56 year old fit and fabulous woman... MY SIDES!!!!! I almost feel sorry for her, she's been tricked by the system and probably secretly blames men.

Yup, rampant degeneracy and people don't have a moral foundation anymore. The majority of men nowadays are soy boy cucks who will happily throw you under the bus for a sniff of Stacy puss. Concepts like honor, order, and courage are laughed at. Weimar republic 2.0

I think there's something to be said when it comes to physically attractiveness and how woman will respond to you. I was a tall skeleton growing up with a pretty good face. I did ok with woman but when I put on muscle that's when they'd smile and gush around me when I'd speak to them.

Agreed, apart from learning how to thrive in this world and growing up along with everything that entails. I also had to be able to do things 20 years in advance ie House mortage stuff at 20 years old, setting up utilities, dealing with lawyers, etc My time spent as a child was 1 foot as a kid and the other as a peusdo husband.

Karma is an interesting one. I've know people who we're pretty terrible human beings. Their lives we're typically fine for a majority and then all the sudden they have cancer, problems at work, fell from a latter and broken bones in multiple places, for whatever reason lost the ability to piss and their bladder started swelling to the point they felt like it was going to explode. All this in the span of 6 months.

First off, I would find the root cause of why you are like this. Were you the quiet kid in class? Shy awkward? Never really made conversation? If so other people your age have years of experience that is building cumulatively because they’ve been speaking and you are now behind. So, say your 20 and this issue started when you were 10 you are 10 years behind in terms of social skills. Now that we’ve identified a possible root cause we can move onto solutions. First, you may have nutritional defic…

Ya, sugar is a tricky one. I only use it for lifting. After a workout is the only time I get a nice dose because it increases my blood sugar and insulin response so that my protein shake absorbs better.

Interesting, growing up in a single mother household I heard the same thing from my mother about my dad. He's an asshole, unsupportive, etc. I'm going to see if I can track him down and have a conversation.

A little out there but look up the effects of breathing with your mouth vs your nose. It basically fucks up your face irreversibly if you don't stop constantly breathing with your mouth when you're young.

YES! The difference between a Walmart shirt and a well fitted shirt that forms to your body is night and day. They can both be simply plain white t shirts but one will show you've been going to the gym the past 5 years the other that you're a lvl 22 skeleton.

I'm working on a Shopify drop shipping store right now still trying to get it to POP. So that basically means spending and spending money on ads testing until you get it right. I made some sales but I feel like even though I'm learning I'm just throwing money into a fire. I've spent about $120 on ads while making back about $15 Edit: Numbers were confusing

Coming from a single mom household.. Yes. If I plot my advancement through life, you'd see a line moving forward through time going up and down. I meet a positive male role model, my progress rapidly sky rockets and stables out. Some time passes, a new positive male role model appears and my progress sky rockets again. Again and again.

What's interesting is that if you go deep into the alchemical works from the past it starts to show that it was not literally about turning base metals into gold but a metaphor for transmutting the base metals of yourself into gold.

Sleep is also extremely important. There are times to work 18 hours a day but don't make it a lifestyle. In general, you should be sleeping 7-9 hours a day. +-1 depending on your genetic makeup. Test it out, sleep for 6 hours see how you feel, 7 see how you feel etc.

I would recommend reading "A Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. It's a dystopian novel written in the 1930's but it shares many characteristics as today.

There are naunces to this statement. The generic ground beef at your local grocery store? Avoid like the plauge. The 100% certified grass fed beef? Enjoy to your hearts content if you're genetic makeup favors beef. This also assumes your genetic makeup favors red meat. Some people are allergic to fructose, the sugar in fruits so someone may say have a banana for healthy carbs and they go into cardiac arrest.

I’ve noticed this myself as I got older. There’s a distinct difference between masculine and feminine energy. As a child, if you are only exposed to feminine energy that is all that you have for reference. Of course, as a male, you innate masculine energy but if for 18 years you are emitted feminine energy with no balance of masculine it has the potential to be very damaging.

