I'm very laid back and normally don't go way out of my way to get plates. I just meet people through work and friends, and if I'm super horny I'll hit up Tinder etc. Not speaking for every MGTOW out there, but that's exactly how I do. Minimal investment. I'm not actively looking for sex, but if it comes my way, hey great. I'm very up front about my limited physical/emotional availability.

wat in New York health products aren't taxed. That means everything from shampoo to deodorant to tampons to condoms.

I would actually posture that the true MGTOW has experienced multiple in depth relationships with females and now declares 'no more'. They look at the cost to benefit ratio of sex and decide it is not worth it. I think you mean "posit" instead of "posture," but that's a minor quibble with a fundamentally solid point. I won't speak for the entire MGTOW community. My teens and twenties were spent beta-gaming (supplemented by what in retrospect were more than a few unconsciously alpha moments) with…

Encouraging vulnerability is a labor-saving mechanism. FI convinces AFCs to show vulnerability so women can disqualify their potential as a sexual mate with minimal effort on their part.

Once upon a time TRP was a trending subreddit. I clicked on it, read the sidebar, and since then I've been drifting back and forth between the various stages of unplugging, watching life unfold through a red lens. I am no longer ashamed of my masculinity. I have a vocabulary that explains my experiences and instincts. I understand my—and my parents'—past relationships' successes and failures. I hold frame much more readily than ever before. And I ain't even started lifting yet.

Law 9: "Win through your actions, never through argument." At a recent Christmas party, the other guys there were your typical BP types, cowering before the wrath of their womenfolk. Hell, the one fellow even remarked "now I'm in the shit" because his wife had stopped responding to his text messages after he mentioned he'd be catching a ride home because too much to drink. The girlfriend of the guy who invited me to this party was being unreasonably bitchy about me passing her a bowl of chocolat…

start punishing women who lack basic human kindness and respect. Indeed. At my family's Thanksgiving dinner, I was seated next to my bratty 21-year-old cousin. I had taken a dinner roll and passed the platter in the opposite direction. "You need to give me a dinner roll," she said. I turned, looked at her, and wordlessly bit into my dinner roll. "GIVE ME A DINNER ROLL NOW!" The platter came back to me. I immediately held it well beyond arm's length from her and started passing rolls to everyone …

Nothing that hasn't been said/observed here on TRP previously. During student teaching, one kid frequently came in, sat at his desk, passed out for the period, then got up & went on to his next class. I'd seen my sponsor chew kids out for less, so I asked why this one got a pass. He spent his nights guarding his sister's bedroom door against the (surprise surprise) single mother's "boyfriends" after mom & flavor-of-the-night stumbled home from the bar. While subbing, post-wall hambeast grandmoth…

I've been depressed since my best friend killed himself due to my inaction. In brief, there is only one person responsible for committing suicide, and that's the person who decides to do it. Not you. Not his parents. Not his girlfriend (unless she's that psychopath who got caught pushing her bf to kill himself). Your brain gets trapped in a loop of overanalyzing your last few interactions, with a dreadful certainty that something you said or did (or didn't say or didn't do) pushed them to do it.…

When I take a gal out socially, I inform her straight up that she is there as my arm candy/jewelry and if she doesn't like it she's uninvited. You magnificent bastard. I got invited to a wedding coming up in a few weeks, and my original +1 had to back out due to a non-negotiable work commitment. I know of a few women who could fill his shoes and this will be their guideline for coming with me.

Single. Had a long string of blue pill relationships and the last one fucked me up pretty severely to the point that I swore off any kind of involvement with women for almost three damn years. Took the red pill back in January and started acting upon it. I successfully engineered some one night stands at first, but realized I have a long way to go. The depression I battled since early adolescence is pretty much gone now. When the time comes I'll be ready to go forth and slay pussy. Right now I'v…

Thank you for your contributions! This and your previous article on serotonin are by far the most fascinating topics posted on TRP this month. You touched on oxytocin briefly in one of your footnotes here, but dismissed it as less important. Is it less important compared to dopamine? Or neuropharmacology in general? Oxytocin release turns me pretty stupid. My TRP-aware conscious mind knows it's counterproductive but something on a baser level craves female physical affection and gets clingy if i…

Short answer: No. The last two women I was with even passed similar comments the morning after: Them (paraphrased): "Are you one of those guys who's only dominant in the bedroom but lets the woman call the shots elsewhere?" "No, I just think you're reasonably intelligent enough to handle this situation without me having to tell you what to do." Oh god yes this. I had an internet journal on a site years ago. I never talk(ed) about it in front of meatspace friends for obvious reasons. Recently read through some old entries from my deeply-plugged-in blue pill days. That's the difference between a casual high school SJW and the college variety. The trick is to drift into a Ben Stein style voice and start droning on in monotone while peppering your speech with labor econ jargon like "compensating wage differentials."

