it must be the quality of food Yeah the quality helps, but in the end it's in the calories. I do take vitamins everyday Which exactly? I do not meditate at all. Try it for a couple of weeks, it's free. Mindfulness is my favourite, but I usually do Mantra the first couple of minutes because it's easier and switch to Mindfulness as soon as I reach the right state Depression and anxiety linger, but both are minimal. Good to hear Thoughts? And, are you able to have a mental state with certain regime…

Tolerance is a bitch.... that you cannot... ever... out... run, ever. First, tolerance isn't the same for everybody, it really depends on a lot of things. Second, sorry it is probably too late for you now, but you can outrun tolerance

There's also a lot of bad advice and pseudo-science on /r/ADHD about ADHD medication I understand your problem, I have exactly the same problem. I am on Dexedrine, and for several reasons I don't take it everyday. Medication is very effective, but there are a lot of other things that can be effective. Hows your diet? Do you use any supplements? Sleep? Exercise? Meditation? Anxiety or Depression besides ADHD?
