hate the term creepy because it's often (though not always) used to describe low value/desirability males. At least it's probably the experience those guys have with the term. edit: and youngest 'legal' age? So it'd be even younger that if it was legal for a dude that age to date a 16, 15 year old even perhaps? Gross. It might very well be very common for men to seek the youngest (legal) age. But there's still something gross about it...

I'm curious as well. I noticed lots of men seem to think "indifference to their existence (or lack thereof)" is synonymous with hatred apparently. It's a good predictor though. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_attractiveness Studies have also suggested that women at peak fertility were more likely to fantasize about men with greater facial symmetry, and other studies have found that male symmetry was the only factor that could significantly predict the likelihood of a woman experiencing orgasm during sex. Straight women want/desire men that looks like, well, men... A woman who's into feminine individuals, is usually called a lesbian :/ Woman being into feminine things doesn't mean they'll be into effeminate or non masculine men. Most likely those guys would be popular with other men (who are more dominant in terms of being bottom or top, receiver/receivee or whatever you call it)

I've said it before but I firmly believe the vast majority of men on here who claim to be "average" are way below if they truly find something as simple as getting laid now and then to be so difficult. Yep. The internet tend to create a lot of echo chambers so "loser" guys (well I dunno if I should use quotes) find like minded individuals or other guys that share their below averageness (whether it'd be in terms of looks, height, status or whatever) and then they conclude that having sex is like…

Well, no one owns anyone any sexual or romantic interest. If someone is sexually/romantically undesirable and they keep going for people who can find desirable (and better matched) partners than them then that's on them. These guys can't bring themselves to be with someone of equal desirability. They hold out for desirable partners and get frustrated when that doesn't happen. Why would they expect others to feel differently in regards to them? The best way to help these guys is to deconstruct co…

No. Because in your scenario, all the males would be asexuals, not just the sexually undesirable ones. And most women are still straight. A better question would be whether they'd push the button if it was for most men/undesirable men. In that scenario, that'd definitely be worth thinking or considering but the way you put the question: no.

Maybe you're simply projecting? Plenty of males have value and are seen as valuable in society. I think we simply don't value unattractive, ugly, uninteresting losers, though why would you actually expect people to value what is, by definition, an intrinsically low value guy is anyone's guess...People really need to get out of their arse. It seems like a consequences of male solipsism, honestly, to expect that no matter how low value you are, you should automatically be viewed positively hence i…

Short/er guy (am around 5'8"). The driving thing is very U.S centric imo as many place in the world don't have the "gotta have a car to go anywhere" mentality (then again, U.S is pretty big geographically -especially compared to other countries that might be big on a map but have small habitable regions) so it wouldn't be a big deal. Am just not attracted to short (5'8" and lower) men.

lol it's nuts how many men here believe that. It's like dude; nobody care if you still can get hard when no young female would want to fuck you anyway. If anything that's even more gross because it makes these old fucks that much likely to pursuit/harass young girls because in their minds they still think they "got it", instead of pursuing age-appropriate women.

Being attracted to someone is what makes a sexual experience pleasurable. It's what differentiate between that and sexual revulsion. So yes, attractive people are better in bed, even if what causes them to be so much better to be with is not so much what they do but what they are. Pleasure exists within the brain of the one experiencing it, so it's technically always an internal experience. Ugly men are great in bed because they have to be. Sorry, that doesn't really logically follow. That's lik…

There's no place where it is always ok and no place where it is never okay. It's generally okay when the interest is reciprocal and it's a good idea not to approach when the interest isn't reciprocal. Basically, don't make others uncomfortable. Again, not that complicated. If you don't know, then learn how.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/18 03:07 PM

So essentially, don't stare at someone you don't know for extended periods of time. Don't ask out people you don't know (and who have shown zero interest in you) at their desk or job. Don't make others uncomfortable in a nutshell. You know, try to behave in a way that any normal, properly socialized and socially functional non-autistic adult would. Most people (men included) manage to not make others feel so uncomfortable that they contact HR over it. It's not that hard people.

While I don't necessarily believe enthusiastic consent should be legally mandatory like on U.S campuses, wtf would you even want to fuck a girl that's not into it (and not attracted to you)? Old (30-40+) men are perfectly allowed to prefer young women. But women are free to find it gross and creepy. If one is natural (men preference for young women) so is the other (young women repulsion towards old men). Works both way.

I do suspect if there were an environment where women greatly outnumbered men, women would start to be more aggressive with men Unless the remaining male population got noticeably hotter and more desirable on average, having an environment where women greatly outnumber men is not going to have an effect on the likelihood of them asking men out. Women usually just aren't desperate for average men. Sex ratio doesn't really change any of that.

