They do. The key is to not give a shit about them. Why is this shit which is repeated all over reddit being posted here now?

This is my golden rule for all kinds of meetings. There is nowhere for a conversation to go after something negative. It's not interesting. And you run the risk of instantly alienating them forever. Nobody will be turned off if you like skateboarding but they don't. Many will be turned off if you reveal you don't like cheese. This post is spot on.

I read about gorillas once and it's remarkable how similar they are to humans. One thing that stuck out especially was how females will fight each other if there isn't an alpha male around. It's great to read about other apes because you get proper facts without the bullshit that always comes with human studies.

Glucose is fine. It's fructose that is the problem. It has to be broken down in the liver like alcohol.

I do partake in a small amount of sugar because it is sometimes nice. But on average it would be less than ten grams a day. It is great. It's also great for your teeth. Why did you cut out peanuts, though?

What woman wouldn't want to claim membership of this club? Might as well post #imattractivetoo The OP and the "playing sexual chicken" part made me immediately think of a woman I used to orbit in the bad old days. As her tampon, she told me she went out with an older guy from work, went back to his house in the evening and had sex, but he forced himself on her. Bitch, how do you get to 27 years without knowing that you go back to a guy's house alone for one reason and one reason alone? But, sure…

So apparently there is a thing on Facebook where women post #metoo to signal that they were raped or sexually assaulted. Apart from the definition being completely up to interpretation, it got me thinking, how many women wouldn't want to claim membership to this club? #imattractivetoo

Women don't take any kind of rejection well but I wonder if it does all boil down to sexual rejection. Women are known to suffer more from impostor syndrome and it's little wonder why. So many women in higher positions are not actually good, they just got men to do their work for them. They survive on giggling their way through every situation. But they kind of know this. So every rejection they get they think it's because they're not attractive enough.
/r/TheRedPill30/09/17 06:32 AM

Exactly. Doing that is cheating. I'm very careful to make sure that plates know we are not exclusive because it's not fair otherwise. Women have cheated on me. I'm better than that.

How old are the people in this story? I've let my plates know in no uncertain terms that I'm fucking other women on several occasions when they've started to want a relationship. Most of the time I've carried on as normal with them for a while before they get too crazy. I've been called a player but it's only increased my smv.

I know many PhD women and they tend to be either normal women, ie. prone to the same shit even at work and shamelessly using men to do their work for them, or extremely rigid and sour faced bitches that seem to have suppressed any feminity they might have had.

If tech is supposed to be full of RP and mgtow, why do I see so much feminist/sjw shit in places like hacker news and github? Is it really even worse than that in other fields?

Ah yes, you're quite right. I actually meant to add this myself but pressed enter too hastily. I've seen men get divorced at 40 and literally unable to cook for themselves. This will never happen to us. We are in a position now where we don't need a wife. We know we can just leave and the only thing we'll lose is regular sex. This is really just another example of how feminism is ultimately bad for women. It allows them to ride the CC. It doesn't allow them to add any real value to a man's life.
/r/TheRedPill19/06/17 04:32 PM

This is totally dependant on your standards. I think for most men the number system is binary: would not fuck or would fuck. At most it's ternary: would not fuck, would fuck, could not fuck. The distribution is going to look weird with so few categories. What's really going on is women have a much smaller standard deviation. For most men there are actually quite few women you wouldn't fuck. And there are quite few women you consider to have exceptional beauty. Men have a much wider standard devi…

A few selected female friends can bring value to an RP man's life. You have to not really want to fuck them. They can (and should) be attractive, so I don't mean you wouldn't fuck them on a desert island, but really and truly you would rather fuck other women. Yes, this can happen. For me, there are two values. A massive part of a man's SMV is the SMV of the women who surround him. Women's SMV is 90% looks, but a man's SMV is multi-faceted. If you are seen with HB8+ women everywhere you go, that…

I was ironing my shirts the other day and it suddenly struck me: my grandfather didn't know how to iron a shirt. Hell I don't think even my dad knows how to iron a shirt. I would guess that most men my age know how to iron their own shirts (or they don't wear shirts because they have no style). We've had to learn it because we leave our mothers before we get wives. But is there any other option? Could I really have married when I was 21? The women my age were still riding the CC. And I'm not goi…

It doesn't necessarily qualify her. Many people invent languages. Most are not used. The one she was involved in, COBOL, is no longer used. The most notable thing about Miss Hopper is that she was a woman. I see no evidence of her actually being an excellent programmer.
/r/TheRedPill07/06/17 05:02 PM

Absolutely. Hacker news is one of the worst feminist shitholes on the web. I frequent it because a lot of intelligent people comment there, but anything that doesn't toe the feminist line is deleted. A user compiled a list of "last word" before Hacker News users were banned. Just have a quick look at the list and maybe search for some key words like "women": https://github.com/kelukelugames/Last-Words In fact, right now one of the top posts there is a rant by a feminist which includes the fact t…

