The brain is simple. We are what we repeat. When we have self-acceptance and self-love things like social anxiety and insecurities will melt away or be more manageble. The question is what can you do to accept and love yourself?

Instead of having full on sex, if she gave you blow jobs more often, would that suffice?

I hate the axe scent. But maybe it works with your body’s chemistry. Go to sephora and do smell tests with the paper strips. Then ask for some samples and see how it smells after you spray it in your body and it adjusts to your body’s chemistry. Ask other people how you smell. Buy a lighter scent one for spring/summer and heavier one for fall/winter. I personally like YSL sport on an ex.

Maybe you’re not with the right person if you want to love hard. Everyone loves differently. How does your girlfriend like to be loved?

You should talk to him and be clear with what you want so you two can be on the same page. Also, understand that is you are going to a fwb relationship, then that puts your friendship at risk. Things might not go back to being friends- you two might end up going your separate ways or someone finds someone else.

It’s not being egotistical. It’s about being honest with what you want and need. Don’t waste your time and someone else’s time because it’s hard to do- just do it. Most people can appreciate honesty. Of course, there’s better ways to do it or handle the situation- practice might make you feel more confident; but everyone will have a different reaction/respond to it. Can’t make everyone happy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