No. Absolutely not wrong. It is only wrong to approach someone (regardless of anyone's height) when you have reasonable reasons to think that approach is 1) Unwelcomed (for ex: if you're a 40+ approaching a 20 something girl AND she's not giving any signs of interest it's likely to be an unwelcomed approach) 2) Unwanted 3) will make her feel uncomfortable and creeped out. You think the point is to tell you what you want to hear? That girls that age are actually into some 40+ plus man? No. You have no point then. None. Omg. So much this. Especially the body odor part. It doesn't seem (or smell) like bad hygiene either. It's hard to describe. You know, a big part of selecting for an attractive partner is for their look to be passed on ( though of course this doesn't always operate on a conscious level). This is much more true for women selecting males as usually men adopt a more broad mate-with-as-many-women-as-possible, while female adopt a more precise mate-with-the-best-male-specimen-available approach.

That was very interesting, OP.. Because most women find random approaches creepy. Particularly if they're not attracted to him. Sometimes if the guy is really good looking/if you're really attracted that can mitigate some of the awkwardness of the situation but as a general rule it's not something women enjoy. As some have mentioned, attraction can grow if it's already present to some degree. Not if there are none in the first place.

Anything from the cute, young, artsy kind of guys with long hair to the super-creepy (often older though not always) unattractive guys, really. The later category in higher numbers than the former one, unfortunately.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/18 08:31 AM

I think you misunderstood what that meant. Attraction can indeed develop or grow if we already find the guy a least somewhat physically attractive; it's not gonna grow with time if that initial attraction wasn't already present to some degree.

Near 20, no big deal. Past 25, probably there's some underlying problem. Despite all the "BBW" push I don't believe fat women are seen very positively, so it's not like women are very popular right now. Simply that 1) in western countries women are not (at least not as much as before) forced to marry and mate with undesirable males due to patriarchal pressures as they were before and 2) it's still a minority who are sexual losers/unfuckable as you said so all the TRPers alarmist stuff of only a tiny fraction of men being selected is unfounded.

Seems a lot of guys (at least the ones who are not successful or attractive) can't differentiate between active hostility/hatred and simple lack of caring for unattractive men. It's probably a defense mechanism. I think the problem stem from the fact that we make assumptions based on our own experiences. Heck, no need to be 60 for the sake of the example: any guy over 30 would have been considered a gross looking dude if we're talking about young women.

"Men cannot possibly know which woman are out of their league". /s Or something like that. Apparently really basic social skills like self evaluation, basic comparison, competition appraisal etc are too hard for a lot of men.

For me it depends on who it is viewing you that way. Someone you're attracted to checking out out feels great. The fat gross old guy staring you down at the bus stop feels violating. Unfortunately there seems to be way more seedy gross guys acting on it. This. "But guys can't possibly know which guy women wants!" Yeah, apparently it requires too much computational power for men to know that women probably don't want to be looked at by gross, old fucks...I mean, how could men ever know that???

That would probably have something to do with the fact that having sex with a hot and sexually desirable partner is pleasurable to women, OP? Most women report not enjoying ONS. That's more often related to not being attracted to the guy.

No. Source: Female. I'm a straight male Normally, Trump is not the typical straight man's idea of "extremely sexy", not the ones I knew anyway...Women are the sole sex who get to determine a male's' sexual value anyway, so a man's idea of whether another man is sexy or not is irrelevant.

Definitely, especially if that workplace has an HR department.

Men are the one who throw fits when they don't get the respect or partners they think they are owned. Not women. Like some incel in Toronto just killed 10 people and injured many more with a car because he didn't gathered respect or attraction from women.

Seriously. They keep projecting and blaming women instead of acknowledging that any mentally sound individual should have figured that by themselves.

> You got guys killing themselves and/or harming other people like what happened in Toronto yesterday because they lack attention from you. Do you not realize how powerful that is? More like guys who blame women for their own inadequacy and decide that others must pay for the crime of not giving losers the same benefits as other, more successful males.

Many more women will default or prefer same-sex partners when no desirable males are available (while still being able to form opposite sex relationships if the proper sexually desirable male access is available). There are fewer women that are exclusively straight than there are men.

I guess when you're just dying to get Chad's attention it can be a little hard to not be gay for Chad as some mentioned.

More likely, a good portion of men are simply sexually non entities from their point of view. Again, we should not project male sexual unto females. We're not built like men (who are able to find a large portion of women of reproductive age attractive). Most women are simply not capable of this. In the absence of physically sexually desirable mates, many will prefer asexuality (or lesbianism depending). It's also not quite as easy to detach sex from emotions for women.

I don't care for the super in-shape look but if we're talking good looking with a good basic frame (broad jaw/shoulders, decent height etc) and have a decent income so I'd choose good looking/hot guy. 23

What is this weird obsession with "Chad"? Seems kinda homoerotic...Anyway, just stay within your sexual demographic and you should do relatively okay.