I wish people would actually make a point instead of just pointing to Grace Hopper and saying "look". Are you arguing that she is one of the best programmers that ever lived? Do you have any evidence to back that up?
/r/TheRedPill07/06/17 02:50 PM

Christ... If anything Grace Hopper just shows that women can do it if they are talented and inclined. What else do you think that one woman in the entire history of computing shows us?
/r/TheRedPill07/06/17 10:43 AM

Grace Hopper doesn't contradict anything I said. I admit there will be exceptional people from all walks of life. But one woman in all of history doesn't mean that women should find themselves equally present at every tech conference. And let's not forget, Hopper was responsible for COBOL. Nobody uses that any more and for good reason. Nothing important has been written in it. Nobody in their right has or ever did want to write it. Much like Ada Lovelace, she is lauded simply because she is a wo…

My favourite book for C is still the classic K&R. But maybe you'd prefer something more fun. Python has many libraries available which helps you get stiff done quickly. If you want to be a really good programmer and also have great fun then Common Lisp is the way to go. But whatever you do have a project in mind. It is only by actual practice that one becomes good.

TRP is not a good thing. It just is. Like any knowledge, you can use it to your advantage or not. It's up to you. If you want to have sex with women then you now know more about their nature and that can help you. If you don't then you now know why you don't. If you groom, dress well, lift, and are educated, then I doubt you are in the bottom 30%. Even if you have some kind of disability that just makes you more interesting than the pathetic men at the bottom. Look around you. Really pay close a…

There was a recent AMA [1] about girls making "hints" to guys and guys not being able to pick up on them. This is kind of funny because one of the first things you have to learn with game is how to see IOIs. It seems that guys tend to assume that women would never be interested in them, while women often assume the opposite. There is also the fact that women do not have to learn to overcome the fear of rejection, so many of them never do. But it got me wondering: do I really want girls to be ask…

It's good to get recognition. The sun has been out recently so I've had the guns out and got a few compliments so far this year. Female friends can be good for that. Well done on the nofap. I did my 90 days a couple of years ago. It takes a while to get the libido up again afterwards. Are you planning 90 days abstinence or will you have sex?

I've set a new PR on rows and weighted dips. I'm very pleased with my upper body strength, now. Doing 105kg bench for 5 reps and 65kg overhead press for 5 reps. I'm one of the strongest in my gym now. Fixed my squats after trying to change my technique and losing confidence with them. I'm now back on track to set new strength records. Quit watching porn (again). I let porn come back into my life slowly, but I've now stopped again. This was my second week porn free and my libido is so much strong…

Yes, I think it was similar for me when I was cycling. When you cycle long distances a lot of it is LISS. I used to do it fasted sometimes which fucking sucked. But the fat just melted off. I remember the day I noticed the veins on my forearms pop out. However, I could never do this for maintenance. I don't have the time to cycle as much any more.

I actually disagree that you should be doing HIIT. I used to use it to great effect to train for cycling. It increased my speed and endurance no end (measured by my Strava times). But if that's not your goal then HIIT is just wasted calories. Why eat just to burn it off doing something pointless?

Well I do still eat two meals per day. My lift day meals are pretty big. I've put on about 8kg of muscle and my upper body lifts are considered "advanced" after less than a year. My legs are lagging and this might be because I don't eat enough, but quite honestly I don't mind.

I have had a similar experience to you. I'm 180cm and was 105kg at my worst. That's obese. I was so unfit I couldn't walk a mile without feeling sick. It took my about five years to get better. I started cycling and intermittent fasting and got to my lightest which was 70kg. I didn't feel great at this weight and was very skinny. But I had a six pack. I stayed around 72kg with a six pack for the next few years as I sorted out other aspects of my life. People did tell me I looked good at 72kg, bu…

IF works great for me. I actually realised that my approach is even simpler: I eat two meals per day, lunch and dinner. Other than that I do not eat. Fatties can't understand this concept. I literally do not open my mouth and put things in it except for those two meals. Because it is only two I can eat rather large meals. I can eat out without worrying too. If you stick to three meals per day you really have to think about the size of the meals more. Not eating breakfast is a no brainer. Fatties…

I believe porn-induced impotence is real. For a long time I was only able to ejaculate when looking at porn. At some point I lost ability to even get an erection without porn. I never noticed this until I had a power cut and wanted to fap and couldn't. It took me a long time to be able to stay hard enough to penetrate a real woman, and longer still to be able to cum. And the quality of women has not been the problem. I have been with some women of truly fantasy level hotness for me and had the s…

The OP is not talking about being skinny, though. He's talking about being muscular. I used to be skinny. Not a single girl told me "oh wow, you're so skinny". But plenty of girls have commented on my muscles now that I lift.

