The point is, your wall of txt is irrelevant to the "wage gap". As it is untrue. Sure it could very well be possible the everybody overall gets paid Less and less over time. But that has nothing to do with the fact that a woman doctor gets paid the same hourly rate as a man doctor. That a woman journeyman electrician gets paid the same as a man journey electrician. That a chartered woman accountant get paid the same as a man chartered accountant. The wage gap doesn't exist.

"Bro just hit your macros and tdee" is pretty damn copy and past worthy too. The vast majority of people don't know that tdee means Total Daily Energy Expenditure, nor do they have any idea how to calculate it. And while we're at it, they have no idea what ratios of macros are ideal for what goals, or what works for their bodies. So yeah, "hit your macros" is also pretty damn shitty advice. Tl;dr don't replace shitty advice, with equally shitty advice.

I really hate to be the annoying guy who just says "sidebar!" To every question. But dude, this is pretty damn basic. 48 laws of power are referenced in this sub on a fairly constant basis. The side bar is just a click away.

I got myself one of these glorious bad boys, the SBD lever belt.http://www.sbdapparel.com/product/sbd-belt/ As a highly competitive strongman, it's the pinnacle of all belts. Cost me about $320 Monopoly money (CAD)

Redpillers don't have a model we want society to change into because that's not what our philosophy is about. It's about adapting our sexual strategies to favour us the most, within the current societal model. We aren't going to change anything.

While you aren't entirely wrong per se, you definitely don't have the whole picture. Losing fat boils down to one thing, calorie deficit. What you are describing is a deficit, made by eating less. Lifting weights is another way to induce a caloric deficit. To say otherwise is terribly ignorant. Lifting is absolutely effective for weight/fat loss. You are certainly correct to suggest cutting the shit out of your diet. But it's not the full picture.

I like this a lot, it's a great am idea for any man lacking confidence. I'll add in a few tips of my own too. Keep your goals to yourself. Often times when you share a goal, you will get external validation for setting said goal. This validation takes away from the overall achievement in the end and can actually make you less likely to achieve the goal. Also, you may face negativity if/when you do not achieve your goal. For a man who already has confidence issues, this can set him back even furt…

I've read through you post, and through quite a few comments. I think what you need is mastery. For me, I find fulfillment in the sport of strongman. I train for hours on end, research technique, watch videos, and do everything I can take make myself better. This bring me great fulfillment in life. I also know that there will come a day when my body can no longer handle the rigorous training. And at that time I will find something new to master. Perhaps a martial art, or perhaps some type of tra…

Very knowledgable post with one exception, e-cigs. They are not the same as cigarettes, as addictive yes but not the same. 4 ingredients in ejuice can't be compared to thousands of carcinogens in cigarettes. Not to mention, the nicotine in ejuice doesn't even come from tobacco but from tomatoes.

Step 1 is to cut ties with your family. 100%. Period. Every single one of them. They all enabled your abuse, so they may as well have all contributed. Just disappear. Move and don't tell them where, don't tell anybody who could possibly pass on to your "family/father" where you are. Because he will show up at your door to try and regain control. I have a similar sob story that few know. Except I got out at 17, in the summer between grade 11 and 12. And now, 9 years later, I am truly happy. And I…

It's kind of off topic, but dude go get yourself a vaporizer. I haven't had a cigarette craving in almost a year. Vaping is up to 95% less harmful than smoking (on mobile or I'd link source), is cheaper, tastes better, and has a dosing system designed to help you taper down on your nicotine to ultimately kick the habit. That way, when you have that insatiable craving, you have a less harmful form to solve it.

There is one massive problem with this idea. There are just too few men worthy of being a captain to a submissive FO. It is our duty to lead, and therefore men must revert back to their strong nature before women will revert back to theirs. Good luck finding a strong man for your 18/19 year old in this society. Good fucking luck

It's a good start. But you must remember something very important. Your time is so much more valuable than this. You are wasting it on her, and that's exactly what she wants. She is a time leach and you are giving it to her for free. do not meet up with her again unless it's under the premise of a hook-up because that is clearly all she has to offer you. Do not accept her drama. If she flakes, cold no contact until she learns her lesson.

No it doesn't. Because literally any Joe Schmoe can deadlift 4 plates, or bench 2 with a year of training. High school boys can do it ffs. You don't need to be a 6'4" monster, I'm 5'9"

Let's face the truth here, there's a reason some don't believe in lifting. And think that "lifting isn't enough". You're the guys who go in half assed with your beats by dre headphones, do a few bicep curls and maybe some shitty quarter bench press, talk a whole bunch, then leave. Those of us who actually listen and learn the lessons the iron has to teach fucking well know better. Look, when you've got hundreds of pounds on the bar, as in 4 or 500 plus, and it could literally kill you at worst o…

I hope I never see the BMI scale referenced here, in an educated and enlightened hub again. It only takes into account height and weight which is beyond foolish. According to my BMI I am morbidly obese... At 10% body fat.

