I asked that not to be a dick but I genuinely wondered if force and size difference matter to the courts. Frankly I didn't see that she hit him all that hard but he punched her hard. An extreme version would be someone slaps me and I punch them out cold- would my reaction be equal in that event? Am I justified? Or if I'm at the bar and some one bumps me, hard, can I deck them? If I can say what happened is a "stand your ground response", am I safe? I honestly want to know....
