I'm about 3 months into figuring out what this all means for me, and I can tell you find direction. Mine has been church and working out. You have to commit, you have to stay focused, and keep at it. Both have done wonders for my mental health. Don't get me wrong, it's still lonely, and that is hard AF, especially at night when it's too quiet, but every single day it is a tiny but better...it still sucks, and it's still hard...but every day is a little better.

I was in the same boat a couple months ago, she moved on (to a guy out son's age!) and had to figure it out. It won't be easy, this is the hardest thing around, and I still have bad times. Night is gonna be rough, alone with your thoughts, but you need to find something to push towards. I was raised religious, so going back to church has really helped. Went to confessional and got a lot of my chest. Even though she left me, I know I wasn't perfect, even if I don't think it was worth were we ende…

Nothing is too much to keep your children, don't let anyone convince you of anything different. Fight for every minute you can get with them, and wanting more time with them is never a bad thing. I'm right where you are, except my kids are all older, 20 is my youngest, and I still cherish every minute they hang out with me

In there with you...I've broken down more times in the last month than the rest of my life combined. Keep going, don't let the dark suck you in.

It's a kick in the gut. I'll still get on Instagram and it says she was on X amount of minutes ago and I have to yell at myself to stop stalking.

I'm Catholic, but haven't been a good one for years. I went one Sunday, and it seriously felt like someone told me it was ok to let it out and I'm there trying not to fall apart. Went to confessional and now my son wants to go to church with me on Sundays, so that's been really nice. Jesus isn't the same, but he definitely tried to get people to see today, and let the past be gone while the future is out of your control. The list though, that's something I will definitely have to start doing, I …

I might just have to give it a try, thanks for the advice. I am trying to think of what my future looks like, and what I want to do.

I'm right there with you man. We just had our 25th anniversary in June, and she told me a little over a month ago she wanted a divorce. She is starting to see one of the guys she hired (she runs a real estate office) and even took him over to her parents house for a family dinner. We took a family vacation a few weeks before she told me, we went camping, and acted like everything was fine. We hung out, went rowing a boat on the lake, slept together like everything was ok...and then, it all turne…

I'm right there too man, we did everything together...and then one day, she had moved on and told me she wanted a divorce. I just lay there at 2 AM wondering what she's doing, what she's thinking.

It should be treated like any start up league, you have to start small, and be able to sustain yourself. Most of the players in those types of leagues have jobs outside not it for the rest of the year. The WNBA is all about looks for the NBA.

...I think this whole thing was about believing women when they say something, and he said bullshit, look at the facts.

Agreed, there has to be some personal responsibility on his part. Was she a bitch to push him? Hell yeah, but he is the one who decided to do it.

...I said that no one in Mexico cared about Cinco de Mayo...it was a relatively minor battle and most don't believe it had an impact on the war as a hole. Lastly, Mexico had outlawed slavery was before the US, it was one of the reason that Texans revolted, so she wouldn't have been a slave...

As a Mexican "Callate la boca, pendeja." No one in Mexico gives two shits if other people wear ponchos and they don't celebrate Cinco de Mayo...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