It's even trickling down into high school. I'm a substitute teacher, and recently I was placed in a study hall where a (hilariously stereotypical) SJW student and a dudebro got into an impromptu debate about the wage gap. I pointed out the standard flaws in the argument: the macroeconomic "problem" falls apart under microeconomic analysis due to labor market segmentation, women choosing lower-skill/part-time/lower-stress jobs, maternity leave resulting in less time on-the-job, etc. Nothing bring…

An old roommate got married recently and took his wife's surname. Fit, driven, highly intelligent, the man is a living red pill exemplar. His father was never really in the picture which makes it all the more impressive that he ended up the way he did. The wife is one of two sisters. "Plenty of my cousins have kept [his premarital surname] alive. I have too much respect for [FIL] to let [married last name] die. So my sons/daughters will have his last name." Social suicide only if you derive a sense of shame from swinging small pipe. Sex is a primarily emotional experience for women. The second article is far more substantive and actually makes good points: Countries with successful vocational systems such as Germany have done a better job than Anglo-Saxon countries of motivating non-academic boys and guiding them into jobs, but policymakers need to reinvent vocational education for an age when trainees are more likely to get jobs in hospitals than factories. More generally, schools need to become more boy-friendly. They should recognise that boys like to rush around more th…

Similar story. I failed my first student teaching placement. My sponsor was, quite literally, a screaming bitch. That was her primary classroom management technique: yell until the kids broke down. Never mind that getting yelled at spikes stress hormones and basically shuts down the prefrontal cortex, learning always took a back seat to obedience. Being relatively unflappable and pleasant worked remarkably well in my favor (at first) as the kids hardly ever gave me any trouble. Little did I real…

"A girlfriend? No." - this one requires a 2+ SMV point spread to execute effectively. "Currently accepting applications from qualified parties" - I pulled this line out of my moderately drunken ass once in college, while living in a notorious party house, and five resumes were left on my desk chair over the course of the following week, applicants ranging between 5 and 7½. But I was young and foolish, and did not exploit this opportunity as fully as I could have.

tldr: spermicidal lubricant softens your dick. During my first LTR in college I would pick up condoms from the health services office. They had two varieties, Lifestyles purple (spermicidal) and Lifestyles green (unlubricated, but mint-flavored). Also, cooking. Turning blood, sweat, time, and raw material into something beautiful and delicious has a similar appeal. This is why I've always enjoyed working in restaurant kitchens more than the offices and classrooms of previous jobs. Good on ya, mate. Bring a few 7/8 plates home and he won't take much convincing. Especially at that age!

That could very well be the case. Gauge her interest in another date. If she responds favorably, now you know to escalate further.

My experience isn't perfectly analogous, but here goes. My alpha "grandfather" (grandmother's nth husband, she married him in my infancy) committed suicide when I was 10 years old. Doubly devastating—I lost my primary male role model at the dawn of my adolescence, and my bitchy, passive-aggressive, moderately abusive wannabe-red beta father was not up to the task: his typical response to challenging behavior was physical violence. During my teenage years and my 20s I revolted against his example…

That's a shit test, gentlemen, and you flubbed it. Pressure flip accordingly: "Sure, let's have a conversation then. (pick a time) (bar somewhere convenient to the both of you). Wear something cute." Don't give her suggestions. Give her directions. Get there a little bit early and wait. If she doesn't show within half an hour, finish your beer and leave.

You were on incidental class 2 of the escalation ladder. Breast touching doesn't come until much later, once you've climed the ladder and are pretty far up on the ramp. Read that PDF. Set up another movie date. Climb the ladder. Run up the ramp.