Very interesting post. After being here for about a year you make a very good point. Yup, noticed this myself. Just snapped out earlier this morning. I went HARD, by hard I mean like 16-hour workdays, gym, trying boxing, yoga, jiu jit su.. etc Everyday was something new and a shit ton of work. I rocked like this for about 2 years and I started slowly dropping off. That one missed day at the gym turned into a week, that week a month. Seems you went a bit far. I remember hearing that you should make it unconsciously clear you're seeing other people but not overtly. As in texts from other girls, pics of you with other girls etc. But she'd never see the actual action in person or not. This allows them to hamster away all of that while letting them know deep down they're not the only one.

Yes, very interesting stuff. There's a girl at my gym who has been eyeing me for awhile. I think she is really nervous around me because if I'm in the area she's always snapping her head in my direction periodically checking to see if I'm looking. Sometimes I'll just stare at her until she starts biting her lips. It's almost as if they simply do not know how to even say "Hi" in the presence of someone they find attractive.

Very true. I was really tired of living the stereotypical "beta" lifestyle. Had no money, recognition, girls, few friends etc. Worked on myself till I could spend $800 on a Gucci sweater without blinking an eye and built up a good network of successful people and a decent rotation of plates. I remember sitting at my desk thinking, underneath it all I am still the same person but with money, expensive stuff, and girls. In a way, I was worst off because I didn't have the hope that I could improve …

I'm starting to lean on Rooshe's point of view about women and education. I'm starting to make more then enough money for one person to live the "Good life" and I would rather have a girl who is stress-free and always happy and bubbly then some tight cunt who brings in an extra 300k a year.

Let's take it even one step further. If you can handle it, become the owner of your own business. Over time I naturally ran out of fucks to give because it was dawning on me over and over again that I don't have to rely on anybody for anything. I sign the front and back of my checks.

I came into the place I used to work and I was buying some groceries and one of the cashiers I knew asked me if I had any plans for tomorrow (Valentine's day). I didn't even know it was tomorrow and said no. She got all quiet and awkward after that? That day literally did not exist in my mind until she asked if I had planned for it.

Very important distinction. You have to apply your energy in the direction of the best ROI. You can work 16 hour days as a bagger at a grocery store and still might not get promoted to a cashier. On the other hand, you can spend a couple hours a day managing the social media for a client and get paid 5 grand a month. From one client, so you add one more and it's 10 grand a month and so on.

"Money can't buy happiness" is now a superficial cliche phrase. People think it means just material things but it's goes much deeper. My brain has a negative baseline for thoughts and i get really anxious, depressed, etc if I each shitty processed food. If I buy from the local farmers around me and stick to pasture raised and grass fed whole foods I feel better physically and mentally. The only downside is it's ALOT more expensive. That is one facet of money DOES buy you happiness.

Ashley? Haha Apreaciate the input. I see your point. Here's mine. It's important to provide as much information as possible. One point that you missed is that I did "intereract" with her again when ever we passed each other in the gym. I got the cold shoulder in response so I stopped. And now she is starting interactions where's in the past I didn't really exist.

Hmm, there's a balance to this? I sold an Xbox locally for 120 that was listed for $124.99. We agreed to meet up and on the way there he said he only has 120. ATM's only deposit in 20's so that's understandable. Is it really worth it to haggle for 4.99 at the risk of losing 120?

The only time you have to go to college is to learn skills that you would have no way to learn yourself. IE doctors and most of the medical field. You can be self taught coder, architect, or maybe even engineer but not a self taught dentist.

I see. Thanks for your input. I agree that there definitely seems to be something wrong with his ability to keep commitments. FOMO? Therefore it is your actions that you must change; the next time you want to meet with him schedule an activity you can do without him, so if you are going to grab coffee at a particular spot, make plans to meet there, so that if he doesn't show up you can continue with your day. That's what I was doing by the 3rd time he flacked. Having him join me in my own stuff …

It's definitely going to take it's toll. You can't be the best powerlifter in the world while being the Connor McGregor of mauy thai. You can become a demi god though. I do a 3 day split ( Mon Wed Fri) and box on the 2 days in between. I rest on weekends. I cannot stress this point enough. The faster you accept this the more easy life comes. I lost A LOT of "friends" as I got fitter and made more money. As i watched my relationships go down one by one it really depressed me. For about 2-3 weeks I went to see a therapist to deal with this. I'm all good now and but looking back I was in a dark place. Too true, when I started improving my life and making more money my old "friends" would just stop responding to me. It's not a surprise though.