This advice is not universally correct advice. We all have different leverages and limb/bone lengths that put the bar in a different place for all of us. Source: I'm an amateur strongman with a 300 kg deadlift and I've never once scraped the bar on my shins.

This one is actually easy for me to address as I've personally helped other with it. 1. Find a time to yourself with zero distractions 2. Gather pen and paper (very important) 3. Reflect on your life (areas that need work) to come up with an attainable goal. Attainable is very important 3. Clearly and decisively write down said goal on paper 4. Decide on a completion date, write it down. 5. Come up with a plan to achieve said goal. Write it down. 6. Come up with specific tasks to do each and eve…

Don't completely rule out group training. I'm an amateur strongman and training in a group is not only beneficial but ideal. Talking is how the most knowledge is shared. More people means set up and take down of events is quicker and more efficient. When you need motivation, the 3+ other strongmen yelling at you is exactly what's going to do it. To be the most successful way to pass this shit test is by finding a way to inspire her to get better at the same time. You get better, she gets better, that specific shit test goes away, and she will be grateful for being such an inspiration. Win-win no matter how you look at it.

This post resonates within me. But I do not 100 % agree with it. Like so many other I have quite the sob story that only left me filled with a mountain of rage, anger, hate, and pain. And I like you also learned to use this hate and anger as a fuel. But eventually this became all I was. Anger became my very identity. And soon became a big problem when life started to get better. Yes anger is a very powerful tool. However there is a step beyond what you speak of. Learning to let go of your anger …

I remember reading a thread quite a while back (no chance in finding it to link) where the guy experienced an almost identical comfort test. In which he passed by explaining that while it's true he doesn't NEED her per se, he does WANT her, and enjoys her company and the positive things she brings to his life. I think this could work well for you.

The worst the can happen is he says no. For men or women, Let's say you go to the gym and the big guy is deadlifting. Maybe it's not deadlift day for you but you have an opportunity to learn. So you set up your deadlifts near or beside him. Then between his sets, ask if he would mind watching you, and giving you a few pointers on your technique. He will likely have already observed you anyways if you are training close to him. Follow his tips as best you can. Easy as that.

Newb tip: identify the big strong guy(s), you will know who they are. Watch them, and learn. Don't be afraid to ask them for assistance with things like technique or a spot. If you are humble and willing to learn, they will have no problem helping you out. Source: I'm the strongest, and one of the biggest guys in my gym and would have no problem teaching anybody who wants to learn.

Disclaimer: yes I was a beta bitch, and should never have been in the situation in the first place. You really don't have to inform me. I've never told of this event. Back in my beta days, I was in a particularly toxic LTR. She always insisted on having sex after a fight because she thought that magically made everything all better. Oh yes the "dead-fish" type of lay. The best remedy I've been able to find is to verbally tell her exactly what to do, teach her if you have to. And don't continue until she does it. This maintains the dom/sub dynamic, but gets her more involved and invested in the act. And since you don't seem like you have the "pump-n-dump" style, this method can be additionally advantageous because it can condition her to enjoy taking your direction in other facets of her life as well.

True that lifting weights does not equal war. Nor was that my point. Take out the use of the word war and replace it with a word like struggle, fight, or challenge and the point remains the same. Overcoming an increasingly difficult obstacle on a daily basis strengthens you. I will be sure to choose my words more carefully next time. And lay off on the hyperbole.

You are a fool if you believe the gym can not change your personality. Years of testing yourself against the iron and pushing yourself past your limits day in and day out teach you more than you can even know. I highly recommend the book "The Way Of The Superior Man" by David Dieda. Logic and reason provide a clarity for me. There was a time in my life I had a severe anger problem. My logic was not strong enough to overcome the emotion. I would turn into a mindless hulk and do things that I never would do if I wasn't in such a state of rage. Holes in walls, throwing things, yelling/screaming/swearing. All things that when I came out of my anger I was embarrassed and ashamed of doing. Now I realize tha…

Listen sir, my journey in seduction has merely just begun. Therefore I do not feel qualified, nor do I even believe that I have the answers you seek. However, based on my limited experience I believe you have missed the point all together. Had you truly had fun you would give a total of ZERO fucks who approaches you or what they say. Seduction is not about looks. I truthfully don't attribute being approached to "good looks". Not that I'm ugly in any way, but I have friends that are for sure more "handsome" in a pure looks kind of way. I held myself well all evening. Shoulder back, chest up, head up, eye contact, smiles, good posture, and chatting up men and women alike.

I wouldn't say I get approached often, but I also wouldn't say it's rare. Maybe once every 4 or 5 times I go out. That night was certainly an anomaly for me. I attribute it to genuinely being happy, smiling through every interaction, and having a legit great time.
