I know that feel. When i feel that way, i do something I'm passionate for and good at, then i remember how boss i feel about myself and try and stay in that state. When I'm in that state, i feel taller, i speak with more conviction, and i care less about other peoples opinions.

I know a ton of pua stuff with no intention of using it, I'm honestly just entertained by reading various peoples views on human interaction in an entertaining and easily consumed way. I started reading this stuff when i was 18 and afraid of girls. I'm perfectly confident (now) just being myself, but i utilize a few mental things like assuming attraction and the three second rule.

So come up with a concise explanation of what you do that your grandma would understand. Know your audience. A friend of mine has the same problem, he answers questions in far too much detail than necessary. describe what happened in a brief way which makes people ask about it. If they're not really interested, you saved yourself the effort of explaining

She could be doing 100 things other than being near her phone. She could be waiting to text you to not seem needy. Who knows? Forget about it, check your phone in the morning. I find often people fall asleep and respond when they wake up. Or they're idiots like me who keep their phone on silent

You can say nearly anything. I said something to a girl the other day (cold approach) asking why she was walking around barefoot. She thought i said something about her pelvis and stared at me like i was crazy. I laughed and told her what i had said, we laughed, it was cool. I made a new friend. I'm new in my city so I'm trying to make friends more than score dates, which i still do. My main line is "hi I'm xxbzrk99" and just wing it from there.

For real. I just started dating again after years of giving up, and i forgot how fun it is, and rejection hurts far less than i remember. Right now I'm genuinely excited about getting to know the girl I just started dating. I just moved to a new city too, a very big one. It's a blast being myself without having people around who remember who i used to be.

To some people it represents a level of success only dreamed. 4 year ago I would have considered that an accomplishment. It means I not only initiated a conversation and it didn't crash and burn, but I had the confidence to give it a chance to crash and burn. Just like at one point I thought dancing was a great accomplishment.