Sexual harassment mostly only applies in the workplace. That said if your merely talking to her makes her uncomfortable (which is still not the same as SH) then you should probably ask yourself why that is or alternatively, stop doing that. No one said you were guaranteed to be free from the social consequences (which again, is still legally distinct from SH).

Not lesbian myself but I doubt it. It's more complicated than just "lesbians and straight men attracted to same things = same sexuality". Female sexuality is radically different from males, including lesbians.

> I was having drinks with my friend and he was telling me about some cute girl he had talked too and how they finally had sex. So he sleeps with pretty girls to impress his friend? I think there may be some things your friend is not telling you... Anyway, no. There's no validation in sleeping with a guy for women (yeah, even extremely sexually desirable ones). It's just not difficult if you're young and relatively attractive. You're applying a male-focused thinking to women.

> I'm already married. I'm looking from the point of view of the young women who don't want to be hit on by men who are Can confirm. I find it gross when guys who are like well into their 30s try to approach me. Ask the 35 year old guy who creep on young women if they'd want to be with a 50year old woman (same age difference iow). Weirdly enough, I don't think they'd argue the same way...

If we're in some inverted world where everything is upside down and where zebras hunt lions and women find a vast percentage of men attractive (and women are the one approaching men) then I guess I would blame the evilz menz for having preferences and not wanting to fuck unattractive people?

Basically. I often see old guys in their thirties or older say stuff like they don't look older than 25 or they're often thought as being in their 20s or something like that, and it's like nah dude...aging affects so many things (skin, eyes, hair, voice, muscle, hormones, smell even etc) that's there's no such thing as not looking your age. For example some (rare) people get their white hair in their twenties, but they still look in their twenties overall. Conversely, some people get their white…

Because we naturally react that way towards attractive/unattractive MOTOS depending and can recognize when someone is good looking even though that doesn't mean we're ready to jump in bed with them and cheat on our partner?

If he's cute, a bit of high-school type nervousness lol. Otherwise I brace myself. Usually I'll just put my hand on the side of my face as to block any possible unwanted eye contact, mumble something like "idonkniwcanhlpunottinterstedsorry" and moving away from the guy and hope he's not a psycho who start shouting stuff. Usually it works. Definitely different internal emotion if the guy is attractive versus not. Though that's pretty much most people preferring people they are attracted to.

Yeah. I always read guys saying they miss out the cues/IOIs they receive or saying they're oblivious (how would you even know you miss them if you say you fail to notice them? most likely you're not receiving any and you're imagining you're missing them as a psychological defense mechanism) but the reality is they have the opposite issue: they see every bit of interaction with women as some indicator of interest...they see the cute cashier girl and they think she's interested when she just want …

Honest this. I don't know which is worse; the fact the these guys feel entitled to a hot girl, despite not being hot themselves (serious why would you expect a cute girl would want to be with unattractive you when you yourself can't imagine being with someone unattractive? major lack of capacity for empathy there, guys) but without consciously realizing it...or the guys that realize it on a conscious level...yet they still do it. It's like next level entitled at this point.

Same. Am 23 and that would be my limit as well. Men just don't stay attractive when they get old. Even when they were good looking when young. I wouldn't ever be attracted to someone who looks like Billy Zane now for example but he was a good looking guy when he was young. It just puzzle me why men think they wouldn't lose whatever look they had when they were young (supposing they were attractive in the first place that is which a lot of young men are not). It happens to everyone, women include…

Obviously, I do (else you're not meeting anyone if you're never seeing the other in person). I just screen for cute, attractive guys before I meet them in person.

I used Tinder last year at 26 and set my age range initially from 23-32. I had to lower it because almost no dude over 30 was attractive. Likewise. I put the limit around 25 (even though I'd be okay with something like 27) because guys will often nudge their chances thinking "if she's okay with 28" she'll be okay with 34" or something like that which is very annoying. There's an upper limit for a reason.

Moral virtue and attractiveness are not as correlated as we would like to think. Neither is the "good looking guy = jerk" trope true though. I think there is some truth to it in the sense that often ugly virgin incel guys tend to develop more bitterness/resentment/anger/misogyny type tendencies. I mean, good looking people tend to receive more positive reinforcement and as a result tend to develop better, more pleasant personalities. It's not exactly surprising or breaking news.

As long the guy is not a creep or a situation where the guy is some gross old man it's okay. Feeling insulted is a bit weird to me. Like why would you feel insulted? Anyway, I'm too physically grossed out to have the time to be insulted honestly, ha. Like, the former is a judgment of their character, while the later is just a physiological, instinctive reaction, like the way you'd probably react if you saw someone with rotten teeth with maggots crawling out. Reaction to unhealthy thing basically…

Hookups are obviously more look-focused so being close to her height(/weight etc) preference is better I suppose. Maybe try tinder if you haven't yet and see if you have success there?
