What health concerns?

You're probably attracting these women because you're finally tuned the fuck in. It's that way for me too. If you have health concerns you need to talk to your Psychiatrist about switching medications. The "health concerns" for stimulant medications are typically blown way out of proportion, but if Adderall is giving you bad side effects perhaps another medication will work better.

I can say without a doubt that you're probably experiencing a boost in confidence because you're brain is fucking working properly. When I'm not on medication I feel an unease wash in especially when talking with people, because i'm NOT tuned in. I'll forget a name. A place. A thing. A conversation. A point. A punchline. Moreover, I become a social zombie. Too spaced out to listen or talk.

EDIT: There's a lot of bad advice on here about ADHD medication. I implore you to check out /r/ADHD and explore your condition more thoroughly. Most the people responding to you aren't ADHD, and the one or two that are definitely don't seem very knowledgable about the subject. Go to /r/ADHD and read man.

I can't focus on what I'm doing or hold a decent conversation when I am off meds. When I take them I am really focused and can have an amazing conversation and close in some way with almost every girl I meet. For me I am able to zone in when I take them. I have been working on being able to do that without them but it's a slow process. My most positive aspect off meds is unpredictability.

As a fellow adderall user (8+ years) I have found that adderall in smaller doses combined with alcohol makes me the best I can be at seduction. Not only am I alert and focused, but I feel laid back enough to not over-think everything.

But one BIG thing people tend to overlook on this issue. ADDERALL CAUSES WHISKY-DICK!

I have had this happen to me a bunch a few years ago as a freshman in college. It was as if my dick no longer functioned. Same thing happens with cocaine, so be very wary and don't take too much. Or else you'll be in for one very embarrassing night.

As a side note: Anyone who judges you for using alcohol or medication to better yourself and your inner game should go fuck themselves. Honestly, whatever works works. Don't listen to anyone who puts you down for not being sober when you pick up chicks. I respect people's choices, but honestly I could never stand being out at some of the places I go out to without a drink or five.

Should I be working on my mental game without my medication?

I'd say yes. For a couple weeks or so, switch up your diet (no processed bullshit or sugary drinks, healthier carbs and fats and meats, more green leafy vegetables). Drink more water, exercise, and meditate. And sleep.

Unless you're already doing those things, then nevermind. Otherwise, give it an honest shot. It's easier to feel focused and happy when you're giving your body the right fuel.

Careful Mania-c, for someone who has been on Adderall for a couple years now you will run into some nasty side effects (sexual as well) the longer you use it.

Best advice I can give you is to get along without it, if you can, because soon or later you will be back to square one like the rest of us.

If you think you can't, make a system where you can. You may be functioning better than ever now, but that will be lost. Tolerance is a bitch.... that you cannot... ever... out... run, ever.

For every reaction, there is a equal and opposite reaction you will face while quitting.

Wow, if there was a post for me to answer this is it.

Off the meds, I am loose, fun, myself, but a little distracted.

On the meds, I overthink things and think too logically. I need to think how women will respond emotionally to what I am saying. I am too concerned about being right when I am on the adderall. My ex HATED me on my meds cause i wasnt myself.

I would suggest getting used to being yourself off the meds and find out what works and what doesnt. Women is the LAST thing I think about on my meds by the way. Talking to women helps me settle down and get my mind off work.

Also, the drymouth does NOT help my seduction up close. Avoid that shit.

Question: is adderall getting you laid? You might just have to improve your image of yourself, if you can be good as you say when you take it, you can also be it when you don't take it. My point is: you might just be getting more confident when you take it. Just improve your confidence, meet girls, play a sport, do it for you. I know it's not easy but give it a try.
