7	Why do women tend to stick good guys in the "friend zone"? Remove "nice" from your vocabulary and replace it with "inoffensive." You can still be kind, good, gentle, thoughtful, and all these other things that are attractive to women. 1	The Virgin Dilemma... There are lots of special girls out there, but you'll never find them unless you approach them. Best advice I ever heard as a young guy struggling with confidence issues: Talk to women. Old ones, young ones, supermarket cashiers, people on the street. It doesn't have to be someone you're attracted to or interested in; it's just conversation with another human being.
