Best way to get paid equally is to have options. Apply for a new job and refuse to give your pay stubs to them. You might not get it, but if you apply for a few more eventually one will pay you around what your skills are worth on the market. Largely, you don't get to use a discrimination lawsuit like women can. The interesting thing is, if it is in their voice, it has to be something other than behavior and nurture. There is something genetically different about them. Food =/= sex. You cannot live without food. If you ranked all needs and wants, you would find that the sex drive is pretty much the highest thing on the list that doesn't directly lead to death if you don't fulfill it. Consider how many people will have sex even in cases where it is against the law. Even when they may face death if caught.
