Same. My wife is so angry with me for filing and proceeding. She takes not responsibility for her actions leading up to it. In her mind, I was supposed to just deal with it until she was ready to work on our relationship. I’m sitting here now, 4mo later, missing some of the aspects of being married, and I have to remind myself how horrible it was. Toward the end, I wasn’t sleeping and couldn’t focus on anything but trying to fix my marriage and save my family. Did a lot of damage to myself.

They had a child, built and inherited excellent wealth, then one day, after 5 years, out of no where, she split, filed false DV charges, and filed for divorce. Thank you for this response! We did an in house separation for about 8 months, but we were both done. I am staying with a friend (going through the worst divorce any of us have ever seen) in his nanny suite. The kids are here with me half the time. 2 kids, she make more than me, neither of us can keep the house and are making arrangements to sell and split it. Getting listed soon. Custody is already “settled” at 50/50 and we are on the money stuff. There will be some contention around other item…

Already in the process of selling the house and have 50/50 custody agreed to. Should I still be concerned? Live in Nevada if that helps.

Why do you say “don’t move out?” Seriously asking.