What do you want? Do you want to fuck a bunch of strange? Don't waste any more of your or her time. Dump her now so you can get out and practice your day/bar game. Worst case scenario she's alpha-widowed twice over, but it won't take her long to find another cock if she's as great as you think she is. Do you want to keep this unicorn? Questions to consider: Have you met her kid yet? How did that go? Has she met yours? How did that go? Can you envision a positive future with all of you under one …

Amused mastery, young padawan. Just imagine everything they say as coming out of your 4-year-old niece if you have one, and respond accordingly. If it's agreeable or pleasant, smile and lightly praise. If it's disagreeable or bitchy, just give her the People's Eyebrow and a sharp "Behave yourself, little girl." If she corrects herself, keep the eyebrow but temper it with the faintest of smirks. I didn't believe it—at first I thought it was outrageously condescending—but after a few trials it is …

Sell pot. Offer the alpha-group members a discount. If you're over 21 and they're under, you could always offer to buy kegs/booze for them. A couple of my old college friends became the top dogs in town for a while by doing that. Unfortunately for them they weren't exactly discreet and eventually got busted. Or just read the TRP sidebar and brush up on the social skills listed below.

Craigslist in my area is pretty cyclical. "Spring cleaning" season is still a month or two away yet, but I'll keep my eye on it. Thanks for the tip. I've been giving into excuses for almost 30 years. It's gotten me nowhere but fat and miserable. Reading TRP's sidebar was eye-opening and kicked me in the ass, made me realize the injustices I've done myself over the years.

I did keto for a short while last year... trying to eat up all the carby food left in my house before going back to it.

Heavy chunks of ice sliding off my roof, perhaps. For many localities in the Northeast this is the coldest February on record. Sustained physical activity in below-freezing temperatures fucks up the lungs and would be counterproductive. I don't need to get big. I'm already huge (>350lbs). I need to get less fat.

Nearest park is the elementary school playground, 5 miles away, complete with "No adults unless you brought your own kids" signage. I have no sprogs. The local geography is pretty flat, no hills to speak of. Burpees....I think I vaguely recall these being called "squat-thrusts" in school? I'll give them a try! What are prison squats? Alas, my last successful push-up was in 3rd grade I think. I'd like to work my way back up to that.

I've seen it. My brother died over a summer break when I was in college. A cute girl I'd mildly flirted with in a class the previous spring came up to me at a party the first week of the following fall semester and asked how my summer was. 'My girlfriend dumped me and my brother killed himself' got me nexted in record time.

Not missing something, but giving too much away. 'yeah, I'm letting him crash at my place right now after we lost our mom, he's cool, don't worry' Sad feels turn vaginas into the Sahara.

Hard to get around, but not impossible. If that question comes up in the future, dismiss it with a smartassed response followed by a change in subject. Props to you for taking care of your little brother like that. Seriously. How's he handling the loss? Losing a parent is shitty at any age, especially in teenage years. Not to put so crass a point on it but you've got a golden opportunity to spare him years of sexually frustrating angst by setting a red pill example.

That's need-to-know-basis information, and your plates don't need to know that.

Mentally? Read the hand book. it'll give you more to think about. Physically? Take your pain/anger out on the iron. Weight lifting helps.

You're here. That's a good start. First, cut off all contact with the LTR for the weekend. That means no calls, no texts, no snapchats, no tweets, none of the things You Kids These Days do to keep in touch with each other. red pill hand book dot com is your next stop. Read it in its entirety. Then re-read it. Armed with a deeper understanding of life, the universe, and everything, you are now ready to dump her, move on to college, and conquer.

Back off and wait until summer vacations then. Do your own thing in the meantime. Walk your dog around town and approach every girl that crosses your path.

That's not how this works. That's not how any of this works. First step is the "soft next": ignore her and pretend she doesn't exist. Second step is to point your favorite browser to red pill hand book dot com Third step is to read what you find there, then sleep on it. Fourth step is to re-read it.

I'm half thinking to spend the next 3+ years worshipping at the temple of the Iron God, and getting my education complete (I can get a 100k.year sallary when finished). You already know what you need to do. It won't be easy, but you'll be better for it.

On having a "small" penis No throwaway because embarrassment is an expression of shame and I am no longer ashamed of my equipment. For years I thought I was freakishly small, even though the mean is just slightly over 5 inches fully erect. It took my first girlfriend (a seasoned veteran of the CC at the age of 19) to explain the difference between "showers" (full length visible at all times) and "growers" (full length visible only when erect). Coping Emotionally I take refuge in audacity a la Ho…