Yeah, this is true. I'd actually only been doing bodyweight work at home (chinups and dips still put you in the top 90% of strength) when a plate told me I have the biggest arms she's seen. It blew my mind. I then started to notice just how shit most men are. Just look around. It's quite honestly pitiful.

For a large number of people convenience is king. They will sacrifice so much quality in the name of convenience. Fucking a desperate fat chick is convenient. But you'll never be proud of it. Watching TV all day is convenient. But you'll not have any skills to speak of. Eating junk is convenient. But you'll look and feel like crap. Convenience is a trap.

This sounds like the hot and cold technique. I've used it to great effect myself. It only works once you have them initially hooked, so I guess if you're super attractive you could start off cold, but most of us should start hot. Then you deprive them of it. Treat them like a man (which they hate). Notice other women. Then when you're at your place you can push her against the wall and she'll already be dripping wet.

I go to the gym religiously 3 days a week and spend upwards of 1.5 hours there each time. People are always really surprised when I tell them I don't actually enjoy it. Sure I have a laugh and a quick catch up with some of the buddies I've made there, but I'm there to work. Do you really think I'm smiling and enjoying a fucking 140kg squat? Hell no. I discovered TRP purely by accident. I stumbled here maybe 5 years ago or so when I was a virgin. It was probably linked to from a "worst subreddit" askreddit thread or something. I read the first bit of the sidebar and was intrigued by it being a community for men, but I didn't understand why our culture was "increasingly lacking a positive identity for men". I maybe read a couple of posts, but it made no sense to me. I was a virgin. But I did remember it and, when the time was right, I came ba…

TRP itself should never be mentioned. Unfortunately participation in a community like this could cost many men their jobs and reputations. I also try not to be evangelical about RP truths, but I will state them often and it's really interesting to see which men agree (always the ones getting the most pussy). One thing I refuse to do is toe the feminist line, though. I adamantly disagree with feminists that I encounter, even at work. Solid frame is essential here, though. It's really funny to wat…

People also don't understand how much these loans are fucking up everything. It's off topic for here but I feel like mentioning it. Those banks are literally printing money when they make those loans (literally because money is just numbers in a bank account now). So that money you work hard to earn, just printed freely by the corporations that run your banking system.

Yeah. It's a real eye opener to get outside your social bubble and look at the real average man. In the UK one could go to a football match or Asda to see this sort of thing. So many fat, disgusting slobs. If you are reasonably symmetrical, in shape, groom, dress well and lift, you are easily in the top half of all men. Add some game and you'll be turning down women before you know it.

You have to really trickle RP truths to your friends if you want to help them. If you just go and unload the whole pill on them you are going to have a bad time. And don't forget that a huge number of males are genetically predisposed to be like this. They are not supposed to mate. Humans have evolved with less than half of men reproducing.

It's really funny when you know a bit about bicycle racing. In races the riders tend to group together very closely into what is called a peleton. It's much more efficient for riders to stay in the peleton because they essentially share the aerodynamic drag between them. Often you'll get a handful that break away into a smaller group, but they still share the wind. The actual race is usually won by a sprint in the final metres and is won by seconds. Riders sometimes breakaway on their own, but a…

Yep. This is something I learnt for myself and saw great results. People hate negativity. There are people who talk constantly about things that they don't like and why they don't like them. Like if the topic of Asian food comes up, that type of person will say how they don't like soy sauce. Those people are not popular and never will be. Seriously, look around you and you will never see a popular person who talks about things they don't like. Always find a way to twist everything into something…

As a plate, sure. But what's the point of having her for an LTR? Her loyalty lies with her kids (and probably their father).
/r/TheRedPill01/01/17 07:03 PM

What choice do you have? You can be celibate/MGTOW or spin plates and make all the decisions in your life but take all the responsibility. Or you can be in an LTR and still have all the responsibility. Men always carry the full responsibility. If you fuck up your life, you will become homeless or kill yourself and nobody will care. So the only choice is whether to let her participate in decisions or not. Given the above, why would you let her (a child) participate in making decisions?

You'll lose fat by just eating less. Work out a way to decrease your calorie consumption. Intermittent fasting works for me. I eat only two big meals per day and it has kept me lean for years. The good thing is you can start lifting straight away. Unlike running, lifting is not bad for you if you're already fat. Lose the weight with diet, get stronger by lifting. What cultural requirements are we removing? It is women who are removing them. We don't want women to be hypergamous, they want it. We cannot all be alpha males. If TRP were about that then most of us would condemning ourselves to a life without sex. The existence of TRP is merely a reaction to the way the world is heading. We don't want this. But we're learning to deal with it. That is what TRP is about.

