We judge female beauty by focusing mostly on physical aspects like facial symmetry, hip/waist ratio, breast size etc. Logically, we come to a conclusion that men are judged by their physical characteristics [ look at the obsession with 6 pack, bench presses, penis size and height.]

Of course,I agree that a 6 pack for example, raises your sexual value but there's a great difference in being physically attractive and being handsome.

Neither everybody is born good looking nor can they be extremely fit but any man, with some effort can become handsome. In the end, women want a man who is handsome.

It doesn't matter how physically ripped you are as long as you don't take measures to express yourself physically. A woman looks at your dress and a sense of style first rather than wondering whether you have a six pack or a large penis

So, how to be handsome?

First step - grooming

*Shower regularly. Make a real effort in cleaning your body.

*Cut your hair and maintain a hairstyle, for god's sake. Shave it up if you're balding.

*Use that deodorant everyday. No, not that pesticide smelling one.

*Floss and whiten your teeth. A great smile does wonders.

Second step- fitness

There are lot of posts already so I'm not going to describe this. Please, I beg you to correct your posture first. No matter how physically strong you are, a shitty posture will completely negate everything.

Third step- fashion. Need money.

99.9% of the guys I meet, including the physically fit ones have shitty fashion sense (the remaining .1% gets laid the most).I have to elaborate this because it changed my life.

Wear clothes that fit.

*Don't wear really tight shirts. Makes you look like a beast if you're ripped. Some chicks might dig it but most don't.

One important thing to remember is your color selection. It's always better to choose a color that complements your skin tone ie., wear darker shades if you're white and wear lighter shades if you're dark. Guys with brownish skin should avoid wearing brown.

Always look different. I don't mean it in the 'hippie' kinda way but you should always be looking different from the crowd. A great watch, bracelet , necklace, rings, hat, weird boots and sunglasses are some common items that makes you look unique among a group of individuals.

Think of it this way, you look normal in a t-shirt and jeans. But add a watch , a bracelet and some of the stuff I mentioned above you will suddenly look fashionably well-dressed.

I'm assuming most of you might have gotten an idea of what I'm trying to say. Always keep in mind that your overall fashion sense must suit your personality.

Fourth step- your voice. Yes. Your fucking voice.

Imagine a physically ripped alpha male walking towards a girl. He is probably dressed aggressively with a rockstar kinda look. Suddenly he opens his mouth and starts talking with a voice of a teenage kid(I know this doesn't happen in general but ..just imagine!). Doesn't it kinda ruin everything? I was that guy and trust me, it sucks.

So I researched and found that I can actually modify the way I sound. It's pretty simple, the more higher your pitch is the more beta you sound. Your higher pitch voice breathes out largely through your nose and your lower pitch voice breathes out largely through your mouth.

So, try this simple exercise. First, speak a sentence. And then hold your nose and speak the same sentence. Obviously you might have noticed the difference by now.

If your voice is naturally low pitched and rugged, then you won't notice a difference. However, if you did notice a difference, then keep on practicing it until you naturally start lowering your pitch (it worked for me).

Fifth and the final step - your taste.

You should develop a taste and a sense of appreciation for certain things. It adds elegance and completes you as a whole. It's the ultimate difference between a gentleman and a physical beast.

Think about James Bond(the modern one). He is a perfect example to explain 'taste'. What are the few things that pop into your mind when you think about him?

*Vodka Martini? (shaken but not stirred)

*Fast cars?

*Beautiful women?

*Not following orders ?

*Killing the lead suspects?

The above examples I mentioned are the 'taste'. So, now think about yourself for a second. Do you have the 'taste'? If you don't then I hope you clearly understood the areas you have to improve to develop the 'taste'.

I'm in a kind of bad and distracted mood right now so I'll be happy if someone formats this content if it's unreadable. I'll add anything constructive that's mentioned in the comments.
