IUD was not effective with my wife. I cavemaned it, got it dislodged and got her pregnant. She had a miscarriage and had to get the IUD surgically removed. We now use condoms until I decide I want a 3rd kid or one of us gets fixed. Probably her, she doesn't want 3 I am open to the idea. If l want a third kid In the future I'm keeping my options open.

I exercise and take 10 to 15 mg of melatonin. It seems to make me sleep. When I would go out of town to work I couldn't sleep for 2-3 nights in a row being in work camp. Taking melatonin seemed to help a lot.