No it is not. TRP is not a return to anything. It is knowledge of the world and strategy to get more and better sex. It's totally independent of what the world is actually like. 2000 years ago men came up with a strategy which enabled us to keep women under control and guarantee sex that way. That's falling apart so our strategy has to change into what TRP is now.

Yes, and alpha and beta is built in to our biology. Society did the opposite, to overcome our biology and build empires instead of fighting each other. Feminism is a rejection of civilisation and a return to biological roots. TRP is, of course, independent of this.

Fuck yes. Learn basic techniques like sautéing vegetables, mother sauces etc. and eventually your repertoire will allow you to cook with any ingredients you have to hand. A great skill to have at all times. Plus it's cheaper and much more delicious. And if you're not cooking for yourself how can you make sure you eat the right stuff for your muscle and strength?

I must admit going bald is one of my biggest fears. I'm 30 and it hasn't started yet, but both of my grandfathers were completely bald, although my dad has kept most of his hair until 50. I have quite thick hair and it's really part of how I look. It's good to know there will be options if it does start. Thanks for the good information.

OK, so it has a name, that doesn't mean it's not a difference between genders. I could just rewrite and say women don't have a growth mindset. And what's with emphasis on the psychologist being female? Do you think one outlier affects us in any way? Do you doubt my ability to think in terms of averages?

If you want to be thin and healthy just look at what countries are generally like that and eat like they do. France and Italy are both fine. And they eat bread and pasta. But the important thing is they do not eat too much. 100-125g of pasta is absolutely fine as a meal.

I think that depends on the car. My 14 year old Honda was just fine. My 10 year old Honda is better and still fine. A 10 year old Ford, I'd agree. That's good to know about the 3-7 year thing. At the moment I'm driving a 10 year old car and I plan to slowly work my way up so next time I'll get an 8 year old car but I won't go newer than 3 years in that case.

Losing weight and becoming lean does make you more attractive to the vast majority of people. Lifting weights is one way to help with that. But lifting also gives you a way to take care of and improve your own body. It's a way to get stronger. Lifting heavy shit up and putting it back down just makes you feel more like a man. And being happy about being a man is a huge part of TRP.

I don't know. I think men do this too when consoling a friend in a breakup. I don't see any thing here that is an example of a woman. I think you are just feeling hurt because they're saying something bad about a man. Some men are actually assholes, you know.

Women continue to be treated like children in the professional world too. Recall how, in school, the dunce kids were constantly praised not because what they did was any good, but simply because they put in the effort. Part of becoming a man is the stark realisation that you're actually not exceptional and if you want to actually be good at something it requires real training and discipline. They can't. That's why in the past men invented things like religion and monogamy to help ensure that each man gets one woman. It worked for a long time, but there were still alphas and betas, it's just that the alphas either found it harder to be polygamous, or they actually didn't want to due to being taught it's a bad thing. Feminism revolts against these artificial constructs and allows the alpha/beta divide to become more apparent again. TRP is not about being alpha. TRP is not a solution. …

What is the metric here? It says "rate" of cheating but doesn't explain what that means? IMO it's ridiculous to even suggest that more men have cheated than women. Every woman I know has cheated while there are a ton of men who can't even get laid let alone have the opportunity to cheat. Number of affairs is more likely, with the male figure being boosted heavily by male outliers. But the median number of affairs for women is going to be above 1 while for men it'll be near to 0. Then, of course,…

Lifting did make me leaner and more muscular, but I think the biggest change was in my posture. I never considered myself tall. I'm actually only average or maybe just over average height (180cm), but since lifting I've actually had multiple women say that I'm tall and one complimented me specifically on my posture. This sounds great. I'm certain that virgins have a much, much higher capacity to love a man than any other women. But what to do if one just isn't physically attracted to them? I seem to be only attracted to white girls. There are a few virgins out there but they're mostly religious which can make things difficult. You have to play a very long game with those type of girls. But it might be worth it.

Yeah, it is. We learn about the sexual strategy of women and then develop our own strategies based on that theory if we decide we still want women in our lives. Self improvement I see as one half of the broad strategy that most of us adopt, the other half being game. The nice thing about self improvement is it gives men a purpose in life that isn't tied to women which is something that seems missing after taking the red pill.

Are you getting regular sex? If so just stop masturbating completely. Sex is now your only way to cum. But don't try to cum. Actually be happy that you will never cum. It's OK. TRP isn't a solution, it's just the truth. It's a bitter pill to swallow but a lot of us have it forced down our throats eventually. The solution depends on what you want really. If you want a blue pill kind of relationship then you'll be some woman's beta bux, so one way to keep that is to stop her coming to contact with alphas.
